From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn. Leading up to court, I was confident I had the best team possible. Robyn’s paralegal, Mandy is just as knowledgeable as any attorney I’ve ever known and worked equally as hard in organizing material, preparing documents, and laying out evidence for settlement discussions and hearings/trials. In court, Robyn stood her ground in my defense, holding my abuser accountable for his abuse and lies. Robyn presented my case in such a thoughtful, methodical way that it made the judge’s ruling (in my favor) easy. After just a few short months with Robyn and Mandy, my children and I are one step closer to being free from my ex’s abuse, my children’s voices are finally being heard, my children are finally being protected, and I am finally receiving child support, alimony, and attorney’s fees that my former attorneys refused to fight for!!! Living in Coconino County, I was reluctant to hire Robyn out of Maricopa County after my experience with the first attorney in Maricopa. But, she was more present and committed to my case than I could have imagined. Robyn repeatedly drove three hours each way and showed up to my hearings in person (my local attorney never did). Representation is everything; this made a huge difference for me and for the judge. I am so grateful I was able to find and retain Robyn!! Robyn was prepared, effective, and passionate. Annette helped me regain custody of my daughter years ago and was wery insightful throughout the case. Her pricing was fair for what she does. I have been divorced now for over 10 years and since my divorce have gone through three attorneys. My first experience with my first attorney was horrible and no justice was served in my divorce; my ex wife walked away with everything including my children. Since then I have taken my ex-wife back to court and never really truly been able to get justice served. I recently retained Annette Cox Sandoval as my attorney in a custody battle with my ex-wife. My ex-wife was always used to winning and getting her way and justice was never served until recently when Mrs Cox Sandoval took over my case. Mrs Cox Sandoval was very good at gathering the evidence that I gave her an overtime put together an amazing case!!! My ex even tried to get jurisdiction changed after it being 10 years in Arizona to hometown of Nevada. Mrs Cox Sandoval fought for me and convinced our judge to retain jurisdiction in Arizona (which was key to my custody battle)! Recently we were set to go to custody trial and the day before our trial my ex caved in and settled. I finally got justice served and more importantly, my son is now happy and living with me and his family in Arizona!!!

I retained Attorney Barber's services to assist me with a good-cause exception for a fingerprint clearance card through the AZ Board of Fingerprinting. While I was ultimately denied a good-cause exception, it was not for lack of effort or legal skills of Mr. Barber. He took time to get to know me and understand the complexities of my case. He represented me in filing the initial paperwork to the Board, representing me at the administrative hearing, and filing a reply to the Administrative Law Judge's recommendation. At each stage of the process, Bretton was willing to help and put forth a really good effort to try to get my good-cause exception approved. Unfortunately, I believe Mr. Barber was correct in his assessment of the law as it applied to my case in that the Board should have granted my petition, but we don't live in a perfect world. I think my experience may signal the need for the legislature to take a closer look at which misdemeanor offenses should even be included on the statutory denial list and draft legislation that is fair to petitioners so simple misdemeanors cannot be grounds for denial in the first place. Based on my experience with Bretton Barber, I would not hesitate to recommend him to individuals facing situations that require good-cause exceptions or any other matters related to fingerprint clearance cards. It's been several years since I had to use Jim, but all I can say is there is literally no one better :) If you think that some miracle can come along and take you out of your circumstances stop praying and call Jim. I owe him everything, I'd have lost my job like most, lost everything I owned, lost everything I know. But from a lot of research and prayers I met Jim. And that was that. Nothing sort of a miracle. My son’s defense council misrepresented him which resulted in his lengthy prison sentence. Luckily, we were able to obtain council from Ms. DuMond and her associates. Life is good, your career is prosperous, you’re loved by your kid, you’re grateful to life for a promising future, then you receive that appalling phone call. Someone is telling you that you’re being investigated by the police, falsely accused of the worst crime you can imagine, and that you must call a lawyer. And you’re advised to contact Attorney Rick Lougee.
That happened to me, it may be happening to you as you read this, and I was very fortunate to get Lougee’s name. I’m the living case-dismissed proof that hiring Rick Lougee is the right decision when your entire life is in jeopardy.
Always keep in mind Lougee’s principle: You never talk to the police. Throughout my case, sadly, I realized that the police’s investigation is sloppy, they’re lazy in finding facts, the prosecution is ideologically contaminated (e.g. #MeToo), and sometimes, like in my case, rigged.
Rick Lougee assembles an effective and unshakable investigative team for all his cases. For my case, they started working almost immediately. Lougee was determined to demonstrate my full innocence and systematically rejected any proposal of a plea bargain from the prosecution. We agreed that we will go all the way for our battle at trial.
From my experience, Lougee operates using three strategies: He is brashly honest and clear with you about the difficulties of the case. He strategizes with a military mind, planning always under the worst scenarios. He puts extreme care to the detail of law’s fundamentals in his motions, executing the defense brilliantly and effectively in court. I was fortunate to see Rick fighting for me in court. I saw him delivering at least two Perry Mason moments for my case.
My case was complicated by the conundrums of the pandemic, which caused a long waiting process. The nature of my case involved false memories of abuse. Lougee undertook a careful and thoughtful search for the best expert witness from very prestigious academic institution. He covered all the corners of my case, never underestimated the prosecution, and never left my case to the odds. We were ready for trial.
In a fortunate change of events and new information, Lougee discovered a pattern in the police detectives in charge; they were secretly coaching the accusers to provide favorable evidence for the prosecution. And in a most disgraceful act, the police department destroyed all the evidence that we know existed. This triggered the dismissal of my case.
During all my predicament journey of my case, I felt confident that Rick would use all his experience and talents to destroy the prosecution’s case in order to save me from a terrible fate. My confidence was based on Rick’s experience. He has an extensive list of cases that demonstrate he never is afraid of how big the case or the prosecution is. He has been in David vs Goliath situations. He has historical cases featured in newspapers and magazines like The New Yorker, or you can find his cases in academic books on criminal law. But that’s the last thing he cares about. He is focused on beating the prosecution case, but most importantly, he cares about demonstrating your innocence. He will fight for you, call him.

I was falsely accused of two sexual felonies and was facing 17 to 39 years in prison. That amount of time would equate to life in prison for crimes I never commited. My life was coming apart and because the system is heavily stacked against the defendant, I was almost hopeless. I had a photo radar ticket question...I called the office and within minutes Ryan called me back. I was very stressed due to the fact of having a clean driving record. Karl Mueller is definitely the guy you want to hire as your attorney. I got a ticket for littering. Throwing an unlit cigarette butt on the road. Turns out this is a criminal offense with possible fine, community service, and jail time, plus stays on your record as a crime forever. I had talked in length with a different attorney who told me this was no big deal, it would be fine, and they should be able to get it reduced. I called Karl and chose him because he truly cared about this going on my record, the specifics of my case, and the things important to me, ( I am 50 years old with a clean record). He did not promise anything, he was honest, LOTS of experience, use to be a prosecutor, has a relationship with the courts, knows the judge and what can potentially work best for me. First, I really appreciate what Mr. Muller has done to my case. At first, I was received a ticket for Criminal Speeding. And that time I did not realize the seriousness of it and plead guilty immediately. However, then I know Criminal Speeding would leave a criminal record and I ask Mr. Muller to deal with my case. He first helped me to withdraw the "plead guilty" and appeal again. Although the process lasted a long time, the result is satisfactory. I quite recommend Mr. Muller to deal with the traffic case.

After days of research on law firms in the valley that specialize in gun rights I contacted the Heath law firm to help me restore my 2nd amendment rights after a mistake I made almost 30 years previous earned me a class 3 felony on my record. I recently moved to AZ from CA, and I was pulled over (speeding), and the cop that pulled me over told me I was lucky he wasn’t going to arrest me, because I was going (what he said) was 20 miles over the posted speed limit as well as in a school zone. I was completely shocked, since this was my very first time being pulled over in the 20+ years I’ve been driving. The cop told me that I will need to go have my fingers printed and get my pictures taken. This whole situation was eased when I reached out to Mark and his team. Last year I was hit with a bogus hyped up charge in Mesa. I was really worried because I have a job and a daughter. No one goes around looking for trouble but sometimes misunderstandings happen. I was unsure about what was going to happen but I was sure about one thing that I wasn't going into court alone. I consulted with Giancarlo in 2020 when I got divorced. My ex-husband and I decided to do the divorce without legal counsel but the information that Giancarlo helped me with was great. 1.5 years later my ex had a horrible drinking problem and I needed to get emergency full custody of my 2 children. Mr. Corso was an amazing lawyer. I was charged with misdemeanor of solicitation of a prostitute. The charge was embarrassing, unjust and it screams first amendment violation. However after going to court and going thru the judicial system, Mr Corsco got my case dismissed. He was reasonable on the cost and he did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and he was always prompt on answering questions. I am not sure some people here have had a problem with him, but you cannot make everyone happy. Got a red light camera ticket while visiting Scottsdale. After some research online I reached out to Corso Law Group. Megan Hawkins was very helpful. First off ,when an Arizona case come up abd was not going to just be ignored, I began searching for an Attorney that in my opinion was going to prove very challenging. That meant plea to a case completely on The State if Arizona's Terms. Got a call one evening from someone who said we found an attorney you will like. It was Derek Oliverson. Both acceptable if that was the outcomes. After 1st appearance got the call a day after wirh an offer that was in my mind ,,, not even in possible this guy can get that done. Tell you what he did and he was a cannabis case involving seizure of currency in excess and trafficking of cannabis.
Charged with interstates money laundering an cannabis felony. I agreed to a deal that dropping the money laundering and cannabis trafficking.
I PKEAD TO 1 COUNT misdemeanor cannabis possession. A fine and 10 days in county.

I received a DUI first of this year and I was freaking out. It was my first offense, I was panicking and not in a good headspace. So I was stressed to say the least. After seeing what the officer was charging me with I realized I needed a lawyer I could trust that could help me through this messed up situation I got myself into. Unfortunately every criminal defense/DUI lawyer in the Flagstaff area wanted a ridiculous amount of money for my DUI case and were not confident in the outcome. Almost everyone wanted over five thousand to do the case, until I talked to Bryan. He was a realist and didn't promise me any guaranteed outcome, but he was calm and told me he would do everything in his power to help me out. In my time of stress and panic I needed a person like that to calm me down and let me know it was all under control.
