Mr. Polanco has been representing my husband for about a year. He was arrested and went to immigration. Mr Polanco was extremely helpful throughout every step of the process. Nick worked with Paul Bartels on our cases. They really went the extra mile in our case. We hired them for a drug / controlled substances case. Well, it was more like three different cases in two different counties, including a probation violation case, a new controlled substances violation case, and a different controlled substances case (where a gun was also found, though it wasn't his, but the DA might have said who knows what). So, this was an extremely difficult situation, with three felonies in 2 counties all being processed at the same time! It took a lot of juggling! And on top of all that, our goal was to get the person into rehab, in order to get better, versus just to have time in jail. They had so much work to do to make this happen, helping to identify rehabs that the judge would approve, that the probation officer would approve, that the DA would approve. Nick and Paul were professional, courteous, and hard working. We are very appreciative.

I was in a bad situation at one point in my life, the Federal Government brought criminal action against me and i knew i had to be accountable for my action. I was looking for a good lawyer who specialized in criminal law, one who has professional experience in a court room and could give me good advice on what i needed to do. I interviewed three lawyer and someone told me about Nicholas Lotito, so i meet with him and we talked for hours, i was very impress with his honesty, i was convince and had know doubts or uncertainty that he was the person i needed to represent me. Juitt Jackson very unprofessional they don’t communicate with you. I had court my attorney didn’t show up no one answered the phone. I believe this is a scam they took my money and didn’t offer service to me. I had to represent myself in court, and I was charged $5,500 dollars upfront. I will admit, there were times that I was discouraged because Mr. Sylvan can be a hard man to reach at times, but by the time we got to court, he had his facts together, had a plan together, and KILLED it in the courtroom! He had tactics, he had facts, he had researched the officer, knew the characteristics of the judge and the prosecutor, and knew exactly what to do. Outcome of my case? Carter is an outstanding and passionate attorney. I was arrested a couple years back on Halloween at a road block by State Patrol for a "DUI" after passing all the field sobriety tests. I was driving a friend home, but State Patrol arrested me anyway. I contacted Carter after I was bailed out. He quickly took my case, reviewed the evidence, police tapes, and was determined to prove I was truly innocent and should not have been arrested that night. My case was presented at the state level where they agreed I was not to be charged with a DUI due to the lack of evidence. Since the case was brought to the state court, Carter was able to arrange a plea bargain to reduce to reckless driving with no probation or nonsense alcohol and drug evaluation/classes.
Carter fought for my case and was able to make the best of the situation and prove me innocent. The case took multiple years to close, however, he kept me informed of what was happening and what to expect the entire time. He is patient and will answer any questions you have and fight for what you. I highly recommend Carter. He is very passionate about his job and is truly on the defendants side.

A few months ago I was arrested on several serious charges. After initially consulting with Carter, I decided he would be the best person to represent me based on his clear understanding of my situation, and his ability to explain what was happening in layman's terms. I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to legal processes, but Carter was very patient in explaining my options to me, and answered all of my questions completely - regardless of how silly or paranoid they were. He was attentive and professional through the entire process, which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring him. Ultimately, Carter was able to negotiate a reasonable plea agreement with the prosecutor, which was really the best possible outcome for my case. I was arrested on multiple DUI charges and other misdemeanors over a short period of time. I hired Mr. Wren to handle all of the legal proceedings and he did a fantastic job. Though I thought I was facing possible felony charges, Mr. Wren was able to resolve all cases as misdemeanors through negotiations with judges, prosecutors, and court staff. He was even able to get some charges to reckless driving, although I have a substantial DUI history. I have worked in the legal profession myself, and personally know that this result is almost unheard of in situations such as mine. His knowledge of DUI law, the relationships he has developed with court administrators throughout the metro Atlanta area, his negotiation and trial acumen, and his willingness to do the utmost to protect his client's rights, allowed him to resolve all of my cases with results I cannot believe to this day. With Mr. Wren, I always knew what could happen on the day I had to appear in court, though on each occasion, Mr. Wren's skill achieved a better result than I could have imagined. For example, a solicitor had offered a 2nd DUI in 5 years plea which I was set to plea to on a particular date. This plea could have resulted in, among other things, substantial fines and jail time, having to install an intoxilyzer on my vehicle, and the loss of my license for a year. By the time we walked out of court that day, Mr. Wren had convinced the solicitor to drop the charge to a reckless driving. Unbelievavble! I went from thinking I was going to jail to not even losing my license within a matter of hours, all because of Mr. Wren. Mr. Wren is wise beyond his years and acts and works as if he has been doing this for decades. I would recommend him to anyone. His dedication to his profession and willingness to work hard for every client make Mr. Wren one of the finest lawyers I have ever worked with professionally or in dealing with my personal struggles. Jerry is a terrific lawyer. My son was questioned by Homeland Security agents on a Sunday of a 4th of July weekend. He found Jerry on the internet and called him. Jerry answered the phone, he was in his office. He met my son that day. My wife and I met with him later and he seemed to understand the process very well. We hired him. What a great attorney. He was knowledgeable, a skilled negotiator, very good in court, and dedicated to my son's case. He made himself 100% available, the guy answers his phone at any hour! We knew that my son was guilty, but after several meetings with the prosecutor and court hearings he struck an agreement. My son was looking at 8-10 years hard time. He is serving 18 months in a prison camp. We paid Jerry a good sum, but it was well spent. I would recommend him highly.

I have hired Marny twice for myself, for serious traffic-related matters. Marny was able to win both cases.
One case was dismissed, and one case was reduced to reckless driving, which I consider a "win" when charged with DUI. These outcomes were a necessity, given my professional career and reputation.

Marny represented me in court for a minor traffic violation because I was from out of state and couldn't make in back for the mandatory court appearance. The violation resulted in an accident that I was 'technically' at fault in. I had pictures to back up my assertion that the signs were obstructed.
Marny returned my call 10 minutes after I left a message, on a holiday weekend. She explained all my options to me and from that point forward
did exactly what she said she would do, every time she said she would do it. She was reliable during a time when I needed it and was able to get the violation reduced to a no points violation and I was able to plead no contest. Mr. Corey Washington has been one of the best and brightest attorney I’ve ever met. To be honest I was like this guy doesn’t act like previous attorneys I’ve hired before. He was super cool and down to earth. He’s honest and cares for people of all economic backgrounds and doesn’t look down on his clients. I was unjustly charged with 4 felonies facing 20 years in two and 25 years in another. I was nervous and humiliated by my arrest but this man got all my charges DISMISSED. My significant other (SO) and I started a pre-nup using an online webform, and per GA law, I sought an attorney to review on my behalf.
During my initial consultation with Ms. Crittenden, she was very positive about the effort we were making and she listened to all of my concerns and questions. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in a very straightforward manner, with simple language, using examples to illustrate the point. This made it easy for me to share the ramifications of the web template language with my SO and for us to work through what we intended the document to say.
We ultimately hired Ms. Crittenden to reword the pre-nup based a document where we identified our intent and wishes. When my SO's attorney reviewed the document there were only minor updates to be made.
Ms. Crittenden made what could potentially be a difficult process easy! I would return to Ms. Crittenden for assistance - I trust her judgement and ability to help carry out my wishes!

I met with Mrs. Crittenden, following a referral from a lawyer friend of mine that practices in another field. I was being brought back to court for a change in custody and child support. I met with Mrs. Crittenden for the initial appointment and was very impressed with the help that she offered, even prior to my agreement to retain her services. She has her heart in the right place and eventually, I had to admit that I could not afford her (very reasonable) retainer. She was able to offer several payment options, which also did not fit my current (limited) budget. However, she did provide very helpful advice around filing my initial response to the court on my own, so that I had more time to find an attorney that did fit my budget. I cannot say enough positive things about Mrs. Crittenden. I felt that she understood the importance of the continuation of my role in my child's life, especially as the NCP (Dad). I would recommend her to anyone - and I also feel that if I had been able to find a way to pay her reasonable retainer, I would have been very pleased with the outcome. Instead, I found an attorney that was willing to work within my budget. While the other attorney's services were appropriate, I feel that Mrs. Crittenden would have been a more present and qualified advocate for my rights. I do have a stack of her cards and hand them out to others that can benefit from her services. If I ever require the services of a family attorney again, I have no doubt that I will return to Mrs. Crittenden.
