Matthew went above and beyond for me during a horrible chapter in my life. I had no prior criminal record and had an unfortunate situation turn into a felony arrest right when the Covid lockdown started. Because of Covid it took over a year of going to court dates on zoom and going back and forth with the prosecutors, but ultimately Matthew was able to get all my charges dismissed. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. He explained things to me in a way i understood. The decision to have Trey on our side while treading through the stress of a custody dispute was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He is highly knowledgeable and informative. At times I would feel stress and worry become overwhelming, but eventually I learned that in a sense “no news is good news”, and should there be an issue arise that requires either your attention or his, he was prompt with his responses and advice. I live out of state but was in the area for work. After a couple drinks with coworkers, I was pulled over and charged with a DWI, refusal to blow, and reckless driving. Because I was out of state, it was difficult for me to travel in for court. Victoria helped make this easy, eliminating the need for me to travel in initially and then postponing my court date to accommodate my schedule better. After the date was moved and before court, my attorney informed me that she had found that the arresting officer was no longer there and I was able to have my DWI found not guilty and the refusal and reckless driving were dropped! I am now working with Norwood to seal my DWI so it is removed from my record completely. They've been very accommodating and helpful in this stressful time!

Brent is worth every penny he charges. A family member received a DWI and we had no idea how to proceed. My extensive online research advised to hire an attorney however when asking around everyone said not to as you are wasting your money. Brent came recommended to us by another lawyer and was the best advice we've received in a long time! He reviewed all the paperwork/videos and was VERY well prepared for court date. Mr Hall helped with my son'DWI case. The reason we hired him is because he took the time to really talk with us and get all our details. He had expirence in all roles, so he knew exactly what to look for, and he charges one fee that gets you through the whole process. We had to postpone our case for personal reasons, no problem it was taken care of just like that. Mr Hall gathered all evidence in our case. He got all recordings from police and jail for us to review. When we had our pre court meeting, he gave us a package with all documents about our case. Mr Hall was well prepared for our meeting and had found the officer did not have probable cause to stop my son and that made all evidence not useable in court. We went to court and he presented our case and my son was found not guilty. We paid no fines and his record is clear. Mr. Hall was a blessing yo our family and I can't think him enough. Mr. Digby is the best, most ethical, personable, professional, attorney my husband and I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only did he take our case no questions asked, but he completely changed our impression of the profession itself. Mr. Corcoran was such a sweetheart! I called him for advice regarding a lease I was pressured into signing when I was apartment shopping. I had two weeks till the lease was supposed to start and I wanted out so I was in a bit of a time crunch! I hired Mr. Milam over two years ago in the middle of a criminal case I had against me , and I am so thankful that I did. In the beginning he told me he didn't know if he could get me a better deal then what I had been offered, but he promised me he would fight with me until the bitter end. Mr. Depper was kind but firm in what I would need to do to resolve my legal issues. The first face to face meeting his confidence was apparent and his knowledge of the system was strong. I was nervous and really did not think any lawyer would care to go the distance with my family.
Not only did Mr. Depper go the distance but he gave me sound advice, answered all my questions, calls, and messages regardless of how emotionally distraught or anxious I was. He is a very good listener and does his homework.
I thought at the beginning of my case there was no hope and I would be railroaded by the system. With Mr. Depper there was no chance of this happening. Even when I was ready to settle for anything just to get the case closed he was still fighting for us. I had a lot of work to do and he was very up front about my responsibilities. With each step he was encouraging, and supportive. He never once backed down. Throughout the case I kept telling myself what he had told me from the very beginning. "Your case depends on how many hoops they throw at you that you are willing to jump through...with a smile on your face". I would jump again. He was right. Even if they set them on fire he was there to put it out.
Strong, knowledgeable, supportive, and someone that has a good ethic. I feel privileged to have had him on my side. I was able to walk out with my chin up, and faith restored.

This summer I found myself in serious trouble and in need of legal help but had no idea how to find an attorney that would handle my type of problem. After searching and asking around, I stumbled onto the AVVO website. When I found Mr. Depper's page I noticed he had taken the time to answer more than 60 legal questions. I read his responses and I liked the way he answered people. He was very clear, to the point and helpful to those with inquiries. I contacted him via email through his website and he responded a few minutes later.
When I met him in person I found his demeanor matched the person depicted in the legal responses. I learned very quickly that I did not have to explain things in a hurry to him. He listened to everything I had to say and let me explain in my own way. He carefully looked through everything I had to show him asked questions for clarification and took a lot of notes. He explained the challenges that I would be facing and explained the general process of resolving my case. He answered all of my questions and when I didn't understand something he seemed to be happy to go over it again. When I walked out of his office that day I felt a tremendous relief. I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my situation and of me as an individual. I felt blessed to have a strong advocate with a solid plan.
We had three additional meetings and two phone conversations before my hearing took place. Mr. Depper stayed true to his initial character. He always answered all of my questions , he listened and did not rush me. He addressed every issue I raised by either telling me how he was handling it or making me understand why it was irrelevant. He never allowed our meetings to conclude without making certain I had no more questions. He always invited me to contact him if I had questions but that it was never necessary to contact him since he answered everything up front.
When it came time to go to court he met with me and explained how the hearing would proceed. On the morning of the hearing he spent a few minutes with me beforehand to make sure i was calm and did not have any questions or concerns. During the hearing I was a little in awe of him. He was very organized and well prepared. He systematically raised for consideration every issue we had concerns with. He kept everyone on topic including the opposing attorney. When the hearing was over he talked with me again. We briefly reviewed what transpired in the hearing and he let me know what to expect next. A few weeks later we learned that his defense was successful and there were no more steps to take.
I am very grateful to Mr. Depper for really hearing me, for taking my case and fighting for me. He is truly a blessing.

On January my husband and his friend were traveling back to Texas, their car broke down in front of a cop, the car was searched 13k and 4 grams of weed wax were found, which my husband didn't know about, otherwise his "friend" wouldn't have taken blame, they were still taken to the county jail.Dearmore was the only one lawyer who took my husband's case being the fact that we are from another state (Tx) . Eventhough the bond was set at 3,500 Bondsman didn't want to take the risk either, they didn't think he was going to make it to all court days given. thankfully a lady referred me to Dearmore Law, who rapidly worked on the case.
