I have no words for how amazing Stephanie is! If you are looking for someone who will get the job done, Stephanie is who you want on your team. Stephanie advocated for our family and our children. She listened to us, and I mean really listened to us. We ended up with the best case scenario in our court case after years of work and documentation. Stephanie looked at EVERY piece of evidence after coming into our court case after we were already five years in, and she knew our case like she was living it with us. Stephanie is empathetic, always professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. Like many court cases there was a lot of tension between parties and she managed it all so well and professionally. 10/10 recommend! Shane Miller changed the trajectory of my life. I was facing three felony charges and he managed to get them reduced to a misdemeanor. Throughout my lengthy case Shane was attentive and quick to answer any questions or concerns I had either by phone or text. I’m not the type of person that takes the time to write reviews for services but in this case I feel compelled to. I’m sure there are other attorneys that are also punctual and professional, but I felt that Shane cared about not only my case, but my well being even when I didn’t care about my own. That’s not my experience with other attorneys and I believe that’s something money can’t buy.

Attorney Shane Miller Cares! He kept me up to date on what was going in my case and court. Making legal decisions that can affect your life forever can be extremely stressful. Shane was able to reduce my stress and let me focus on family and work and allowed me to make the best educated decision on how we should proceed in my case. Kevin was assigned to my case as a public defender. If I had the money I would still definitely choose him. I had a criminal charge that I was worried would interfere with future schooling/job offers. I was so happy that he got the prosecutor to dismiss the case. He's very good at his job and honest. Straight to the point about how he wanted to approach the case. I appreciated his honesty and prompt responses if I'd leave messages for him on the phone. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in a bind.

Finding myself in the worst situation I have ever been in, Kevin was there with me through the entire process. It would be almost impossible to describe exactly what he means to me and my family. The first time we met, he was very open and honest about what I was facing and more importantly what he intended to do for me. This never changed throughout the entire process. He is the only man that I would ever trust to represent me or anyone close to me in the courtroom. I won't go into many specifics in this review but I quite literally would not be able to be home writing this right now if it wasn't for Kevin. He is an incredibly dedicated lawyer who cares very much about the success of the people he represents. I have now fulfilled much of my obligation to the courts and am satisfied with the resolution we were able to come to and I know that none of this would be possible of it wasn't for him. Even now, over a year since our first meeting, we are still in contact and he has always been incredibly supportive of my recovery and helping me to put all of this behind me and move forward with my life. And again, this is the life I get to live today because he believed in me and worked every single day to ensure my freedom.

Im glad I was lucky enough to end up with a lawyer as cool and good at his job as Kevin. I walked into this entire process blindfolded and really didn't know what to expect but Kevin helped me out big time by going over the process and helping me understand what to expect. Also, because I lived out of state Kevin did a great job of keeping in touch and giving me suggestions as we went along! Kevin was also a huge help by showing up for me at my first few court hearings working to get my case dismissed. I am very grateful for attorney Gary Robbins. I had a very difficult custody case. Gary had a solution for every curve ball thrown my way during this case. Because of Gary I have 50/50 custody and a healthy coparenting relationship that I thought would never be possible. As a recovering alcoholic myself Gary provided me with all the resources I need to stay sober and be a wonderful father to my son. I highly recommend Benjamin Deguire, Family Law Attorney in Flagstaff, AZ. Ben was the top reference I was given through my friends and family who practice Law in Arizona. With that, I was not shocked to learn that Ben was completely booked when I reached out to him last year, but he agreed to meet with me over the phone to assess the complexity of my Divorce case and feel me out as a prospective client. Fortunately, he agreed to take me on. Ben is an expert on Family Law and also very familiar with the Judges’ tendencies, and well connected with the other family law attorneys in town. This positions him to give sound advice on probable outcomes of settling outside of court vs. in trial. Communication is key when you’re navigating something as stressful, complex and high stakes as Divorce. Ben welcomes questions and input. He was able to pull my input into a strategy with my best interest and outcomes in mind. He tackled each category of the divorce decree one at a time, approaching the cleanest, simplest issues first. This set a nice tone for negotiating the more difficult issues later. Ultimately, we were able to settle outside of court through a combination of a Settlement Lite conference and a Judicial Settlement Conference. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his wife, Liz. They were wonderful to work with and very relatable on the emotional aspects of divorce and divorce with children.

I hired Ben Deguire for a second divorce proceeding and child support. If you are reading his reviews to find the best attorney, my experience with Ben and his office were positive. It was not an easy or fast process, but his office was very supportive and provided me guidance for me when I wasn’t sure what I could do and what needed to be done. As a person that isn’t from this state, here with no family Gil came in clutch for me when I lost my vehicle do you a drivers negligence to pay attention to the road. I hired Sandy when I was a freshman in college in 2013 when I got in some trouble. She was always there for me, truly cared, and got me a great deal. I contacted Pinnacle Law for assistance on a traffic violation. The firm referred me to one of their attorneys, John Rhude. John contacted me immediately. He explained to me in very precise terms the steps that we should take and the expected outcome. My partner and I live together on our farmstead near Asheville. Our home is our sanctuary and we are very openminded and honest people, in retrospect, a little too trusting. I rented the extra bedrooms in the house to supplement income, I was also secretly cultivating a personal medical cannabis grow in my barn about 500 feet away on the property, behind locked doors; a completely private, nonviolent crime that is legal in 11 states and increasingly so. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, it appears that one of my tenants decided to go behind our backs and order a kilogram of MDMA from a "source country" have it delivered, with his name on it, to our front doorstep. It was scary because we were all subjected, without consent, to conspiracy in trafficking narcotics. Of course, the package was flagged by HS and BCAT initiated a raid upon our home. The tenant was arrested on the spot, and fortunately the officers were able to determine based on their observations that the tennant was the sole suspect in this MDMA trafficking. But they also found my grow... the officers did not arrest me on the spot because I was courteous and complied with their investigation. I was fortunate to find Tony Rollman and after talking with multiple other attorneys, I hired him as my lawyer. Tony helped me navigate the legal paperwork and the process of turning myself in. Tony advised me in a highly specific ways and was very reassuring and supportive. His fee was more than the other lawyers that I looked into, but I believe it was worth it because he went above and beyond and now I am on the path to having 0 felonies. Tony is highly responsive, gives his personal cell number and answered my calls nearly all times of the day or evening. My whole situation was drawn out by the court for 8 months and Tony never let me down. This experience has been incredibly frightening and traumatizing for me, my partner, and my family and I really would have felt helpless without his legal services. Tony thoroughly explained each step of the process and took the time to make sure I felt better. Tony is professional, personable, and has a good sense of humor so he definitely lightened the mood. After due process, Tony helped me appeal to the District Attorney and I was awarded Deferred Prosecution, so after 12 months probation, community service and court fees, my charges will be dropped. Gabriel is one of the best criminal defense attorneys out there. What sets him apart is that he legitimately cares about his clients. I have had to hire Gabriel on more than one occasion, during a time when I was spiraling legally and facing some serious consequences. I was physically assaulted, somehow I was arrested? I spent a day in jail and had to defend myself from a family member who had assaulted me and lied. I am soooo glad I called Charnesky and Dieglio. Dina answered my call. I think it was a Sunday, she stayed on the phone and was very caring and competent and I hired her. Dina was knowledgeable, honest and forward about the charges. I live out of state and Dina and James went to court for me. My trial date was a while back and Dina and James were there for me. They were excellent and knew how to handle this case. The Judge ended up granting "acquitted-not guilty" -which is rare. I trusted them and I am so Thankful for them. I would not hesitate to hire them or recommend them!

Taylor and the rest of the team at May Potenza Baran & Gillespie were absolutely great to work with! They helped us with the sale of a business and lease negotiations. I relied on Jacie to help with a frivolous neighbor complaint. Jacie was instrumental in getting his claim dismissed. She knows the Court rules inside and out, and strikes a perfect balance between irreverence and respectful disagreement for dealing with ridiculous and frivolous claims. Her pretrial insights were invaluable, and her conduct during the hearing impressive. My neighbor's seasoned attorney had 15+ years more litigation experience than Jacie, but she danced circles around him, eliciting critical testimony from both the plaintiff and his witness. I am a senior-level attorney, and so am familiar with the various skills and competencies that fellow lawyers share -- Jacie is among the best. David and Chris are consummate professionals. I was referred to them by my former attorney who couldn't take my case. I sat down with them, laid down the facts and asked if they could get me 'X'. He didn't guarantee it but he felt he had a pretty good shot at it and outlined the steps we would take. I was satisfied, signed the retainer, and then Chris and David completely took it off my shoulders. Showed up for all of my hearings for me (3 in total) and got my misdemeanor reduced to a civil infraction so nothing criminal on my record. This was a traffic issue and was kept off of my insurance so no rate hike either.

We had a major investigation of our IDTF diagnostic facilities and one of our shareholders, a physician, faced board complaints in every state he was licensed in. It was grueling and extremely stressful. D’Arcy was recommended by another attorney and we are thankful we were able to retain her. She coordinated and oversaw all of the out of state matters that required local counsel, handled the federal matters including experts. She helped us resolve the case with minimal repercussions and managed to obtain dismissals on all of the board complaints. She was sensitive to our stress level and on one hand was extremely compassionate with us and on the other - relentless with the opposition. I would highly recommend attorney Henry Beam as he did a great job with my case! Not only was I pleased with the final outcome but he assiduously stuck by me for the almost 2 years while my case was closed and re-opened due to results not coming back on time. He is very knowledgeable on the ins and outs of past written laws as well as newly enforced laws and policies. I love that he is very straight forward with facts and options and does not sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. Thanks to him I recieved the very minimal for my DUI and got a whole other charge completely dropped that could have been detrimental to my record.

Kamille is most definitely the "BEST" attorney I have ever hired and I have to say that I have had to hire an attorney on many different occasions. FACTS!! Anyway, Kamille is extremely knowledgeable, professional and is AWESOME at her job. I was in a situation that was not allowing me to get out of jail, meaning I was Non-Bondable and when being in a situation like that and have a lot to lose if you can't get out to take care of your responsibilities and/or bills, things can look pretty grim. Thats the situation I was in and I was extremely depressed with a high likelihood I was going to lose everything I worked so hard to achieve when one day I started up a conversation with an inmate living in the cell next door to mine and he told me all about Kamille and how hiring her was the best thing he has ever done for himself. I was already speaking to a different law firm but that High Profile Law Firm wanted to charge me $30,000 to take the multiple cases I had accumulated in such a short period of time. I was so upset with myself cuz there was no way I could afford $30,000 let alone stay in jail any longer than I already had risking the loss of my new flooring business. I was offered a plea bargain of 2.25 years and was told that that was the best i was going to get for a agg dui. I left that hearing in tears and was feeling the worst I have ever felt. I called up Kamile and was in her office within 30 min. She took me right in cut to the chase and gave me hope that I would see the light at the end of the tunnel. She is a very beautiful person inside and out and you can tell that she will put her best foot forward. I am truly confident I am in great hands.
