Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.

I called to speak with someone in regards to my tenant-landlord situation. The intake lady, listened and then said…well I’m gonna tell you upfront it’s $300-$400/hr to speak with an attorney. Okay? And? Did I inquire about the price? Obviously I wasn’t looking for pro-bono work or I wouldn’t have called THIS law firm. She said it might be a little too costly and that I should call my other lawyer back. Wowwwwwww. Thanks. And to think someone referred this place to me.

When you hire a lawyer the most important thing is trust, you must trust what they are telling & selling you! Jon told me from the day I walked in and before I paid what he was going to do. I remember how confident he was lol, and I was like…. Really??? cause I was so nervous! I called Chelsea all the time asking the same questions over and over, she was so patient, kind, & understanding though :) My cases were an A-2 DUI, Failure to properly yield, & No Insurance (which I had). We pled not guilty, the case was continued three times, and the fourth time we went to trial in district court. Jeff was referred to me after my son got into an ugly mess with drugs in Birmingham. Through out the process he kept me informed and in the loop. He was able to get a felony drug charge dropped in Blount County and several felonies in Jefferson County were negotiated down. In the end my son received unsupervised probation on charges that could have sent him to prison for many years. Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.

No one ever likes having to hire an attorney but in this case if you have to - make sure you consider Michael.
No matter what came up he was always on his game and was ready to take care of it. He didn't hesitate to be 100% honest with me on what my options were and at the same time was always ready to be my biggest advocate (in the courtroom, mediation and in person) I definitely felt like he kept our entire family's best interest at the top of his list.

I had a case that I discussed with my divorce attorney regarding a 401k settelement but he said I had no case and no chance at winning ever. Caleb did an outstanding job for me. He provided expert legal guidance on fighting a proposed suspension. He prepared a rebuttal that was effective, clear, and legally sound. The proposed suspension was reduced to a letter of reprimand. I was willing to take the letter of reprimand and move on with my life versus fighting it at the next level. I know Caleb would have prepared an solid response at the next level, but I was not willing to continue. His rates were very reasonable. The value for the cost was excellant. I have recommended him to several individuals and at least one has retained him as a lawyer because of the work he did for me. I would give him a 5 star rating.

Mr Bailey replied to my question almost immediately. He was knowledgeable, & not only gave me information on my son's case, but was actually willing to look up the case. Part of the issue involves something in another State. Mr Bailey is not licensed in that state so we can't go any further with him, but now we know what to do. He went above and beyond in making sure an FTA warrant was recalled and got me pretrial diversion for an issue in city court. This was all in a case that, at the time, I was not sure would be easily resolved. He was very communicative through the whole process and made me feel at ease when we were in court. I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.

Robert did not over promise and was incredibly fair with me. He was very careful not to overpromise--don't let anyone tell you there is no such thing as a slam dunk case!
He worked with me to attain my goals as a client, and I never felt as though his services were unfair. He always responded in a very timely manner, and I think he was extraordinarily diligent considering that many others did not feel my case was "worth their time (or even my money!)"
Usually something as small as a traffic ticket isn't worth a lot of money and its easier to pay a fine, but sometimes its ok to pay a little to fight for your name.
