If you have found yourself in any sort of legal trouble, please take the time to read this-- you will not regret it. I was charged with a very serious criminal offense in 2014. Despite our feeling that no crime had been committed, the charge still had the potential to destroy the life that I had built with my wife and family and my future. I initially consulted with and hired a different attorney shortly after my arrest to handle the case (not Mr. Nermyr). Things started off poorly and unfortunately, they did not get better over time. Communication was severely lacking, punctuality was an issue on many occasions, and due to my previous attorney taking a vacation, we missed the only opportunity for a Grand Jury remand-- which we have been advised, may have ended the case based on the facts involved. From that point forward we got caught up in the system and seemingly endless hearings and delays. Our attorney seemed powerless and in over their head. We tried several different routes to plead our case prior to trial, but could not gain any traction with the State and we felt, for lack of better words, totally unprotected. After over 2 years of zero progress, we were emotionally tapped, financially drained and running out of hope. It was at that point that a very close personal friend recommended that I speak to Mr. Nermyr about my case-- and I could not be more grateful for that. From the moment I met Mark Nermyr and his associate, Al Morrison, I felt like I had found the best. He took the time to completely understand my case and from that point forward I felt totally protected. The dynamic and breadth of knowledge between these two gentlemen was unreal. They immediately went to work getting to the core issues of the State's case and the strengths of ours. It did not take long for them to formulate a strategy that would ultimately lead to the first real movement in over 2 years on the State's part. The first hearing with Mr. Morrison, Mr. Nermyr, and Mr Shell was pretty incredible. They arrived early and were ready and waiting when we arrived. When we walked into the courtroom they commanded respect like we had not experienced with our previous attorney, all while being incredibly professional and prepared. That was the first time since the arrest that I had felt truly represented and hopeful that we could achieve a positive outcome. The meetings and hearings following were equally as impressive. Mr. Nermyr continued to analyze, research and adjust strategy accordingly to put us in the best possible position. The communication with Mark was always on point and he always gave me his undivided attention and treated me with total respect. Within just a few short months, and nearing the trial date, Mr. Nermyr and Mr. Morrison drafted and submitted a powerful motion that changed the course and outcome of the case. The motion opened up the opportunity for a dismissal or possible acquittal at trial and/or acted as a strong negotiating tool for a favorable plea offer. Options are few and far between when facing the justice system-- and Mark Nermyr did what seemed impossible-- his diligence and thorough understanding of the law and how it applied to my case gave me multiple, solid options and all of the information necessary to make the right decision for me and my family. Words are not enough to express my gratitude to Mr. Nermyr and his team. He, against all odds, gave me my life and dignity back, my kids their Dad back, my wife her husband back and orchestrated a defense that will allow me to move past this in the near future. I do not anticipate needing his services again in the future, and I certainly hope that none of my friends or family run into any legal issues-- but if they do, I will without hesitation recommend Mr. Nermyr. I highly recommend Mark Nermyr if you find yourself in need of excellent representation for a criminal matter in AZ-- You will not be disappointed.

About a month ago, I was convicted and charged with criminal damage, underage consumption of alcohol, and possession of a fraudulent (fake) ID card. Mr. Crews from the start was very supportive and helpful with everything I needed. He made me feel very hopeful about the case, despite how nervous and worried I was. Mr. Crews also responds back to my emails and texts back very quickly with detailed responses in which give me a lot of aid and clarification regarding the circumstances of my legal issues. Mr. Crews operates a small law firm and he gets most of his clients from other very reputable attorneys across the country. This is actually how I was referred to Ted. I was referred to him by one of the best lawyers in the Colorado-Denver-Boulder area in which he said I would use Mr. Crews if this was my kid in this situation. As he was talking to my mother. Mr. Crews was able to negotiate a diversion offer with the prosecutor which means all the charges were dropped in exchange for me paying restitution and completing a Behavioral program in Phoenix. I strongly recommend anyone who has some legal issues (criminal charges to be more specific) to get in touch with Ted. He offers free consultations as well and you will not be disappointed with the prices he offers for service.

I got a parking ticket in the mail. It was for the car that my ex got in the divorce. I wasn't sure if it was worth the hassle of fighting it even though I was innocent. I explained the situation to Mr. Crews. He listened to me and quickly went into action. He filed a motion to dismiss and provided all of the documentation to the Court. After a contested hearing and testimony from the officer, Mr. Crews was able to get my case dismissed and no points on my license. I'm sure Mr. Crews had many more important cases than mine. But he took the time to take care of me and my case. I highly recommend Mr. Crews if you need a honest, reliable lawyer to make your legal problems go away.

I ask a lot of questions, Vicki answered them all. She was honest with me and straight forward about what was and wasn't possible. She didn't promise things she couldn't deliver, so when things came to a completion, we got the things we asked for. While I hope I never need her again, if I did, I would come to her first.

I am very pleased that I went with Vicki Lopez for my felony DUI case. She was able to bring down my aggravated misdemeanor plea down to a standard misdemeanor without having to go to trial. She and her team were quick to respond to my calls/emails whenever I had questions which was nice due to this being a stressful time. On a personal level she was able to work with me and calm me down when I was a nervous wreck due to this being my first experience with the justice system. The death of my mother was very hard in many ways, but the loss of my stepfather/ Dad of 30yrs was devastating to say the least. I truly thought nothing could be worse. Then my step siblings and his ex-wife decided to try to make me and my nephew into thief's and horrible people. I never would have believed that the court's would have allowed this whole thing to go as far as it did. Allegations and blatant lies, not proof, but it did. If it hadn't been for Davis and Doug I honestly think they might have gotten away with it, since I'm a step daughter, FYI: Stepdaughter I found to be something of a "bad thing" automatically. Thank you for listening and fighting for us. Thank you for not allowing my dad to be misrepresented as well, even though that was a byproduct, I know he would be thankful as well.

Out of nowhere we received a call from a detective making accusations about a past event. These were the kind of accusations that could potentially be life altering. Not knowing what to do, but knowing we needed advice, I found Jerald Schreck online, ascribed as someone with expertise related to my case. I made a call. Sure enough Mr. Schreck picked up the phone himself. He was warm and reassuring. Not having ever met me before, or with any pretense that I would retain him, he spent about an hour on the phone with me reviewing the recent events and my concerns. He explained to me the law, how these things typically work, and put it in to the context of my situation. In the end he advised me that I was not currently in need of a lawyer, but if things progressed, he would keep my information on file. I offered to compensate him for the impromptu consultation, but he said he was happy to help, and that was not needed. He offered his services but insisted it was not worth my money at this time. With one phone call we went from shock and panic to reassurance. Mr. Schreck’s kindness and expertise deescalated the situation and enabled us to get back to our lives. His kindness and willingness to help without compensation was truly unexpected. We owe him immense gratitude and WILL be calling him back in the event we ever need his services. An honest lawyer who is passionate about helping those who need defense.

We hired Nicholus through Knockle Law firm. We were seeking help to get consevatorship, guardianship of our Mother. Nick led us through the complete process. It was an uphill battle from the start. I met with Mr Noland on the recommendation of a friend. Mr Noland walked me through the court process explaining in detail what he thought would happen and my options. He was clear on his fee”s and he made sure I understood what I was facing before I left his office. A few months later when my charges were filed I contacted Mr Noland. I was surprised when he in fact told me to try a public defender first. He told me he used to be one himself and they get a bad wrap. He assured me that he would take my case if in fact I was not happy with my council. In the end Mr Noland saved me a great deal of money as I had no lawyer fees. I would recommend Mr Noland without hesitation. Set up a meet and talk with him yourself. You will be glad you did. Whatever your circumstances you want this man fighting for you. Robert Wooten was the best thing it happened for our son. He was arrested undefined us terribly, this is not supposed to happen to us. We called Robert at the law firm Curry Pearson and Wooten. In his office Robert counseled Him, told him he needed to write an essay of sorts on his behavior & how it got him to this place. Also that he needs to pay us/his parents back for all we're doing for him. Robert asked the judge to meet with us as a family 30 minutes before court. We were so impressed that the judge took the time to explain the what and how of court procedure & jury works. We tirelessly searched the internet for a lawyer for our son and we are so glad that we found Cornelia! My husband and I live in Pennsylvania so we're we're nervous about coordinating our son's legal defense from such a distance. Ms. Honchar made it easy. My name is Mary, and I am writing this review to let anyone who is in need of an excellent lawyer Ms Cornelia will not disappoint you. We hired her in a self defense case for my son he was charged with 4 aggravated assaults, all felonies it was a very hard time in our lives, not knowing the law or what to do. Ms Cornelia was a godsend to us she is a compassionate caring person, my son was facing up to 30 years he is 22 so that was devastating to us. My son was determined to go to trial and Ms Cornelia felt confident he could win the case, but again if he lost hence the 30 years or more!! Words could never express what this wonderful woman did for my son. At some point of him being in jail he was threatened by other inmates and put in what they call the towers very traumatic for him and us his parents and siblings, there is absolutely nothing you can do!! Totally helpless feeling, Well she got him out of solitary confinement and transferred to another what they call pods, He did well for the rest of the time he was there. To anyone who reads this, Ms Cornelia is a lawyer you want standing by your side, To end this we decided not to go for trial, not because we did'nt trust her but for the fact that if he lost, well she got him a plea of 3.5 yrs with 1 yr credit. We will forever remember her in our hearts!!!!

I hired Attorney Matt Long after I was indicted on serious criminal charges. Matt worked tirelessly to review all the evidence and make the appropriate motions to win the case. After reviewing his motions, all the most serious felony counts of the indictment were dismissed. On the remaining felony counts, Matt was also able to have them dismissed in exchange for a plea to an offense that is treated as a misdemeanor with probation. My husband was arrested for a prohibited possessor charge a d I tried everything I could to find a way to get it dismissed. Sarah came out to me in her lobby and gave me 1 1/2 hours of her time without an appointment to help me understand the seriousness behind my husbands case A minamum of 10 years! I was floored. She communicated with my husband and me and did everything she said she would do. It was not a dismissable case. She even got a change of venue and the best Judge with morals, fairness, and integrity. Even the DA chilled out. She turned a 10+ year sentance to 18 months and most is time served! She did an excellent job. If she ever runs for Judge she has my vote. She has excellent communication skills is genuine, and all balls out defender. It is rare to find a lawyer with even one good review written on them on the internet, yet alone several. To have several and have them all 5 star is unheard of. It is the reason we met with her, hired her, and we have yet to be disapointed. Virgina has earned them all! She took on a VERY complex and difficult case with issues going back over 2 years. The case is still ongoing but could not be more pleased with the results so far. She really knows her stuff and goes at it with diligence. We have had 2 lawyers previously who left more than a bad taste with their extremely costly errors, lack of knowledge and plain failure to show up! Virginia is the kind of attorney that will get things done in timely and respectful manners. She tells a client why she takes a certain approach and keeps clients up to date with changes and info. Marlo was our attorney after a serious auto accident when the responsible party was declining any compensation. She did an amazing job for us. I have to say! Even though I never got the chance to file bankruptcy (thank goodness) he has been the best attorney yet! He got rid of a debt I had that was almost 14,000$. I had a garnishment on my pay check for almost a year and we went a different route so that we wouldn’t have to file for bankruptcy and I got the letter in the mail that the debt is forgiving and it’s all thanks to Alex Coomer. I utilized Alex to look into bankruptcy and other financial options to assist in resolving debt issues. Through the entire process I always felt Alex wanted to generate value for me. He was fair with pricing and did not generate work that did not net me value. This has not always been the case in my experience with other lawyers. He did small things that he didn't charge for, like reminding me of payments, giving me budget advice, and providing me recommendations to consult with my accountant. Alex would be my first choice for lawyer if I needed anything in his specialties.
