I had John as my lawyer in a hotly contested divorce proceeding which featured the withdrawal of the other side's lawyers during the case and the hiring of new ones midstream. John Malevitis guided the case through to a quite favorable settlement and conclusion for me. I have since hired him for various other business related matters. P.S. I asked John about the negative rating on Avvo received by a former client and I was advised of the client name, so I looked it up on the Court docket and found that in fact John had attended Court on her behalf about 30 plus times and that finally he had to withdraw when she was not cooperating with him and failed to attend Court as required. I don't understand how someone could publish these inaccuracies without first taking the time to look up the Court docket as I did!

David was an outstanding attorney and helped me out immensely. I had an ex girlfriend steal my dog placing an order of protection on me to make it difficult for me to get him back. Not only did we win the order of protection case David was also able to get it vacated altogether. Due to Covid this dragged on for over a year. In the process he was also able to obtain a separate hearing for the issue of dog custody in which I was awarded my Pup back. When all was said and done I was worried my wallet was going to take a beating but he was so straightforward and honest that he actually capped my bill at what a normal Order of Protection costs and didn’t charge me for all of the Covid based continuances. At no point did he sell me snake oil. He was blunt and direct the entire process. If you’re looking for a sly attorney who will promise you the world but not deliver David is not your guy. He’ll shoot you straight the entire time & go to bat for you.

Sandy is the young energetic and understanding attorney. If you are looking for a comprehensive attorney package, then try this young man. Sandy successfully conducted couple of closings for me. His price is unbeatable, but most important to me, I could do the closing with him while I was out of state, yet, he did not ask me for power of attorney or anything like that. Through Mr. Langone I was able to bring a class A misdemeanor down to a petty crime with only a fee for the court of ~$250 and 40 hours of community service. Everyone else who I know who has been to court for the same problem as i have has had to do at least a few sessions of driving school and has paid usually twice as much. He knew how to handle the case and through his expertise I was able to get over it with minimal difficulty. Highly recommended

I hired Tom for a federal criminal defense about 12 years ago, and he and his staff have always had my best interests in mind, despite the notoriety of the case. Simply put, he just knew I needed competent help and welcomed me when others would not. I contacted Attorney Montes for help with a clemency petition. He immediately called me and offered to meet with me to review my case. He was a great person and listened intently to all of my concerns regarding my petition. He has since utilized all legal avenues in pursuit of attempting to get a favorable resolution on my petition. The legal system is very unfair and cruel at times, but Mr. Montes brought a wealth of expertise to my case and helped take steps so that I have the best chance possible of getting my pardon/expungement approved by the Governor. I hired Mr. Brindley in 3/2013, for my sons criminal defense, Mr. Brindley replaced Joe Lopez (which my son had hired in 4/2012) For one year, Lopez pressured my son to accept a plea agreement that was not acceptable and he did not do anything for him, he has focus on the Peterson Case. Kept making promises that we are going to trial etc.etc. which it was all a bluff. after one year of waiting and my son sitting in prison. I checked over 25 cases on Lopez and saw that he did not file many motions for his clients, all he did was a plea agreement and a sentencing memorandum. After all verifying all cases, Lopez was fired! and Mr. Bridley took over the case! My son was not forced to accept the 1st offer that government and Lopez wanted to give him. He is home this summer 2014. Its very difficult to trust attorneys. After all the research, I recommend Mr. Brindley to fight and not give up on your behalf.

Joel was the first attorney that believed in me and I felt comfortable talking to about my case. He did everything that was asked of him and that he promised he would be able to perform. .A number of years ago I found myself in the need of a lawyer. Having known Joel for many years he was the first I thought of calling. The police wanted me to come in, Joel picked up the phone, talked with the officer and came along with me. Joel cleared one of his typically busy days and met with me and the officer.
