Jessica represented a friend of mine and did a fantastic job. Apparently, Ms. Nix traditionally practices Civil law but her talent and dedication in his case was outstanding. Unfortunately, she usually doesn't accept criminal cases, but she was a tremendous asset.

Jessica is an awesome Attorney!!!!!!!! She is very knowledgeable, dependable and always kept me in the loop about my case. Any time I had a problem, I would call or email Jessica and she would respond to my messages within the hour with whatever info I needed. In the court room, Jessica takes control and make sure she is on top of everything dealing with my case, and she always made sure I wasn't stuck in court all day. Jessica is terrific Attorney and she has won me over. If I have any issues with the law in the future, I would most definitely use Jessica again and recommend her to all my friends and family. "Other had said things like "Oh, Im sure we can get this case thrown out." And $6K later you cant even get that person on the phone.

Kristen did an excellent job. She had 2 cases in different counties for my fiancé. She was professional and was there for not only to defend him but for moral support that was much needed. My fiancé suffers from panic attacks and Kristen was at his side the entire time. His biggest fear was the domestic violence and our main concern was that we would be able to have contact, our plans have not changed to get married so we were uncertain how that was going to go. Kristen had the problems and concerns we had settled before my fiancé had even gone to court. She was our Angel and we are truly grateful for everything she did for us. I was charged with Driving with a suspended license and for Failure to maintain lane. It was my second driving under suspension in 5 years, which means mandatory jail time if convicted. Kristen immediately began working on my case, and on a saturday! She kept in constant contact with me and got my case continued so that I had the time to get my license reinstated before appearing in court. She answered all questions, response time on phone calls and emails was basically immediate, and always returned calls and emails. I was facing several issues that needed to be resolved in order to get my license back and she went above and beyond to help me with all of them. In the end she was able to get my charge reduced to no license on person and I received no further suspension and no jail time, not even probation! She worked on my case for months and only charged me a flat fee, so she wasn't even being paid by the hour for all her extra effort...she really cares. I honestly felt that she undercharged me. Her services were worth every penny and more!

I am a single dad who assumed custody of my children after my divorce. Ms. Anna Kurien is absolutely a a great defender. She not only works for the Public Defenders office to help those that cannot afford a paid lawyer but she is the definition of a true defender. She sticks to the facts and actually handles her cases unlike some PD's that only want to finish the case load. Ms. Kurien is the absolute best she helped me to end a murder charge which was unjustifiable in a matter of 6 months from her appointed date to my case. I would let Ms. Kurien handle any of my cases because she sticks to facts and will not allow any injustice to any of her clients. Attorney Omole handled my son's head injury to a remarkable success. I was introduced to Atty. Omole three years ago after my son suffered a head injury from a fall at his school's Gym. My son's situation was critical as he spent almost three weeks in the intensive unit at Piedmont Hospital. Our insurance quickly ran out before we met Atty. Omole. Emerson helped my daughter when she was clocked doing 85 mph on 285. He knew the Asst. DA and the judge. He was able to get the speed dropped to 72 which allowed her to still be able to retain her license. He is very plugged in to the Atlanta/Dekalb network.

My case involved a State probation violation which is pretty cut and dry. If you screw up.... you get punished severely.
Not only did Ann have a good game plan for court but she was able to get me in to see the Judge in record time. I couldn't have asked for a better turn out either. No slap on the wrist, no fines or fees, and I got what I wanted by the end of it all.

I hired Sydney to Appeal a criminal conviction . She worked diligently for nearly two years on my son's case until WE WON!!! She answered EVERY email, text, and phone call, and there were MANY. She explained the law in a way that my family and I understood and went out of her way to get to know my son. This included trips to the prison, which could have been handled thru a phone call or a letter, talking to me personally about his state of mind and thinking processes, and by keeping an open line of communication thru cards, letters and emails to him personally. Not just because she was working on his case, but because she cared and wanted to better understand his thoughts and how he would perceive the steps taken to win his appeal. The county we live in was not an easy system to deal with but Sydney managed to always stay a step ahead and was always prepared for whatever came her way! There were many times that things could have turned out bad for us but because of Sydney's diligence and hard work, nothing slipped by. My family and I will be eternally grateful for everything she did to get my son home!

I thought Judge Green was very compassionate and he didn't charge as much as he could have to represent me. I was charged with a crime I did not commit. He came to see me in jail and offered me encouraging words. He even came and taught bible study to my pod at the jail. He helped people who weren't even his clients get back on their feet after they were released. He answered my letters and my family members phone calls. He also helped another family member get paid after she was injured in an accident. He cares about what he's doing but he also keeps it real. He doesn't tell you what you want to hear like other lawyers who just take your money. I would definitely hire him again.
