Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. And he was true to his word. He was worth every dollar spent and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help especially when never having experienced anything like this before. He is very knowledgeable and will keep you informed. When I called or texted him he always responded I never had to wait for a response from him and he is a very honest man. I would highly recommend Mr. Yaghmai to anyone who is in need of an attorney. Hiring Mr. Yaghmai allowed me the opportunity to focus on getting the treatment I needed for my injuries without having to worry about how to seek reimbursement for my medical expenses and to get the best settlement possible with regard to my property damage. His due diligence in researching all aspects of applicable case law consistently reassured me that he was "in it" for my best interests and situation and not for what he would get out of the case. I was injured in a wreck several years ago. I wanted to settle the case for a few thousand dollars. My mother told me to talk with Ken Guin. He had successfully represented her in a Social Security case. I was still hurting from the wreck. Ken told me my job was to get well as possible and his job was to look out for my legal rights. When it was all said and done Ken settled the case for the insurance limits - $100,000! He is patient, kind and knows his stuff.

I hired Mr. Hodnett on two different occasions, and on each case he went above and beyond normal representation. The first time approximately 10 yrs. ago, I was facing a life sentence, under the Habitual Offender Act, for drug charges. Mr. Hodnett managed to negotiate a sentence to a rehabilitation center with several yrs. probation/Community Corrections after. The most recent time. Mr. Hodnett represented me (Nov. 2015) I had gotten two new cases while on probation/Community Corrections (color code) for a dirty urine and was facing 13 yrs. Mr. Hodnett amazingly got the charges dismissed as well as having me completely released from the remainder of my time on probation an Community Corrections. I am now completely off all programs and papers and I owe my freedom to Mr. Hodnett for his excellent work as my attorney. I highly recommend him for any criminal case you may have. He is very knowledgeable and also very personable. I was very pleased with his advice and the overall experience. He really put my mind at ease about a matter that was very concerning to me. She's kept me and my brother from doing time still had fines and had to go through counciling for 1 dui for me but my brother had 3 dui's and she still kept him out of lock up. Trust her shes worth it and reasonable.

Around 1989 Phillip price represented me in a DUI case in which I was not guilty. I had parked my pickup truck about a quarter mile away from a bar I was planning on having a few drinks in. I walked to the bar from the motel where I had parked. I had not checked into the hotel yet. After leaving the bar, I walked back to the motel and checked in. The parking spot where it had parked was a few doors down from the room I was given the key to. An officer circling the motel seen me moving my truck. And though I may have been trying to break into it. He made contact with me before I entered my room and smelled beer on my breath. After he realized it was actually my truck I was about to move, I was arrested for DUI. According to the dash cam video we seen in court, even the judge said that I didn't seem impaired. Mr price had me assist in gathering evidence since I was the only one who knew the whole story and the case was dismissed saving my CDL driver's license and a heap of trouble. I had not been charged with a DUI prior to or since this event. Thank you Mr. Price!

Last year I had an incident that led to an arrest. I normally never stick a toe out of place and found that I had unwittingly stuck my whole foot in. He knew I was terrified and he reassured me that he was sure he would be able to attain a good outcome for me. In fact just a little while ago he called me to tell me he had just gotten off the phone with the prosecutor and the charges were being dismissed without any more court dates.
