Cindy Hanson is a very good escrow agent. There had been alot of problems on the sale of my home on buyers side. Took extra month to close and it wouldn't have closed if not for her. She's on top of everything letting me know what the next problem was. The agents weren't very good, but she handled them like a professional.
I was in the escrow and title business for 30 years and really appreciate that someone knows what they are doing and following through, but doesn't say what they think you want to hear but is really going on.

So far they have been on top of things clear communication and got me into one of the best chiropractors/physical therapist. I could imagine state of the art facilities and they’re always there to answer my calls and emails. We were hit by a drunk driver on the highway between Ferndale and Bellingham. Unfortunately the driver did not have insurance so we have to use our under-insured motorists insurance. We hired Tario and Associates to help us with the claim process. Our experience had been great from the beginning to the end. Michael Tario is professional with years of experience. His team was caring, patient, attentive, and followed my medical and chiropractic treatments with great details.
Michael went the extra mile (with amazing knowledge and skills) in fighting us a settlement which was nearly 150% over the original settlement amount offered by the insurance company. I called him our "miracle lawyer!"

I was in a car accident 4 years ago and I picked Mr. Tario to be my attorney because of his credentials and reviews, and boy he did not disappoint! He takes no money up front, he gets the settlement you deserve, he takes his part and you take yours. Even though it took quite a while, Mr. Tario was always informative, kind, respectful, trustworthy, and his team is wonderful to work with. Knock on wood I don’t get into another car accident, but if I do I know who I will be calling first!

Not local in Spokane was the first lie. Then they send a disqualified lawyer to my deposition. Yes you heard that right. Tami law license was suspended and they sent her anyways. Washington State Bar association complaint will be filed soon. Avoid these Mormon ambulance chasers. They do not care about you only the settlement money. Park Gordon law didn't receive a dime from settlement because they know they were wrong! Do not trust these guys

I have several friends and family who are medical physicians/doctors and after explaining my situation
and providing the evidence to those friends and family they said I had an extremely strong case. Mr. Mumford's office took less than a day to get back to me declining my case. They didn't even have the consideration of sitting down and chatting with me in more detail or bother looking at my evidence. No explanation on why they couldn't take my case. Just a simple "We'll not be considering your case at this time".

We were up against a particularly aggressive prosecutor with a reputation as a “take-no-prisoners” hard liner and a long list of convictions in similar cases. Mr. Swaby’s persistence in researching and interpreting the evidence and presenting the facts of my case to the court was impressive to me, especially coming from a public defense attorney. Our first offer from the court was to plea down to a Gross Misdemeanor which Mr. Swaby encouraged me to reject.
