Going with Friedman and Nemecek changed my life. Going through the scariest thing in my life coming from a person who went to war says a lot.. Ian and Maddy were my lifeline to getting through a legal nightmare. The communication and care that they gave throughout the entire process was exemplary. As a former employee of a corporation in Cleveland, I was let go of my job and had to move back to my hometown of Akron, Ohio. I informed my landlord of my situation and told him that I was unable to live in Cleveland and needed to terminate my lease. However, the landlord didn't care about the situation and forced me to continue paying the rest of the lease, more than what my roommate was asked to pay, even though we both had moved out of the apartment at the same time.
My Attorney, Tania Nemer, was able to negotiate and resolve the matter very quickly. She knew that this was a serious situation for me, so she gave it the attention it deserved. She was willing to work over the weekends for me and she went out of her way to go above and beyond the average call of duty expected from an attorney. She not only negotiated a fair deal for myself and the other party involved, but she was able to control the situation so that the other party would not hold me liable for any other payments.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with Meghan's help. It was truly a blessing that the first attorney I talked to decided she was not willing to represent me after I had already sent her over $1000. After being worried sick for almost two years about an upcoming DMV hearing it is all over and I received no punishment for the alleged violation. Meghan is an outstanding attorney. I have received several traffic violations in the past which could have led to my drivers license being suspended and possibly revoked. However, with Meghan's expertise and knowledge in NC DMV issues she was able to save my license and I still have my driving priviledges. After a DMV hearing gone terribly wrong, my license was suspended for a year. My girlfriend and myself spoke with more than a dozen attorneys from all over the state, not one of them even wanted to touch my case. When I contacted Meghan she immediately took attention and said that I had a good argument in my favor. I was required to file an appeal to try to have my DMV hearing changed. Not only was Meghan able to get my license back, but was able to do it without ever having to go to an appeal and accomplished 10X more than I ever expected. She did it in a timely manner and also did not make me have to sell the house to pay her fees. She was very reasonable and seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate what she did and what she was able to do. To make this even more impressive, she did all of this without us ever having to meet face to face. She was able to do all that she did via email and telephone which makes it even more impressive. Thank you Meghan, you are a light at the end of the tunnel. I worked with Justin Winthrow, who is an attorney at the law firm of Michael C. Hennenberg. I had a few minor misdemeanors (4) and one misdemeanor 4th degree unlawful use of property. Most were open containers and disorderly conducts the m-4 was related to unlawful use of property again related to collage hooliganism. I wanted to let everyone know that although the matters were basically minor they were complicated due to the fact there were multiple offenses which undoubtedly complicates things.
The process was very clear and Justin gave me very clear instructions of what I had to do to prove i was rehabilitated, and of a higher moral character now then before. I included a personal narrative, pictures of my family, professional credentials and accomplishments.
He submitted everything and had a court date scheduled soon after. Justin accompanied me to this hearing that lasted only a few minutes. My petition was successful and I had my record sealed.
Just also left the door open to contact him if I had any questions related to his work or related to what i may or may not need to report on future applications for employment.
I can not stress enough how professional Justin was and how efficient the Law Firm of Michael C. Hennenberg operated. He was an excellent communicator through the entire process and was constantly keeping me updated by phone, text, and email.
If you are looking for a solid attorney I highly recommend Justin and his law firm.

Mr. Woodworth was appointed as my lawyer by the courts and he went above and beyond to help me out in all aspects of my case. He was able to negotiate a deal where my Felony theft case was dropped to a Misdemeanor with inactive probation, a fine, and no restitution. When I first spoke with Attorney Rini my wife and I were in a tough place. We did not understand what had just happened with our case and thought it was going to be possible to lose custody of a child we had raised for over 3 years.

Going through a divorce was the worst thing I have ever experienced. I was referred to Lingle Legal Services by an attorney in my office who had worked with Stephanie when he was a prosecutor, he said that she had a lot of trial experience which was important to me because I wanted to take my ex-wife to the cleaners. Attorney Lingle did an excellent job of keeping me updated about the particulars (laws/procedures/timelines/what I could expect next) of my case). She was quick to respond to my calls and emails. Most importantly she was a voice of reason at a time when I was understandably a little irrational in what I wanted to happen. This ended up saving me a lot of money as she was able to negotiate a settlement that cost me significantly less than a trial would have even though she would have be the main person to benefit from my case becoming protracted. Because of this I can honestly give her 5 stars for trustworthiness, what other lawyers give advice that gets them lower fee bills?
