I met Brandon and his team about a year ago as I was interviewing lawyers for a lawsuit. Brandon was honest with me from day 1, before they ever collected a penny from me. He will tell me if it's not worth it to pursue something or if I will not get the results I desired through legal action, even if it didn't contribute to their bottom line. Upon our first call, Lawrence gave me the confidence I needed to fight a (pretty BS) non-compete agreement. He worked hard for me, was very clear and transparent through the entire process, and was always reachable (by email, text, call, etc.). Lawrence has represented our firm for 6 years - from it's infancy to now handling a multitude of cases. Dave represented me against the Washington Dept of Financial Inst and did a great job. He discovered and pointed out the misrepresentation of facts that the dept came up with and when he was done with them, the gentleman that brought up the charges took another job. He was very open with me about the chances of winning or settling and left it up to me. I appreciated that fact that he would go to hearing and not insist that I settle with them. under the circumstances, I really enjoyed my time with him and he made me feel confident that I was making the right decision. Of course I would highly recommend him.

I think David is a top notch attorney and I would highly reccommend him. I would give him a 5 star overall rating, but his knowlege of the financial industry is just outstanding. Ross defended me on a gun charge involving a road rage incident. The prosecutor was non-negotiable on reducing or dismissing the charges lodged against me after defending myself during a road rage incident. Ross demolished the credibility of the "victim" and clearly presented my side of the story
resulting in a quick and unanimous not guilty jury verdict. I'd highly recommend Ross he was well prepared, knew the law and expertly navigated the legal system which I found to be biased against gun owners.

When i met Ms. Speser, she was a Vista Fellow working for the Northwest Justice Project’s Foreclosure Prevention Unit. She changed my mind about lawyers as she tracked Ocwen's every twist and turn. In the final meeting with Ocwen, she cued me to let her and the other legal person she'd brought with her speak. She'd already learned how i can shoot off my mouth and she kept the meeting on target. When we left Ocwen's offices, i had a new, far more affordable and reasonable mortgage. I've tracked Ocwen's subsequent legal problems, so i know that Ms. Speser's work was much better than yeomanlike; it was simply superb. With many thanks to Ms. Speser, i continue to enjoy my home and my affordable mortgage.

As General Counsel of our firm, I engaged Mark to represent us in a matter that was unique and completely outside of our regular course of business. The deal was also beyond my professional legal expertise and range. Adding to all of this, I was operating with a very limited budget. Mark was incredible. Not only was he erudite, accessible and highly responsive but he equipped me with every tool I needed to close the deal on my own. His detailed briefings outlined all of the risks, the boilerplate and customary terms in the deal agreements and the pros/cons of each decision point. His work product was essentially a negotiation map which I've kept in my form files as a valuable resource for future deals. I went to Tim Durkop when my ex-husband, an airline captain, filed a Ch 13 bankruptcy to avoid his court ordered debt obligations and a contempt charge. Tim took on a very complicated case that lasted over two years with more than 150 filings. The other side needed three attorney's to handle the case, and yet Tim's superior knowledge of the law came through in every instance, and in the end we won hands down.
Tim is the exact opposite of what one hears about lawyers. He is respectful and kind, yet has a keen intellect that allows him to cleverly strategize a case and back it legally. He has an uncanny knowledge of the law and almost photographic memory. If you are lucky enough to get him on your team, you are in great hands....I can't recommend him enough.

Credit problems seem to hound us in one form or another throughout our adult lives. The solutions to those problems are not easily discerned--not even for many attorneys. In my case, I did all I could to try to understand what was happening to my credit. I gathered all my research and took the papers to a local attorney. The file laid on a shelf in the lawyer's office for a month--she did not know what to do with it. The case would be against one of the nation's top three credit reporting bureaus.
By chance, my wife found a site on the internet that told of the work of Christopher Green, a successful consumer protection attorney in far-off Seattle, Washington. We gave Chris a call and before the conversation was over we already had a certain feeling of optimism. We hired Chris to help with some organizational changes. We wanted to make leasehold improvements for a future subtenant, receive a sublease agreement, form an LLC with another company, enter into a new operating agreement with the other company, redo our company employee handbook and create an Excel-based annual operating budget with performance measurement tools. With intense pressure from the IRS and other creditors we filed a business Chapter 11 through Joel. His brilliant tactics kept the IRS and creditors at bay which gave us time to go to work and about 18 months later we paid off the IRS and all creditors and removed ourselves from bankruptcy protection.
