I don't even know where to begin. It's now been a little over a year since my husband and I made the call to Hallaq Law. It was the BEST decision we made and a huge burden was lifted! One thing you need to know about Mr. Yranela is that he will fight to get the BEST outcome possible for you without you even knowing. I am out-of-state and got a speeding ticket in a WA state park while on vacation (silly I know). Contacted Mr. Yranela through Google search. He set very clear expectation in terms of what he could do to help with my case and I was very happy about it already. Everything went on as planned and he surprisingly told me that he was able to get the case dismissed due to a technicality issue he caught the VERY LAST MINUTE. I find Mr. Yranela very down to earth and professional during the short interaction I had with him. He is definitely very client oriented. He even told me that he would provide me with a full refund under certain circumstances... My suggestion is that you should read the Q&A section on his firm's website first. He also has a few Youtube videos you can check out. No wonder he received so many 5 stars on Google. Here is another one from me!

I do not have words to describe how competent and patient this lawyer is. He always replies in a short amount of time( I do not have any idea how he manages all of these); he is a real example of multitasking. My husband had a difficult traffic ticket assigned to a court that was avoided by many lawyers. Roberto was the only lawyer who took our case and succeeded in amending it to a non- moving violation. Aditionally, I have never seen such budget-friendly prices. This lawyer deserves the best and I highly recommend him to everyone. He was a blessing for us. Thank you for your help.

Mr. Ault took my case last summer and delivered the absolute best possible outcome. We went over the potential outcomes and he made it pretty easy for me: here's a list of things you need to do, go do it and he'd handle the rest. No promises made, but in the end he got me the best result, on everything that he could (which was everything), and that was more than I asked for.

I can’t recommend Jeannie P. Mucklestone highly enough as a driving offense attorney. About three years ago, I got a speeding ticket, and Jenny was able to get it thrown out of court without anything going on my record. More recently, I received another speeding ticket and a no-blinker violation, and she got both dismissed as well—again, nothing on my driving record.
The best part? I didn’t even have to appear in court for any of these cases. Jenny handled everything for me quickly and efficiently. Had an excellent experience with Len as my lawyer. Got a ticket for speeding and a criminal citation for driving without a license. Mr. Duarte represented me for my 2nd DUI case and when the final result came out one morning just a few weeks ago, I could not stop smiling for the rest of the day. I could not believe the final outcome. It was far better outcome than I ever hoped for and anticipated.

About a year ago, I found myself in a situation that not only could have a significant impact on myself and my family, but also and even more so on my career (I am in the legal field). Facing a DUI charge is a scary position to be in, emotions become tumultuous and can often cloud sound judgment. I was referred to Francisco through a good mentor and friend of mine, and had actually referred Francisco by way of the same person recommending him myself once before, to a friend of mine. I cannot say enough about my experience with him. Megan made the whole DUI process a lot less intimidating. She gave me all the info on what I needed to do and got me all the DOL paper work instead of me having to round it all up. She took my case to a Jury trial because the prosecutor thought he had it in the bag. After she told the jury all the evidence it was dropped to a lesser charge. I was happy with the outcome and would hire Megan again.

Our situation was rather unique as I hired Steve to represent my Brother in Law for a DUI who had dementia. I live in Texas and with the pandemic it made it impossible to travel to Washington State. Shortly after the DUI, we had to admit my brother in law to a Memory Care Facility. Recently I was successfully defended by Andrew (Andy) for a speeding infraction. It was early in the morning heading West on I-90 during the morning commute (in the commuter lanes). Suddenly when I looked behind me I was being pulled over, then cited for 85mph in a 60mph zone (on the I-90 floating bridge). I may have been going a bit fast as my daughter was late for school, but with the morning traffic and morning Metro Busses in the left lane (passing lane) holding up traffic, I couldn't imagine how I (or anyone) could reach 85mph. I have state of art detection equipment (for awareness), so I know there was no radar/laser detection. The officer must have been pacing me? Again with the traffic there wasn't much chance of going that fast.
I provided Andrew videos of random days traffic conditions at the same time leading up to the court date and he did the rest. I was looking for a fine reduction, but Andrew was able to achieve a dismissal. I would highly recommend his services in the future.

I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of.
I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

In December of 2014 I unfortunately got pulled over under the assumption of a DUI. I heard from a friend about the padula associates and went forward with my decision and hiring. Lauren took on my case due to having a greater understanding of the breathalyzer test that the police station used.
Long story short; she warned me my case was very, very tricky and it'll need some work. After many months of court dates, phone calls and reaching out to someone who can come on board to help with my case, it was dropped to a reckless driving!
She is very adiment and tries her hardest! She gives 100%, easy to contact and kept me in the loop. I never was hesitant on asking her questions, she keeps it real and is very easy to get along with.
