I hired Mr. Horlick last year after getting a second DUI within 10 years (not proud of this, obviously) and I couldn't be happier with the work he did. He did all he could to help me get the best possible outcome in this unfortunate situation and lets just say that I was very pleased with the results. He was always sympathetic to my situation and never made me feel as though I was bothering him with questions and general ignorance of possible scenarios and/or outcomes. Hiring a lawyer in these types of situations is never cheap. Thankfully, I was able to pay him in monthly installments that we both agreed upon so that the financial hit wasn't so hard on me. We hired Robert to resolve a legal matter involving our son. I work with many attorneys in my line of work and Robert ranks in the top tier on technical skills. However what really sest Robert apart from everyone else is his approachability. He takes quality time to explain, in layman terms, the legal process and the theory behind it. Mark was recommended to me by a good friend. I did not know what to do. I got set up by some cops and hit with a false DUI charge because I decided not to blow, as I felt like they were harrassing me. I had no idea they could still charge me with a DUI! Mark left Atlanta and down to the small county I was in to fight for me. He was always easy to reach by text or phone call and very communicative throughout the process. He was honest and straightforward about the case and what we were facing and gave his recommendations based on experience and how prosecutors and da's work. We wound up getting it reduced to a reckless driving with just a fine. He worked his magic with the prosecutor and got it reduced to the minimum charge. I contacted Julie and inquired with her to see if I had a case and if she could assist. Although she couldn’t assist Julie was able to refer me to another lawyer. You can definitely tell Julie is all about helping and not based solely off of money. There are other lawyers that try to charge a fee just to speak with you. I appreciate Julie’s professional service and would refer her to anyone that’s in need of a criminal defense attorney based off of my first impression.

Ok to start I have literally been using Julie Kert's services for years now, and since I found her she has NEVER let me down! I first hired Julie for a dui that I received in Cobb County almost 10 years ago. I was praying to beat the charges but because I had heard of how strict cobb County can be I knew I needed a really good attorney. I never had hired a top tier attorney at the time but because of the circumstances I knew it would be the best decision for me to do so. I received a ton of letters via mail from all sorts of attorneys and for some reason Julie's stood out to me. I went and met with her for the initial free consultation. I felt very confident with her and I could tell that she was extremely knowledgeable to the point that I decided to hire her that day. I apparently had made the correct decision because Julie was able to get the charges totally dismissed which was amazing, and at that point I knew that she was worth every single penny that I had paid her. Fast forward down the line I had a a situation come up with an ex that I had been living with who had acquired a small misdemeanor marijuana charge at the home that we shared, however even though I was not there when the incident happened the police decided to charge me as well along with the ex who had already admitted to the marijuana. I found out later that I had a warrant from those charges that I didn't know of and was arrested. I called Julie and hired her and when we went to court she was able to have all charges dropped due to the fact that the charges had already been previously charged to someone else. What I have learned in my experience is when hiring attorneys you are paying for the experience and knowledge which is what will win cases. A lesser experienced attorney might not know all of the intricacies of the law to be honest. Given Julie's history and prior work experience as a prosecutor I have no doubt that she knows both sides of the field which is what I think has been very successful in helping me with my cases. I received another DUI years later and decided to go with a friend because I thought that it was a simple case. At the time I technically had never been convicted with a DUI and it was a refusal to blow so I knew there wasn't any hard evidence. Needless to say I went to court and lost that case which should have been a very simple case. The reason being is the attorney was inexperienced. Years later I received another DUI and I decided to hire another attorney again because I didn't think I could afford Julie, however I lost the case and wound up spending more money after the case than what I would have spent if I would have just hired her. And now, what brings me to this review, I hate to admit it but for the sake of this review I will expose that that I have caught the third and final DUI I will ever catch in my lifetime and I made sure to hire Julie because I did not need this DUI to stick because three would be very bad, as if the 2 prior wasnt bad enough. This time however I really felt that I was innocent. Let me tell you that Julie Kert was able to get the DUI thrown out by the judge due to circumstances that only she in my opinion would have been able to execute due to her exemplary knowledge and experience and legal intelligence in the courtroom. It is an honor to watch her work and witness her masterful execution in the courtroom. She has literally saved my life this time around. The earlier situations I was very young and making stupid decisions and this time I really did get caught up in a bad place at the wrong time and she saved my life for me and my family! Thank you Julie Kert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called about a traffic citation and I was willing to pay someone to go to court and help me fight my speeding ticket but he gave me some steps to take without an attorney. MR. Douglas Rohan is an amazing attorney. I was charged with two serious felonies. If convicted I would of faced two years jail time and possible deportation. MR. Rohan was successful in dismissing one felony and reducing other felony to a misdemeanor. Consequently I received no jail time and no deportation. I highly recommend MR. Rohan and his law firm.

My teenaged son, while intelligent in many aspects of life, made a very bad decision and was arrested along with a couple of friends for drug possession (felony) & alcohol (minor in possession). Doug represented me in another case & delivered very favorable results so I was confident when I approached him with my son’s case.
Doug took my son and another boy’s case and represented them as co-defendents. Doug worked with a State Prosecutor in/out of court for a weeks, and in the end their cases were dismissed. The boys were required to attend drug and alcohol classes & complete community service hours. Needless to say, my wife, son & I were more than pleased with the outcome!
Doug held our hand and explained to us in detail what to expect in every step of the legal process. In the courtroom he’s a calm and collective & is well respected by his peers. Watching him interact/work in the courtroom ensured us we made the right decision to his firm to represent our then high school aged son.

Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest. After searching online for the best defense attorney I could find, I contacted Mr Weintraub at 7 am the following morning and he immediately went into action. He was able to get my son released the following day on a signature bond so that he would not miss any more classes. Over the next several weeks, Mr Weintraub and his fantastic private investigator gathered exculpatory evidence, interviewed witnesses and expertly navigated the case through the court system. Before the end of the year he was able to have the case entirely dismissed. I have no hesitation in recommending Howard Weintraub as a criminal defense attorney and cannot imagine what might have happened to our son if I had not made the call.

My wife was test driving at a big name car dealership, when one of the dealerships people slammed into the back of her. Both my wife and my mother-in-law were in the car and suffered injuries. I’m a Florida resident and it was time to renew my Florida drivers licenses. Florida DMV told me I could not renew because of a 15 year old traffic violation in Atlanta. I reached out to Juanita and was genuinely impressed and amazed at how quickly and efficiently she resolved my issue. George was really amazing and was able to get my DUI conviction reduced to simple traffic violation. It’s true that Unethical DUI lawyers with low fees will take your money and then ask you to plead guilty without doing any sort of work whatsoever. But Mr. Creal took over my case, did his homework and guided me through the entire process.
I was very impressed with his service and I would highly recommend Mr. Creal to anyone facing a DUI conviction to get the best possible outcome.

“DA” Lewis Lamb wrongfully charged my son Makevion Bonner of Malice Murder, Felony Murder and Armed Robbery possibly sentencing him life without parol. My son Makevion Bonner character was attacked by Lewis Lamb by allegations on strategies “DA” Lewis Lamb made up in his head on what took place. “DA” Lewis Lamb had no evidence to charge my son Makevion Bonner with these horrible charges and not only did he discredit my son and slander his name “DA” Lewis Lamb subpoenaed Me and made me testify against my own son. Lewis Lamb attacked me as if I was a criminal, Lewis Lamb disrespected me as a person, parent and as a US citizen. Lewis Lamb never forgave my son and I for turning over the key evidence they needed to solve this case instead “DA” Lewis Lamb charged my son with these awful charges. The Bonner’s thought we was doing right by helping the law but the law had another plan to railroad my son. I want to thank the awesome “The Goat” Benjamin Davis for bringing my son home. One last thing I want to say is us citizens shouldn’t have a “DA” that doesn’t care about truth or anything except only what comes out of his mouth .

Benjamin is the best I wouldn’t go to court with anyone else. He’s very confident he’s not afraid of trial and most importantly he doesn’t believe in pleading his clients out. I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured.
