The worst experience ever!! They did not help me at all whatsoever. They’re all about money. He would tell me one thing and in court say another. Very poor effort in their part. Lying two both parties me and my ex partner just so we can fight. They send me emails of their breakdown while doing the math nothing added up they charge for texts I didn’t reply to, calls I didn’t answer and conversations I never had with him. The few times I would answer they exceed the minutes so they can charge me more I know because I took the time to look at my phone bill and it was not close to what they had on the breakdown. They try to put fear in you so you can feel pressured to disagree with the other party. Overall worst service ever especially his secretary Rose Mary. They made the process so long, longer then it should have been because I had to do my part in gathering information for them. For me to coming to an agreement for the settlement. They kept pushing it back and postponing it just to charge more. I HIGHLY recommend do not get them or waste your money or the stress level they create.

John is the best and most professional lawyer I've ever met. My case has been going on for many years and the process is very complicated. If john hadn't made a plan for us, I might not have had a second chance to stay here. Due to my personal reason, I was prepared my package at the few days before the deadline. John didn’t say anything but he always tried his best to helped me sort out the materials when he was supposed to rest on weekends, even at night. I hired Mr. Jarrod Wilfert for a DUI with injury case. This case was over two years old and even though I originally was told, I passed the sobriety test and did not get a DUI for some reason they decided to bring it back. Keep in mind, I had made several complaints about the police department, ignoring restraining order and allowing me to be abused. I had all the evidence to show not only was I assaulted that same month which is why I tested positive for a medication. They didn’t decide to bring the charge back because I got an evading police charge because I have PTSD Which had already been communicated with the police department many times. I did not evade the police. I let the car roll forward while having a panic attack. I tried to make that case for the police Evasion case Which should’ve been allowed because I really did have a mental health diagnose That I had been treated for four I had proof that I dealt with Negligence from the police and I put in reports. Nobody cared they wouldn’t let me make those arguments and they let me get a conviction which made them review the dui Decide to charge me. I had proof that I was assaulted that same month that I put in a complaint to the police department because the police who responded was friends with my ex who was my abuser. I also had proof that my car was rear-ended just a couple weeks before, and I took it into a mechanic who said that if it continued to Have break problems To bring it in, I had text messages with the owner of the car telling him that I thought I needed to bring it back in. I was on my way to the mechanic when the accident happened. I passed a sobriety test, and my roommate was with me when I passed it But for some reason, two years later during court They changed it And it said I did not pass. These were all viable arguments I could’ve brought in front of a jury But was advised not to because Mr. Wilfert told me he believed I could get it reduced to a misdemeanor, And from what I understand that would’ve this dismissed The whole case. While going through all this, I had to watch my abusive ex get hate crime And then get them dismiss due to mental health problems. Which he only saw because he was court ordered too, But as a woman who deals with a real medical condition and pays out-of-pocket for my my treatments Wasn’t the same treatment within my own community because apparently I’m a bad woman who needs to take a accountability. Besides all this There was several mistakes made with my case. For some reason, the police were very eager to have me go into the jails, So I was requesting house arrest, especially because of Covid. Mr. Wilford receptionist told me she was sending in the paperwork, right away. But after contacting the sheriffs department, I found out the paperwork was never turned in, I had to fill out the paperwork myself And turn it in last minute. If I didn’t persistently I would’ve had to go into the jails at one of the most dangerous times during Covid. Months later, I had texted Mr. Wilford because he told me to text him anytime, I texted him four times in one month Because the judge told me if I did everything within months, He would reduce the charge to a misdemeanor And get me off probation. So I was excited and I was texting him trying to get information on meeting up to discuss this. He never responded and you see me get concerned as if I thought something happened to him. Instead of getting a professional response and being allowed to be informed on my case and get help, I had the receptionist contact me getting… FULL REVIEW IN PHOTOS

For our case, dealing with the juvenile court, Mr. Wilfert seemed very unprepared. We would basically get information the day that we were in front of the judge, and the DA pretty much ran the show.
It is a misrepresentation that Mr. Wilfert states that he will fight for you, and is knowledgeable because he used to be police officer and a DA himself, because he lets the court decide and have control of your case, thus your destiny.
I had to start calling Mr. Wilfert's office and demand that he would communicate and tells anything about our case.
If your case is serious and you are looking for an attorney that is going to fight for you, and present a good defense, communicate with you about your case, do yourself a favor, and do not hire Wilfert Law.

I am here a free man today thanks to Mark Fredrick for all the hard work and dedication he put into my case. He never gave up on me even though it was a difficult case and took him almost 2 years to get the best possible outcome for me. So my story began when I was pulled over in Newport Beach in October of 2022. After I was arrested and released, I was charged with a 2nd DUI violation after a 9 year gap from my 1st DUI conviction in 2013. I blew a BAC of .20 on my 2nd DUI arrest. I also had my Glock 26 with a 33 round magazine inside my car which I was also charged with having a loaded gun inside my car and a high capacity magazine. I had put myself in a really bad situation and I thought that I would be facing many years in prison due to all those factors. I fell into depression and was extremely scared about my situation.
So I Googled for criminal defense lawyers in the OC. I met a few criminal defense lawyers but I wasn't really convinced by them. Then I found Mr. Fredrick and read all his reviews and wanted to meet him in person. When I met him at his office and we started talking about my case, I instantly felt a sense of calmness and safety. He gave me a game plan on what he would be able to do and told me that he couldn't make any promises. But
after we finished our meeting, I felt it in me that this would be the man to help me out.
So a week later, I hired him as my lawyer. Through out the entire course of my case, he kept me updated. I didn't have to go to all of my court dates because he would go for me. And on the dates that I did have to show up for court; it was extremely nerve racking everytime I stepped into the court room and faced the judge. But everytime Mr. Fredrick would stand next to me and he would speak to the judge; my nerves would calm down and I felt that I had the best lawyer by my side. Each court date would be extended so Mr. Fredrick would be able to keep on working on my case for the best possible outcome.
Fast forward to August 2024, on my final 2 court dates, the court system still wanted to give me a mandatory 60 days in jail. That did scared me a lot because I would have to leave my job and my family. But Mr. Fredrick still fought for me and he was able to get me a plea deal if I agreed to plead "guilty" to the DUI charges, which was getting a 5 year informal DUI probation, attend an 18 month DUI classes, and complete a 6 month alcohol treatment program and attend a MADD program class and install an IID in my car for 1 year. My gun charges were dismissed. I took the plea deal because it was way better than doing 60 days in jail. I also didn't get house arrest. There is a 6 month jail sentence stay on my court order probation but as long as I do all my court order objectives that I need to complete by the certain due dates and not violate my 5 year DUI probation; then I would stay out of jail.
And here I am today writing this review. I wanted to share my story. I am extremely grateful and happy that I had the best lawyer working on my case and standing by my side in the court room. I also want to thank his Secretary Kim for also keeping me updated on my case and setting up my meetings with Mr. Fredrick. I highly recommend this law office. They really care about you and will fight for the best possible outcome for you and not just take your money and leave you in the dark. I can finally feel inner peace and sleep better at night because of them. Thank you so much again.

Mark went above and beyond for me and got 2 felonies completely dismissed. He even was able to a get a red light traffic citation dismissed too and I didn't even hire him for that. He was very professional and really makes a presence with himself in the courtroom. I was impressed by how confidently and comfortably he composes himself. This guy used to be a prosecutor. He is very good at helping defendants prove themselves over the course of time patterns of behavior that a public defender just can't offer.
His drawback for me was that he was so busy and we had conflicting schedules, so it was difficult to maintain communication. Otherwise, he's an outstanding lawyer. Very good reputation in court from what I gather.
