Mr. Totten was suggested by another attorney, he took my case in a rush, with only two weeks to prepare. He asked me what I wanted. and let me know upfront what he believed I could get, he was very attentive to the case. Every time I called, I got to speak with him or someone knowledgeable of the case.( if you have questions, he can answer them ) in the quart room. Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. He and his staff are knowledgeable and have been attentive to every aspect of the case during the whole process. I only had to actually appear in court one time, with other appearances being handled completely by his associates before I could be called up.

Absolutely great team of lawyers and paralegals. Helped me get my DUI dismissed because of their due diligence from day one. Absolutely would recommend this firm to anyone going through a similar situation but they also specialize in other areas. Never even had my license suspended and the courts dragged the case on for nearly a year. 10/10 would use this firm again in a heartbeat if I needed to.

My Bryan and his staff were very responsive in helping me sort out my speeding violation I recieved while traveling through their fine state. Their prompt and timely help made it possible for me to get this matter handled while living in another state. The cost associated and the time put forth by he and his staff made this otherwise troubling experience quite pleasant and well worth it. Recently I needed representation in an Alabama case. I live in Virginia and had no insight regarding attorneys practicing in Southeast Alabama. I called several offices and spoke with paralegals or office staff but did not have a high level of confidence. I called Mr. Bryan's office and was told he was in court but that I could set up a time to speak with him the next day. I did so and the conversation was pleasant, professional and, while nothing was assured other than excellent representation, I felt confident he would do his very best to represent my interest. His knowledge of the people and practices in that area was impressive. Over the next few weeks he spoke with local officials, pursued a resolution of my case, and kept me informed of the progress. I would highly recommend Sasser and O'Rear! Will O'Rear and Janelle worked very hard on helping my mom to get appointed as my aunt's representative to her estate. We are out of state and were unable to do a lot of the paper and they assisted and worked endlessly to help my mom out. This turned out to be a very long process, the state of Alabama didn't make it easy but they never gave up. My mom and I are very appreciative for all their hard work.

On February 21st, 2019, a large pickup truck speeding through a parking lot in Huntsville, AL broadsided my car, totaling it and causing serious, multiple injuries to me. The initial court case was scheduled in September, 2019. Four continuances by the defense delayed due process until late 2023. A settlement offer concerning my uninsured motorist insurance was negotiated by my initial attorney. I refused the low-ball offer and the attorney withdrew from the case telling me, “it would be crazy not to accept that offer” among other disparaging comments.
After calling several firms which rejected my case, I was referred to Drake Law Firm by an attorney friend. Attorneys Mr. Whitt Drake and Mrs. Mary Amari Bruce reviewed my case files and decided to represent me if they could get a continuance. It was granted and Mary Amari Bruce, attorney took the lead. I had a few telephone conversations with her over the next year concerning all the documented facts of the accident, depositions, and my medical records. She asked me what amount I would settle the case for and to write a short summary of how I was affected by the accident.
In summary, Mary Amari Bruce, Attorney presented the case to the lawyer for my insurance company in an intelligent manner that persuaded him to accept our demand to settle prior to the upcoming court hearing. The settlement amount increased from the previous lawyer’s low ball of 19% to Mary Amari Bruce’s settlement of 86.5% of my UIM insurance coverage. The facts were always there, it just took one year and getting away from the good ole boy network to a smart female Birmingham lawyer!

Mr. Frank Ward is an honest and sincere lawyer who I will entrust with any future needs. On calling to discuss a speeding ticket (21 over), he provided advice on how to personally approach the issue and have the ticket dismissed. He did so without requesting any compensation, and offered his services if I had any problems. He is both professional and personable. We contacted Mr. Ward after I received a DUI while driving through Alabama. These reviews are no joke and we checked all of them before contacting Frank. If there were more stars I would give them to him. Having to use an out of state attorney I thought would be tricky but he made everything as easy as possible. I talked to him quite a few time by phone and then met him in person on my court date. He is very concerned for your well being as well as working hard to get the best outcome for your case. Brian, IMO is an outstanding lawyer. Picking a lawyer your first time is like playing roulette. I happened to win when I found him. I used him for a possession charge, while the case didn't get dropped our dismissed because it was virtually impossible he to have me in a program to have them dismissed within two weeks. He personally delivered my paperwork and did what it normally takes 6 months to do. I'm so pleased that I'm now using him for the expungement process.

We did not expect our situation could be resolved with just one appearance in court. But our lawyer, Thomas Jarvinen, made that happen to our utter surprise and relief. At that one and only court appearance we needed to be present for, we had no idea what to expect.
But a few minutes later, our lawyer told us the prosecuting attorney now wishes to drop all changes (against me) and strike all court records (so related to my case).
How in the world Mr. Jarvinen was able to persuade the prosecutor against me to do this (essentially throw in the towel), which would totally clear my name is still a mystery to us. Who would have thought what we felt to be a complicated issue that no doubt, or so we assumed, would involve discord and arguments my and God knows what all else, especially as our particular problem had us pitted against a U.S. corporate giant, that we had so little as even a snowballs chance being cleared of anything negative involving a corporate giant and just little old me, but the jaw dropping summation of it all for us was indeed legal victory. So yes sometimes even we common citizens prevail over the almighty power of the girded bastions of corporate advantage, whether it be political advantage, financial advantage, advantages related to corporate claims of equal rights under corporate personhood laws now enacted, or anything else. As a just published book on "Am***n" states : "The Rich Dont Always Win..."
Granted, our case was "small potatoes" in most other citizens' opinions, in comparison to many others, but even small victories add up. Too us, we find what's more important than "how" he won our case is "that" he won our case!
We, husband and self highly recommend this lawyer, whom even other lawyers have commented that he did a really good job for us, and we also recommend the Russ Crumbley Law Firm where he is an active legal professional along with Russ.
Russ used to be a coworker of my husband at the hospital where they were coworkers together. But quit some time back, while holding his full time radiology job along with my husband, Russ felt a call to learn and practice law, and boy is he good at it! As are the partners he's chosen, and just as he was as my husband's collegue in hospital radiology practice.
