I spent a lot of time trying to find an attorney who matched my legal needs and Roberto came through in spades. He is knowledgeable, fair with his services and most importantly is easily communicable with very fast responses. I can’t say how many times I felt overwhelmed with the legal process to which Roberto was always there to provide his expertise and really helped manage the accompanying stress. Roberto took care of everything and I even had some more issues pop up later which he took care of as well. It you find yourself in a legal bind, talk to Roberto and sit back as he’ll take care of it.

Firstly, I am going anonymous as my case is still going on. Secondly, I am not getting any penny for writing this review but given the support that I got from these attorneys, I think it is my moral duty to write this review.
I have been fighting the case for separation/divorce since January this year and changed 3 attorneys so far. When you are fighting this kind of case, you absolutely need KICK-ASS attorneys. The earlier ones did not provide timely responses to my questions nor consoled me in my tough times.
I am literally overwhelmed with emotion as I attempt to express my deepest gratitude for both Boris' and Konstantin's exceptional guidance, support, and compassion throughout the legal separation process. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to my case were truly remarkable, but it was the kindness, empathy, and genuine care they showed me that made all the difference. They treated me like family, and for that, I am forever grateful. I precisely remember when I was feeling nervous, Konstantin got me a coffee himself. I’ve been drowning in debt for many years. It’s all I could think about. My entire paycheck was going towards minimum payments to creditors. There was no way I was getting out of this without bankruptcy.

Rob was extremely helpful and kind. After I got into some trouble after my 21st birthday. He had a 1 short zoom call with me about the accident then after that told me not to worry and carry on with life as he proceeded to take care of absolutely everything. Robert is amazing. I found myself on the wrong side of the law and made a stupid mistake. I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of.
I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

I've had the pleasure (or displeasure depending on how you look at it) for over 20 years. I had a pretty serious drinking problem and wracked up several DUI's because of it. Howard got me out of two DMV license suspensions for refusing to take a breathalyzer test (which is completely unheard of).On my most recent one, the prosecutor wanted my head on a pike and we were forced to go to trial. We lost (because I was guilty as sin), but not for lack of trying on Howard's part. He worked tirelessly preparing for it, and even shaved his beard off so he would look more presentable to the jury. What attorney does that?! And even though we lost, Howard got me 10 days of work release when the State was asking 200 days in jail. And even then, he apologized because he said he "didn't do his best".
I tell everyone I meet that Mr. Stein is one of the most good-hearted, honest, and honorable men I've ever met, and I mean that.

By far the worst legal experience imaginable. If you are ever assigned them as a public defender do everything in your power to not have Mr. Lotskar or Deweirdt involved at any point and honestly I would ask for another law firm all together. These are the public defenders that are way to friendly with the prosecution and seem to advise clients in a way that benefits prosecution. They are extremely dense in terms of understanding what actual life is like for human beings outside of the court room after a decision has been made. They just want to process you and get you off of their books. By far the worst law firm I have ever worked with.

I can’t recommend Jeannie P. Mucklestone highly enough as a driving offense attorney. About three years ago, I got a speeding ticket, and Jenny was able to get it thrown out of court without anything going on my record. More recently, I received another speeding ticket and a no-blinker violation, and she got both dismissed as well—again, nothing on my driving record.
The best part? I didn’t even have to appear in court for any of these cases. Jenny handled everything for me quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an attorney who can get real results with minimal hassle, Jenny is definitely the one to trust! Words can’t explain how amazing she is at her job!!!

Mr. Duarte represented me for my 2nd DUI case and when the final result came out one morning just a few weeks ago, I could not stop smiling for the rest of the day. I could not believe the final outcome. It was far better outcome than I ever hoped for and anticipated.
Since the day of my 2nd DUI, it had been a long ordeal for me since I had to deal with all the stress of the court system for more than 18 months but Mr. Duarte stood strong by me every time and made me feel that I was being taken care and cared by him. My case took a lot longer than other cases but Mr. Duarte had been very patient and caring about the case.

Our situation was rather unique as I hired Steve to represent my Brother in Law for a DUI who had dementia. I live in Texas and with the pandemic it made it impossible to travel to Washington State.
