We needed an attorney to help my 9yr old start a nonprofit organization to help homeless children and children in need. Mr Whitlow came highly recommended. He ended up hearing about my daughter and offered to help her become incorporated. He donated his services to her and it has made all the difference for her charity work. Mr Whitlow was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we were new to the entire process. We can't thank him enough for the help he has given to get her organization.

David is a man you can trust to fight for you. For me- His reputation went before him. I was told by 3 different people about him and so I went in to meet him for a consultation.
I was in need of an attorney to aid me in settling an abusive divorce and help my with keeping visitation supervised.
David was very professional, so kind, and compassionate. I soon learned well connected.
David helped me find someone to supervise visitation, he got me through the divorce and all that fine workmanship you take for granted needing to be done. When advice was needed David was careful thorough, and resourceful. David did everything very neatly, laid back; a calm you could trust.

I've had dealings with Mr. Bailey off and on for little things over the years. Then this family case came through and I retained Mr. Bailey, he not only did his homework, investigated thoroughly, but so well, that he ended up having the case dismissed before court was even held! David Bailey has helped me so much in my life. I've had some very bad relationships, and like the "cliche" fell for the bad boys, and in turn....received a bad life with them along with a bad ending as well. Out of these relationships, however, I was blessed with three small children, which are my life. I had both of my ex's come at me at the SAME time trying to take my kids away from me. I sold everything I could sell to have Bailey as my lawyer. Why? Because he is the best! If you want someone that won't sugar coat things and tell you the truth on EVERYTHING, then David is the lawyer you want. I had one ex settle, and then about six months later, the other ex settled. David is so good about making sure he explains everything and how things can turn out. He means business and is a no nonsense kind of lawyer. Which has really come in handy with one of my ex's who just recently tried to back out of a deal that was already set in motion. I called David that day, on the Sunday after 4th of July no less, and he made sure to get things straightened out in literally three hours! I wouldn't go to any other lawyer. I trust him with the ability to keep my kids with me, and I will always let others know that he is the best by far.

Blake was my attorney in September of 2004. My case involved Doctors testifying against me in court about a person with mental problems. Blake bought medical books and really studied about the subject he would be asking the Doctors about. Brandon Moffitt was my attorney over the course of about a year. He solved several issues for me related to a complicated probate case . Several attorneys were involved and I was in over my head legally. He was my primary contact and counselor regarding contracts, property settlement, will writing, gas and oil rights....everything that "came up". He resolved conflict between family members and prevented disputes during a difficult time.
He is a calming, professional person, willing and capable of putting out fires. He stayed with my case until probate ended and the issues I had were resolved enough to proceed without an attorney. In other words, he saw things through and made them better while saving time and money.
His fees are more than fair and he was careful about never overcharging. He often answered the telephone personally and if not, always returned calls promptly. Nathan Lewis and his team are the best in Arkansas. For family court or criminal court, ect. He's always on top of your case. He and his team will help you anytime they can and are extremely intelligent.
