Mr Syme represented me in a Criminal Case. I was the last person I thought would ever get into trouble but wrong crowds put me there. I had never been in trouble before. My family has used Mr. Syme for an assortment of legal issues over the years and every time the results have been as good or better than what was expected. I myself spent 7 months in court working on custody issues with the ex. Mr Syme did not give me unrealistic expectations and helped me to achieve conclusions in the most equitable and cost effective manner possible. My ex's attorney insisted on drawing everything out and keeping the meter running the whole while. The ex ended up paying thousands more than I did for legal representation and the final decision was nearly word for word in line with my initial petition. The man is old school, he'll shoot you straight even if you don't like the answer, and most importantly he genuinely cares about his people. I wouldn't even think of trusting anyone else...

Christopher J Palmisano Law took all the stress away from dealing with the insurance company of the person that caused the accident. He and his team acted quickly and did not stop negotiations until Geico agreed to cover all costs and more. I was referred to John by another AZ Attorney who didn't have time for my son's case. As soon as I spoke to John, he made my anxiety attack disappear. I knew from the start he was experienced and could get us through this nightmare; and he did. I cannot stress enough how much John Moore did for me in a time of crisis, frustration, fear and stress. From the minute I called his office and talked to his partner, they were both very responsive, friendly and started looking into my case right away, before even meeting with John in person.
During my initial meeting with John I was a complete wreck. I was nervous, embarrassed, about to cry, and my mind was all over the place. From the very beginning of him offering me water and walking me to his office, I already felt better knowing there was NO JUDGEMENT and that he really just wanted to listen to the details of what had happened during my free consultation.
John was very friendly and easy going, and didn't have that "cocky" lawyer appeal I had seen before and didn't like might I add. He was very honest with the fact that I did, indeed, need a lawyer and that it would be expensive but that he would charge way less than other "big name" lawyers. He gave me the time to shop around and said to contact him if I decided to move forward with him as my representation with absolutely no pressure.
He was exactly right! I went to 3 other lawyers and he spot on about the price (competitors being anywhere form 3-6k more)! Not only was the price at others TOO high for me to afford or pay, but the environment and personality's of the others I visited were dreadful. One was a complete salesman and then asked me for 10k, another was basically falling asleep during my consultation and then said, "well, there isn't much I can do," and the third was so unmemorable that I can't even recall anything about him!
While money was a factor in choosing the right lawyer, I am a big "gut instinct feeling" type person, and knew that I would ultimately choose the person who best resonated with me! I feel lucky and blessed, because not only was that person John, but he was the most affordable as well. I truly believe it was destiny for me to find him.
Specifically, once hired, John kept me in the loop at all times and more importantly- did everything I needed him to do. He asked the right questions, gathered all of my information, handled the court dates and mostly, kept me calm. I kept asking him if there is anything I should do, or how worried should I be? His response was always calm and with a smile, "Don't do anything and don't worry... you really don't have to worry." This was so hard to hear because I WAS worried. Worried about my future, going to jail and just in general, was a big ball of stress. He totally helped calm me down and even assured me it was okay for me to cross the US/Mexico border to go on a retreat I had already planned! Not only did he tell me to go, but he told me to have a great time!
About my case, he handled it well... beyond well... COULDN'T HAVE GONE BETTER! I was charged with a Felony 4 for a first offense shoplifting case. I was so afraid of reading about my future and what being a "felon" would do to my life. Not only did he get it dropped to a Misdemeanor, but he also pushed up on the prosecuting lawyer to allow me to take the shoplifting diversion program, in which once completed, the case would be closed. Oh happy day! He did it and all I had to do was show up to court, plead "no contest" and then agree to complete the diversion program, which I did within two weeks!
In my opinion, John went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he had to. I learned more in his free consultation than the other three free consultations combined! In conclusion, if you are looking for a lawyer I CANNOT stress enough how perfect John is for the job! While he was my criminal defense lawyer, I am confident that whatever your legal issue he could help and do so with confidence, a smile and grace! He was honestly the best person to help me navigate around a legal system I know nothing about! You will not be sorry if you need to hire him for any reason!!!

I cannot even begin to describe the gratitude I have for Steven Meyerand. As I am sitting here a free man looking forward to every waking moment with my family. He and Jared are an amazing legal team to have on your side. I was charged with a class 3 felony for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon which carries a minimum prison sentence of 5yrs in Arizona. I did not do what I was being charged with but I made some critical mistakes in not fully cooperating and antagonizing law enforcement on the night of the incident. I was completely guilty for contempt of deputy but not for what I was being arrested and charged. Needless to say when the State refused to let the case go we went to trial. The trial took 3 horrible nerve racking weeks to get through with hours upon hours of testimony. His guidance and reassurance during the trial helped me and my family get through this trying ordeal. At the end of it all he convinced the jury I was Not Guilty. Arizona does however have what is called lesser included charges, which for this case was a class 6 felony for Disorderly Conduct with a Deadly Weapon. The lesser charge if found to be dangerous would have been a minimum of 1.75 yrs in prison. I was found Guilty for the lesser charge but since he convinced the jury it was non-dangerous it was left as an undesignated felony with 3yrs probation, which means I can work to get it reduced to a misdemeanor. See! that is how amazing he is, I know all of this now because of his commitment, knowledge and professionalism to making me understand my rights and options. Steven guided me through every phase with a full understanding of what was happening with honesty and integrity. I feel this was the best possible outcome short of a full dismissal and I have him to THANK.

It's simple Scott is simply the best Criminal lawyer in Arizona you can get! He didnt only win my case, he saved my life . He was dedicated and had amazing communication throughout the whole case, not to mention hes just a truly nice guy. I have never been arrested or gone to jail before. I also have never been prosecuted before. So this whole process was the scariest thing i had ever been through. scott worked so hard for me and was always so patient the whole time. Everything i have ever asked him to do, look into, ask, type up, or follow up on he took care of immediately even though he still had so many other cases to deal with as well. The prosecutor was trying to put me in prison for 5-15 years on a first offense and scott fought it all the way with me for a year and a half and got me a NOT GUILTY verdict on 2 counts. I was appointed a public defender to represent me in criminal case in Bullhead City Arizona. Adam is such a great lawyer that truly cares and supports his clients. He does a great job at explaining every step in the legal practice which like many is extremely helpful if one does not have any prior knowledge. Adam and the DM Cantor team were incredible in handling my DUI Case. It was my second time getting a DUI and the team was successfully able to get my case down to a first time offense. I ended up with a first time fine, home detention and ultimately a reduced penalty in the State of Arizona for a second-time offense.
The result of my case was a very favorable considering that a normal second time DUI requires a minimum of 6 days in jail and 24 of home detention and more significant fines and fees. I can't express my gratitude to Adam and the DM Cantor team enough. I would recommend them to anyone.

Todd Baker a father , a family man , a true public defender. Many of the men and women that work in the circuit courts dont get enough credit. He never made me feel he didnt have my back. Im still in a court process currently with him. He put my mind at ease immediately. Most public defenders talk deals out of the gate , not Todd. He understands the law and his clients needs. It was easy to tell him the truth because he isnt judging you. Most Public Defenders get a bad comment. These men and women have a passion for the law and take lower pay scales to help those in need.
