I found myself with a marriage that was irrevocably broke due to a mixture of alcoholism and drug addiction by my spouse. In addition to out of control spending, physical abuse had also entered the marriage. Kim became the strong wall that held back the chaos threatening to consume my life.
Until this point, I had not had any experience with the legal system. I needed help with a restraining/protection order and someone to explain my rights in terms of separation and divorce.
Kim was empathetic and took me to an interview process that identified all the key facts. She then laid out a clear and direct process for me to follow.
From the protection order to the separation, and finally the divorce. I was able to understand and participate in every step - interrogatories, filing, pleading, mediation, and closure without feeling overwhelmed.
All professional services come with a cost, however rarely have I been so happy to pay for services rendered. The value received was more than fair for the price charged.
I cannot recommend Kim strongly enough.

First of all, I can’t thank him enough for his legal help and support. Attorney Joel went extra miles to help me out while I had a lawsuit against me. I was wronged and taken advantage by another person whom I tutored. I was sued with false allegations. I am so lucky and I thank God that I was represented by him.
He did a psychological counseling and supported me when I was traumatized, frustrated and didn’t know what to do with his legal counsel and help.

I was pulled over on the side of the road. It was not a good situation. Car was mess, air bags deployed and my passenger was very intoxicated. I got a ticket for unsafe vehicle, expired tag and arrested for Driving Under the Influence. This is a second offense for me. I spoke to Kevin. Retained him. He went to court with me and got the DUI dismissed. 100% dismissed. I had to pay fines on the tag and unsafe vehicle which I had no problem paying. Happy to have Kevin help me out on this one.

We suffered a case that the tenant did not pay rent over 2 years. Every time, the tenant filed an appeal or motion, just trying to delay the eviction. I turned to Lisa for some help. Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

I called Mr. Hirsch recently to ask for help in a potential fraud case. After spending an hour calling one department of the Atlanta police after the other and getting nowhere, I called Mr. Hirsch in desperation. Even though I am the victim of the fraud and Mr. Hirsch is a defense attorney, he seemed to care greatly for my well being and for my predicament. I was arrested for a DUI in 2021 and was looking for legal representation. I sat with 2 separate attorneys before I met with Mr. Sullivan to go over my case and found very different opinions and options from them. One said that there was no way I could have the charge reduced, the second one said it was a possibility however he was not very professional as he lost my case files on numerous occasions during the time he was reviewing my case.
After much hesitation in hiring these attorneys, I went online and looked up another option and found Mr. Sullivan.
I am beyond glad and grateful that I hired Mr. Sullivan, he is extremely professional, courteous, and took an interest in my case to find the best options possible, unlike the two prior attorneys.
He was honest and communicative during the whole process. His paralegal is also very professional and helpful. Mr. Sullivan reviewed my case and was very open and honest about the possibilities.
What separated him from the rest however was the fact that he took a genuine interest in my case, provided thorough information on the charges, the possible outcomes, and guidance to ensure that I was in compliance with the courts prior to my court date. Every time I reached out to his office there was no wait time to hear back and the responses were clear and concise.
We finally appeared on the court date and in no time Mr. Sullivan was able to get my charge reduced from DUI to reckless driving which I was told by the prior two attorneys that 1. it was highly probable that it won't happen. 2. maybe but not very promising.
Mr. Sullivan is an EXCELLENT law professional and has my highest recommendation for anyone who is seeking legal representation in these matters.

Seeing as I was only in Georgia for a limited amount of time, and had to relocate up north once my business was completed in Georgia, I needed a lawyer that was considered an expert when it came to DUI convictions. As a DUI defense attorney, Mr. Chestney was able to successfully reduce my potential SECOND (out of state) DUI charge to a reckless charge. DUI Charges are one of the most complicated scenarios to face in the legal system; you can find countless videos and articles on how to "beat" a DUI and there are numerous websites and marketing schemes on where to find help. Imagine yourself waiting until the last minute to complete a project for your job, a presentation for your performance review or even study for a final exam in which you have not looked over since the first day of class….this is all part of the DUI experience.
Personal Story – I had made a trip down to Alabama, from Ohio, for a friend’s wedding. On Sunday, heading back to the Atlanta Airport, I was pulled over on I-85 for speeding. The weekend was spent in the south for a friend’s wedding and according to the officer there was a need to investigate further. There is no stronger feeling of uncertainty then a police officer asking you to step out of the car…so after running through the gamut of FST the officer decided to book me for a DUI.
Now, I am business professional and travel extensively for work, both driving and flying around the intercontinental United States. Not only my job, but my career was in jeopardy. Sarah is definitely a 5star attorney, I have a federal case out of the southern district of Georgia. She did my direct appeal and oral arguments.
