Brad was the worst lawyer I have ever met. He cost me 100's of thousands of dollars due to errors and lack of review of details. He billed me for work he never did. . He negotiated horribly on my behalf.. I would run as far away from him as possible.

So there I was, being stupid, getting arrested… You know what my first thought was… I gotta call Victor… Turns out, I’m not stupid and was probably the best move I could of made… While I will not lie, I am slightly bias as Victor Is a buddy of mine, however this does not take away from his professionalism and him handling my case with the upmost care. He provided me with an amazing lawyer Breanna, and she was very communicative and ultimately got the case dismissed… (requiring me not to be stupid for a year) Will use services again, hopefully not for stupid criminal stuff again.

The worst law firm. Find a more communicative and professional law firm. The owner victor is like a teenage girl running a business. The way they do business will never make you feel safe during vulnerable times. Even a simple task. I went a whole month of no communication.

I was in the worst kind of trouble possible. My very best friend and I are both veterans. I served in the Marines and he was an Army Ranger. My friend asked me to hand him his gun which we both believed was not loaded. After I handed it to him it went off and killed him unexpectedly. I was in shock and did my best to recount the incident with the police. The State placed undue additional burdens on me in relation to the incident based upon my military background and charged me with manslaughter. If you find yourself in legal trouble, the best decision you can make is to hire Bruce Blumberg. Bruce is a fantastic attorney and expert in trial. He handles all aspects of your case so you can relax with no need to micromanage. You will feel like family with him representing you, he truly cares about his clients. I can attest to his abilities. He utilized experts to explore every avenue for my case and he did not feel in good conscious that I could take a plea based upon the facts of the incident and evidence so we went to trial. He won an acquittal on my manslaughter case. There’s nobody I trust more in court than Bruce Blumberg. Please hire Bruce if you find yourself needing an expert attorney, you will not be disappointed.

I paid him $200 to go see my son in Eyman prison and review his case. He called me after he saw him then requested documents from his prior prison (so he said). Then no follow-up. I have made at least 8 phone calls to his office and he will not return my calls.... not even to tell me he doesn't want my case????? He must be tooooo busy.

This firm saved my family from going through a very difficult time. My nephew was going to do prison time with no sign of getting off due to the offenses. My mom was not healthy and the prospect of my nephew going to prison was making matters worse. Gregan directed the family on what we needed to do to try and help the cause. It was truly amazing that my nephew was released to our custody. I know without the compassion Gregan showed for mom's situation things would have not turned out well. I will be thankful to Gregan for many years.

I would advise against ever using her for any legal situation. I was arrested for something I was innocent of. I was assigned Kari Jill Granville as a pro bono attorney. I was incarcerated for 5 months, she would never take my phone calls, she never even got me a police report the time I was in jail, did not even discuss a trial at any time, and simply said if I was to take my case to trial I would lose, and even if I won I would be page two's for carrying a pocket knife I was carrying,come to find out that it is completely legal for me to carry it. When she did do her 2 video visits she lit one cigarette after the other. You're pretty old Keri, slow down on you're smoking!! She kept telling me to sign for 5 years, had my family convinced that was a deal of a lifetime in the email' s she sent them. Thank God I was able to hire a good attorney. I went to court with my new attorney & my new attorney had me out in 3 days. I read your response to the only other review you had, which they said they had the worst experience of their life with you. You responded with saying people can ask you to do something unethical. I asked you for nothing more than legal representation, which you could not provide in the least, how can you respond to this. I mean don't get mad,I'm only keeping it real.

I had the worst legal experience of my life with this woman. This woman did not represent my interest in fact quite the opposite. I have tried to contact her since the ramifications of her lack of representation on me and she ignores all of my phone calls. I’ve asked to see documents and reports and I’ve been denied everything. This woman is someone I would bar run far far away from. This comes from someone who served a legislative internship by scholarship and has a background in law. She is grossly negligent and doesn’t give a damn about people. She made that clear.

Even though she was assigned as a public defender, at no time did I feel that I was treated differently than if I was a full paying client. I never had to ask her to do anything specific or in a certain way because she was already doing everything the way I wanted. Throughout the whole case, her personality helped make things less stressful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needed an attorney.

I’m so glad I found Eric Kessler and highly recommend him. I recently moved to Arizona from another state and needed an attorney to do a restatement of my current trust to conform to Arizona law. I wanted a professional who: is very knowledgeable about trusts, who would be responsive and communicate timely with me, who would allow me to review the draft before expecting me to sign off on the finished product (apparently this is not a common practice here, which surprised me), and who was willing to answer all my questions. Eric provided all these and more. He really listened, provided lots of good ideas, explained everything so well, and the final documents are well written and understandable. I had already filed compliant myself with Financial Industry Regulatory Agency (FINRA) because no attorney would help me, as I was already past my statute of limitations, looking for legal representation with no luck, when I came across Mark. My cause of action was against Charles Schwab, on a matter where there was already a Class Action suit filed, and also the SEC sued Schwab for the same causes of action as the Class. But I opted out of the Class, because my loss was so large. I had been looking for an attorney to take my case for over 2 years and blew my statute of limitations waiting for attorneys who did not return my query or would not take my case. Some responded with such scalding hurtful responses, it furthered my procrastination and avoidance in dealing with my case. But I could not move on in my life, letting this go, I felt I had to at least DO IT, even if I lost doing it, NOT doing anything would have caused me cancer! Mark responded to my contact thru Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), almost immediately, and ON A SUNDAY! This was so shocking to me because the other PIABA attorneys I had contacted months or years before, NEVER replied back, took a MONTH to reply, or I was told to send my story and I would receive an answer in 5 days, but I waited for a month, and after emailing and phone calls about not hearing back, was finally told they would not take my case for various reasons. They wasted my time. Mark was the ONLY attorney out of at least 15, who gave me hope, and said he may be able to help me and to come in for a consultation. After all that rejection from other attorneys, Mark's immediate emailed response ON A SUNDAY, almost brought tears to my eyes. Mark then took my case when no other attorney would. Mark was very, very responsive, always responded almost immediately to my emails, and carried my case to such a favorable settlement, he got me 95% of my net-out-of-pocket (NOP) loss, when attorneys who turned me down handled 75 of these same cases got only 15-65% (NOP) for their clients. For those of you who don’t know, NOP is not the same as “actual loss”, which is the price on your settlement statement the day you sold the securities, subtracted from the price you paid. NOP EXcludes all “reinvested dividends” you enjoyed while you held the securities. So my “NOP settlement” is only about 28% of my “actual loss” on my Schwab statement. I can only be elated that Mark got me 95% of what the litigation standard or practice allows plaintiffs to recover, when other attorneys who handled 70 more cases than what Mark did, got range of only 15-65 % of NOP back for their clients. Yes, they told me those %'s. And Mark did this for me when my statute of limitations was “years gone”. The other attorneys refused to even try for me. Mark also charged me by the hour, not on contingency.. In my case, by-the-hour was in my favor. He seemed to charge me only one 1/10th of an hour at a for a phone call or reading email or other work, which gave me no suspicions that he was “padding the bill”. So my total costs for my victory were less than the retainer I paid him, which was $2500. Mark is the BEST attorney I ever had in my life, and I had many, in commodities and real estate issues. Up until Mark came along, I always had this saying ….”If you think you have a PROBLEM and need to hire an attorney, WAIT TILL YOU HIRE THE ATTORNEY!!!” So many attorneys me and my friends hired, ruined their cases by accepting the case and then doing nothing, lying and stalling and not returning phone calls and emails from the client, till the statute of limitations was over, and eventually blowing their chances for any recovery. It touches my heart that there are ethical attorneys like Mark who takes the ball others throw back to you or ignore, and takes it running to make a touchdown, against the all odds that the other attorneys turned you down for.

I was involved in a fender bender accident where I was at a complete stop & the vehicle behind me hit me. He tried to do a hit & run. I suffered injuries & whip lash & lost the case!! I still have slipped disks in my spine from that accident. I was very disappointed that this case was not won & settled without my consent. My insurance had to cover my medical expenses because Mark did very minimal with the large amount of evidence he had. He wasn't always easy to get in touch with. I would not recommend him.

Steve Sherick is the exact attorney you hope for when you find yourself in need of legal services. Steve represented me in the last lap of a very high stakes and high profile criminal case. After our first meeting all I could think was "Why didn't I find him to be my lawyer in the first place?" I knew in that moment, things would have gone differently if he had been representing me from the gate. Steve is smart, fair, creative and to the point. I was admittedly a difficult client in many ways. Steve made me look in the mirror and at the facts, so together we could do what was best for me in the long run. Unethical scam artists that regularly get disbarred and only care about billable hour$. If you’re not racking up hour$, even after telling them about your budget, they’ll drop you right before trial and leave you unrepresented. Need your files? Too bad, pay your ransom. They schedule appointments against your will and charge you anyways, even after telling them you didn’t agree to it. They’ll backpay themselves when you weren’t represented by them and chit chat about the weather to bloat the hour$. They’ll also whisper into their recording device “No client-attorney privilege”, before asking questions around other unknown people, outside of their office. Don’t like that? Go unrepresented or write a blank check.

Omg this attorney is GOD sent! She’s real! A real human being and has a huge heart 💜 her page says criminal, but she helped me with an extremely complicated case, I needed help with taking on CPS, after my attempts of filling temp guardianship for my infant niece who needed family to step in, I found myself in a uncomfortable position not really knowing how the system worked I was in desperate need of an experienced attorney who actually cares!!!!! Like I said it’s complicated and not easy to explain everything that happened and everything this amazing person,Mrs. Florez did. John Schill helped me years ago while divorcing a seasoned divorce lawyer. I Contacted Ms. Sandoval's office on 8/23/2023 and spoke to Katelyn. I provided Katelyn my credit card information and was scheduled for a consult with Ms. Sandoval on 9/1/23 at 11:30am. After rearranging my work schedule, on 9/1/23 I sat awaiting the phone call I was to receive at 11:30am. Ms. Sandoval nor anyone from her office ever called me. I then called Ms. Sandoval's office thinking maybe I was supposed to call in?? Katelyn again answered. I explained that I was scheduled for a consult with Ms. Sandoval at 11:30 and she hadn't called. Katelyn then said "We never received your information from the email you were sent so you don't have an appointment". I explained to Katelyn that I never received an email. Katelyn went on to say "Oh ya people sometimes miss it because it goes to their junk mail. I had already checked my junk mail prior to my call and I there was no email. I told Katelyn again, I did not receive an email from her office. Katelyn would then say normally their office follows up a few days before appt to make sure everything is ready to go but she had been out sick so that didn't happen. Katelyn then told me even if I completed the paperwork that day the appt would not happen. Since the issue I was calling about in the first place was time sensitive, I asked Katelyn when I would be able to reschedule? She said it would probably be 2 weeks out. This wasn't acceptable to me so I asked if should would please see if something sooner could be scheduled (especially since it was her office that dropped the ball). She said she would look into it and call me back that day. I never did hear back from Katelyn or anyone else from Ms. Sandoval's office again and here it is 9/13. Very unprofessional for any business, much less a law firm.

How I happened upon Mr. Gallagher, I couldn't tell you, yet I thank God I did. He made me feel as though I truly mattered and he would be right there with me the whole way, and he was! He did a wonderful job on my case he went above and beyond went as far as hiring a private investigator for my case even though he didn’t have to when I already had a plea agreement signed and accepted and went out of his way to to bring to light the new found evidence which got my charges dismissed. I would highly recommend he is an outstanding Attorney.

I'm very disappointed with my representation from this law firm. I feel that it was a waste of time and money. The service was good up until the moment the case was over and the money stopped coming in. From that point on, I couldn't get Jeff to return a text or a phone call. It took me over 3 months to finally get a "response." I was very specific in my text and voice messages that I just wanted a quick follow-up phone call to discuss my options moving forward. But once he was done fulfilling his contractual obligation, he was no longer interested in my situation or anything that I had to say. I think the thousands of dollars I paid him to represent me should entitle me to a quick 5 minute follow-up phone call, but he didn't feel the same way. Needless to say, I felt disappointed and betrayed. Even in a fast food restaurant they'll still deal with you after they've taken your money, but unfortunately that's not the case with the Jacobson Law Firm.

I don’t recommend her. She made me cry during two different phone calls with her. I thought she was supposed to be representing me. She told me it’s my fault I chose my ex to be the father of my children. She wouldn’t allow me to have opinions…I had to agree to things my ex wanted because she refused to fight for me. We lost my case in court after consulting with 6 attorneys, before I finally chose her, all whom told me I would win in court. Her attorney assistant did a better job than she did. I was very disappointed and didn’t feel that she fought for me at all.

My ex relocated to the state of Arizona. Shortly after her relocation, my son was removed from her custody by DFS. I had to fly to Arizona from Kansas and hire an attorney (Kina Harding) to remove my son from the states custody and allow him to return with me to Kansas. Kina knew exactly what needed to happen, and how to go about doing it. She responded to every email and phone call almost immediately, and kept me well informed throughout the process. I have hired Lisa a couple times when I was doing crazy things in my life. My bf also hired her when he got into some trouble. I was facing 13.5 years if I went with a Public Defender. Lisa was able to negotiate with the state prosecutor (who is known for being really tough ) and got me 2.5 years!!!! While I was out fighting my case and I would walk with her through the superior courthouse you can see how very respected she is by everyone who works there. While I was in county waiting to be sentenced she would come on the weekends to visit with me. When she was representing my bf she was able to get his warrant quashed and all charges dropped. She is very knowledgeable and will fight hard for her clients. She basically saved my life!! Thank you Lisa!

I spent 10.5 long hard mind in county jail, as soon as Lisa got my case she was thorough I was released 90 days after she got my case. My previous lawyer did nothing on my behalf, he was ignorant to my case but Lisa was willing to fight for me! And still is she was even upset about probation plea (we both felt was unnecessary due to lack of evidence). I should not have signed it but after almost a year I was unable to find strength to fight anymore I needed to get back to my life and Lisa understood this. She got me out of there and I am now on my way to completing probation successfully, I thank God for Lisa, I pray He send her many people innocently rotting in jail that need her as I did thank you Lisa for everything!

Melinda went above and beyond to help out or family when my father got into some trouble. He was in the process of Renewing his Green Card and being charged with a felony was going to endanger him staying in the country legally. She worked very closely to me and my father and got us exactly the outcome we wanted. He got to do minimal jail time and was able to get renew his green card. I will never stop thanking her for everything she did for my father and my family.

The title says it all... Londa is simply amazing. I first came to her 2 1/2 years ago and she has become more of a friend than an attorney. She answered all of my questions and told me all of my options. She didn't sugar coat anything- she was very upfront and honest with me. There was domestic violence history in my case and she did everything possible to make sure that my child was protected. She communicated with me throughout the whole process and was always available when I needed her. She is a very thorough, honest, and knowledgeable attorney. She was so good that my daughter's father had three different attorneys through the whole case. He kept firing his attorneys because none of them could compete with her. She is an absolute bulldog (in a good way). Well worth every penny! I would recommend her to anyone. I really can't say enough good things about her.

I reached out to Ms. Wright when I had a dispute with my landlord. I was confused about what my rights were and she helped me to understand what the laws are in AZ as a renter.
