Got me down to 18 months probation from a 3 year minimum mandatory charge , she kept me home with my family and out of prison I can’t be anymore thankful . I’ve been trying to complete my divorce now for over 3 years. He lacks communication with myself and my soon to be ex-wife’s attorney. He has repeatedly ignored requests from myself and her attorney. I’m ready to go straight to the courts to see what I can do. This has been a complete nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

Jason Bangos Esq. helped me out when I was involved in a situation completely out of my control and that I was simply not guilty of. It was a whirlwind of events that completely shocked me that it even happened, but nonetheless he reassured me that he would be able to handle it just like he has done in the past for other clients. Needless to say he did exactly that and all the charges were dropped. Like many people, I didn't have an attorney on standby because I had never been involved in legal charges before but now in the future I know who to turn to. Although situations like these are scary and there are a lot of unknowns that can cause you to worry, my best piece of advice is to trust the process, and know that he's going to take care of you.

I had an attorney already who was telling me there was nothing she could do but get me county time. I went to Roger the day before court and hired him to keep me from being incarcerated. He did exactly as he said he would do and kept me out of jail. Truly a blessing and if I am ever in need again he will be the first stop I make. He will do what he says and will not lead you on. Jeremy Simon is a class act. What a true gentleman and amazing attorney! I was referred to Mr. Simon by a colleague of his and mutual friend of ours. I was in a state of fear, worry & doubt when I initially called Jeremy's office. His assistant answered, super friendly and professional, and we played phone tag for a day or two due to conflicting schedules. I felt so comfortable after speaking to Jeremy on the phone for less than 5 minutes. I could feel the passion in his voice that he truly enjoys what he does and is AMAZING at his job! We spoke for about 18 minutes and he gave me the best advice money could buy - except he didn't even charge me!! He explained his fees and told me if I needed him, he would be there for me, but his honesty really blew me away! He instructed me what to do and sure enough when I went to court, representing myself for a misdemeanor, the DA looked at me and asked where my lawyer was or if I wanted a public defender. I smiled and confidently said, "I'm innocent. I would like to take care of this matter today and not waste any of the court's time." Fast forward 5 minutes later - charge dropped! Maybe I got lucky...but we create our own luck. Jeremy helped me gain confidence and reassured me he was in my corner if my first court date didn't go as planned. Well, my first court date was also my last, and it went better than planned! I truly cannot thank Mr. Simon enough - I even offered him money after court when I followed up with him, and he told me verbatim, "It is my pleasure to be of service to others, it's not always about the money. I am so glad everything worked out favorable." If I ever need a lawyer, I know who I am calling.

I consulted Rex Blake on behalf of a family member. He met with my cousin and my cousin decided he wanted Rex Blake to be his attorney. I then employed Mr. Blake on behalf of my cousin. We felt Mr. Blake was truthful, very clear with respect to possible consequences, and proactive in forming s defense. We feel his representation resulted in a much less severe penalty than was requested by the prosecution. Mr. Blake was very clear to me what the costs were, since I was paying them. Mr. Sandefer was hired to help our daughter in a drug trafficking case. As you can imagine this was a very stressful and frightening situation. He spoke with me via phone (free consultation) listening to the details, he felt he would be able to help with this case. We hired him, he was very easy to talk to, he keeps you informed every step of the way as to details of the case, he is easy to reach and returns calls promptly. In the end he was able to reduce a mandatory prison sentence to probation. (of course there is mitigating factors) but he did not only help us, our daughter now has a second chance to fix the company she keeps! If you read this review then you are probably in the same boat I was - charged with a felony and bombarded by referral. Larry took me on and cut through the court system like a surgeon. He filed motions with blazing speed, trickled the Prosecution testimony and evidence when case timing dictated it, and finally won the day for me by getting my felony case dismissed!

A number of years ago, when the sheriff's department in Pinellas Co. was arresting people for things like having overdue library books, I fell afoul of "the law." (My son had a life threatening injury and, as I had no insurance -- I'm the pay as you go type -- Mease Dunedin attempted to "dump" him. I raised hell and got arrested for "disorderly conduct." Two days later I was arrested for "obstructing a criminal child abuse investigation" because I wouldn't leave my kids alone with some strange woman from the "state."
Mr. Howie advised me on this, competently, of course, but most importantly, it was a time of great stress and he demonstrated himself to be a good human being. Not too many lawyers like that.
