Mr.Polson claim on writing the book on DUI isn't just boasting, seeing him in action was something out of a good crime procedural. He was made me very aware of all my options at each stage of fighting my case and sometimes, just showing up is good enough when you're going to trial and prosecution has a case that's seemingly airtight. Mr.Polson disected every line of questioning to the officer carefully and was able to get his eyewitness testimony restricted as evidence only for administering the breathalyzer test, and after the prosecution mishandled one of the lines of questioning related to the draeger test, he was able to get the breathalyzer test thrown out as evidence as well. with the Prosecution holding no other evidence, the judge was compelled to acquit me on everything except the speeding ticket.

I called to speak with someone in regards to my tenant-landlord situation. The intake lady, listened and then said…well I’m gonna tell you upfront it’s $300-$400/hr to speak with an attorney. Okay? And? Did I inquire about the price? Obviously I wasn’t looking for pro-bono work or I wouldn’t have called THIS law firm. She said it might be a little too costly and that I should call my other lawyer back. Wowwwwwww. Thanks. And to think someone referred this place to me.

Jeff was referred to me after my son got into an ugly mess with drugs in Birmingham. Through out the process he kept me informed and in the loop. He was able to get a felony drug charge dropped in Blount County and several felonies in Jefferson County were negotiated down. In the end my son received unsupervised probation on charges that could have sent him to prison for many years. Jeff has a great understanding of the criminal justice system in Alabama and his representation was priceless.

Jarred Welborn has got the FIGHT. In a State (like Alabama) where I thought there was no possible way for a man to gain custody of his son, Welborn made it happen! He asked all of the right questions, collected every bit of information possible, put pressure on the opposition when needed, felt my "pain", listened to what I had to say and won the case.
If you're in the middle of a family dispute, don't go anywhere else. Hire Jarred Welborn! I now consider him part of my family.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.

Attorney Yaghmai has been a breath of fresh air. You hear so many horror stories about attorneys just making money and not really having your case at heart. Never was this the case with Attorney Yaghmai. This is an attorney with a big heart. He had been recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. After she recommended him I actually went on line and read about his background. To sum it up he is true to his calling. The very first day that I met him I was very pleased. He was very personable (very important to me), very knowledgable, and I sensed that he was trustworthy. One of the things that he said that was very important to me in the beginning of the case (this was a DUI case) he stated "this will not be a quick process but in order to get it done properly that it would take time but once done it would be done with no questions asked. And he was true to his word. He was worth every dollar spent and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help especially when never having experienced anything like this before. Unfortunately, I've found myself involved with the courts in a criminal manner several times. However, I was blessed to have Johnny as my representation each time. He never once acted like was was better than me nor judged me. And one thing that surprises me is that after the years of being my attorney (this last one dragging on for almost 2 years of returning to court many times) he never seemed tired of it all.
