Watts & Herring helped me with the two debt collectors that were suing me. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding of everything and answered any questions I had via phone or email immediately. They did exactly what they said they would do the debt collectors. They got it dismissed and they're working to make sure their removed from the credit reports. This has made a wonder of difference for me emotionally and financially not stressing over how to handle this situation. I feel great relief and I'm so thankful to have worked with the Watts and Herring team!

I am so glad I found the Watts & Herring law firm. I was looking online and came across John Watts’ YouTube channel and was very impressed with his videos regarding collections. These videos are very informative and easy to understand. I could see from the videos that Mr. Watts is very knowledgeable when it comes to these kinds of cases and really cares about helping people who have issues with collections. This helped me to make the decision to choose him as my attorney to assist me with a legal matter with a collection agency.
My case has since been settled and his team is assisting me with clearing errors from my file with the credit bureaus. I am really thankful for Mr. Watts and his team for their knowledge and diligence in “getting the job done.” This is a very stressful time of the year for me, and this is one less thing I need to worry about. Mr. Sears is very knowledgeable about Special Education and what schools should be providing their students. As someone who is a well versed parent of a child with special needs, I felt that I was still not getting what my child needed in school. I struggled to get the school to understand and work with my child that I became so frustrated and my child was suffering daily. I contacted Mr. Sears for help to see if there was anything he can do. He helped me navigate the whole process beginning to end until everything my child needed was provided by the school. He continued to provide follow ups and updates from the school and did not stop until her needs were met. Mr. Sears answered all my questions quickly and helped me feel a sense of calm working through this process. It helped being removed and having someone there to advocate for my child and their needs. After consulting with several well known attorneys in the area I decided to put my trust in Mr. Ketcham. Mr.Derek helped me out alot not one but on two occasions, he fought my case where I first I had wanted to give up on it but he found a way. Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.

I hired Mr. Pfeifer to represent me in my divorce and I hired him again when my ex-husband appealed the judge's ruling. Mr. Pfeifer won the case both times. Jeff was referred to me after my son got into an ugly mess with drugs in Birmingham. Through out the process he kept me informed and in the loop. He was able to get a felony drug charge dropped in Blount County and several felonies in Jefferson County were negotiated down. In the end my son received unsupervised probation on charges that could have sent him to prison for many years. Jeff has a great understanding of the criminal justice system in Alabama and his representation was priceless.

Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.

Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. Scott is one of, if not, the best attorneys in Birmingham. He's always done everything he could to help me and got me great outcomes for charges that I otherwise wouldn't have seen myself getting past and being able to get on with my life. He came recommended to me back in 2003 as a "fair" lawyer..Obviously I recommend him as a fantastic one! He's far more than fair and he knows criminal law like normal folks know how to brush their teeth. He will for sure help you to the best of his ability, but once you dig yourself a deep enough hole, you have to give him something to work with.. Go to rehab, whatever it takes to please the court, and he'll always know what that is. How he's on the 3rd page and not the 1st, I don't understand, but if you want an attorney who will get you the best result/outcome that you could expect out of your charge, obviously depending on your criminal history. Scott Boudreaux is on man who you want on your side. He's a great guy, easy to work with, but it's a fact that if you continue to get in trouble time and time again, there's only so much he or any lawyer can do for you.. I would give him a recommendation of 125% over any other attorney I talked to before he and I crossed paths. I've been with him for 11 years now, and I currently have a case pending that he's working on with/for me now, but the last two cases were legal prescriptions, and even though I wasn't charged for the pills being legal, he got them to drop the entire case, and I was caught again with a UPOM2 & UPODP in a different jurisdiction, but in the same county and up to this case, I had no convictions, except for 1 paraphernalia charge and the drug charge was dropped, manly since it was my 2nd time, so I got a misdemeanor conviction when I was charged with 2 felonies and 5 misdemeanors and he's also kept my Mom free and she ran a vehicle through a building in the middle of a divorce.. I just cant say enough good about him. If he'll take your case, you had better hire him or you'll hear in jail what an idiot you are for not hiring him...

Incredible, one of the lost experienced attorneys in alabama. Has by far the best reputation as a defense attorney of any other attorney I interviewed with about a case, he knew everything and had the most knowledge of anyone I spoke with including my own family who are attorneys. I would recommended him to anyone who has a serious issue or just a speeding issue because he is the most in touch and responsive attorney I have ever had and that is several attorney after all of this, I highly recommend him , he is an outstanding attorney
