I had undeniable plethora of legitimate tangible evidence of relevant and related multiple crimes , all with full legal standing. Davids excuse was he'd need to pay a medical expert to read my very basic blood work in order to prove the extensive carbon monoxide poisoning and other blatant prima facie evidence of outrageous violations of both ohio state and federal laws. Oh, and that he wouldn't help since I already had been diagnosed with mental illness prior to the years of extensive well documented poisoning and the independently discovered epa violations, by mf LEGAL AID that caused the poisoning for 3 years consecutively. I would like to take the time to share my experience with this law firm, and in particular Steve Bradley. Almost a decade ago, I caught a major drug offense case and hired another lawyer who claim "Damn right we fight". Well their lack of fight or in this case, lack of legal knowledge, ended up getting me a 12 year mandatory sentence. I appeared for a what I thought was a routine pretrial motion to suppress hearing to try to attack the arrest warrant. I had no idea that when that motion was shot down, my lawyer moved right to the sentencing. I was given everyday on the original indictment. Stunned at what just transpired, my attorney leans in and says least we got you thirty days to get your affairs in order. Fast forward to less than a week till I was set to turn myself in on the 12 years, I contacted Steve, who was recommended by a friend, about a appeal. I met with him at his office and he was upfront and honest about the fact I've had no grounds for an appeal. Devastated, I shrank in my chair, and was coming to grips with fact I was really about to be away from my kids and loved ones for a decade plus. Then he told me that there was an angle he had been waiting to use, and the right client and case to execute it on. He proceeded to tell me that if I had the money, he would try to get my plea withdrawn, and take it back to trial. He gave me a pricier quote then my last attorney. So I asked him since 10 thousand dollars got me 12 years, what will said amount get me. He said that he could knock my sentence in half or if all goes well, maybe even probation. I immediately hired him. Long story short, this man was able to get the prosecutor to drop the mandatory 11 years, which comes with a major felony 1 drug offense. That gave us the opportunity to negotiate a plea bargain for half of my original sentence or still take it to trail where he could guarantee one of two outcomes. Either serve the entire sentence or walk away with a F5 and be placed on probation. I never expected a walk because I was guilty of committing a crime, but not enough to deserve all that time. So I accepted the deal and served my sentence and am now off parole. I want to personally thank you for saving my life and giving me a chance to be a father to my boys. Very refreshing to know there is still honest and hard working lawyers out there who care and actually preform the job the say they will.

This week after making an appointment with Mr. Timken, me and my husband were stood up and then was called and told that he was sorry and it was all a misunderstanding and that he wanted me to take down the review I had posted as it would hurt his practice. I forgave him and rescheduled for Friday and took down the review. Now he text me at 12 in the morning telling me he leaving town because he lost a parent I told him I was sorry for his loss. I then asked him would we be able to reschedule he replied no because he was not coming back for a long time. I believe that he called only to get me to take down my review only to come up with a lie. Me and my husband were supposed to meet him Sunday but we could not find parking. We asked to see him the next day he agreed and then deliberately stood us up out of anger because to him we wasted his time. I am starting to believe something is very wrong with this man. I truly forgave him and he still did us wrong again. But to lie now about losing a parent to get out of something is very low and disrespectful.

Attorneys Todd Gurney and Brian Eisen did an amazing job of prosecuting our family's wrongful death/medical malpractice case that was filed after the tragic loss of our oldest son.
Their knowledge and expertise in both the pertinent medical fields and the legal details of our case made all the difference in the final disposition of the action. Todd guided us through the entire process very well, which was very helpful during this very tough time for our family. There were never any delays in response from Todd or Brian when we called - this was a major plus for us.
While Todd was the lead Attorney on our case, both Todd and Brian worked together very well to make sure all the bases were well covered. Both Attorneys were just so thoughtful, and always kept our family's emotional state in mind during all discussions about the case - this meant so much to us!
Additionally, Alexandra in the office always made sure we were well informed about any important case events that were coming up - we were never caught unaware of any upcoming case activities. If we ever had any questions or needed any clarifications, Alex was always able to get us the needed information in a timely manner.

I've only briefly interacted with the team at Eisen Law Firm and unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of working with them as timing does not currently permit, however I can confidently write this review because although brief, every interaction I had with this team had a positive impact on me. Given the astounding lack of empathy and compassion I have felt from the overwhelming majority of other attorneys I've consulted with, talking to a team with such dedication to their clients and true passion for what they do almost made me emotional.
I think my first interaction was with Alexandra, and she empathized with my situation immediately, took detailed notes, and asked questions that truly demonstrated the personal approach they take when assessing each client, they listen. She made sure to go over everything with Brian and he called me the next morning as she told me he would.
My conversation with Brian was extremely pleasant and made me feel heard, I finally felt like what I was saying mattered and that resonated deeply with me. I was touched to hear about how much he invests in each client, and most memorably, the fact that he only takes on a few cases at a time to completely focus on each one. I can tell that he really cares and there's no doubt that he gives it his all. I was so compelled to work with him that I couldn't take his first no for an answer and asked him to reconsider (lol), and he could have ignored me but he didn't, he took the time to let respond and let me know why he couldn't take on my case.
His reason for declining reflected his genuine character, as it was due to the fact that he did not want the possibility of taking on another case to interfere with his focus on his current clients. I'm devastated, but I had to write this review for future potential clients at Eisen Law Firm, because I know what it feels like to feel like no one cares about something that was so valuable to you. Eisen Law Firm checked every single box for me and if you're reading this and in need of a light and some hope in our legal system, please give them a call.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Attorneys Todd Gurney and Brian Eisen did an amazing job of prosecuting our family's wrongful death/medical malpractice case that was filed after the tragic loss of our oldest son.
Their knowledge and expertise in both the pertinent medical fields and the legal details of our case made all the difference in the final disposition of the action. Todd guided us through the entire process very well, which was very helpful during this very tough time for our family. There were never any delays in response from Todd or Brian when we called - this was a major plus for us.
While Todd was the lead Attorney on our case, both Todd and Brian worked together very well to make sure all the bases were well covered. Both Attorneys were just so thoughtful, and always kept our family's emotional state in mind during all discussions about the case - this meant so much to us!
Additionally, Alexandra in the office always made sure we were well informed about any important case events that were coming up - we were never caught unaware of any upcoming case activities. I've only briefly interacted with the team at Eisen Law Firm and unfortunately I will not have the pleasure of working with them as timing does not currently permit, however I can confidently write this review because although brief, every interaction I had with this team had a positive impact on me. Given the astounding lack of empathy and compassion I have felt from the overwhelming majority of other attorneys I've consulted with, talking to a team with such dedication to their clients and true passion for what they do almost made me emotional.
I think my first interaction was with Alexandra, and she empathized with my situation immediately, took detailed notes, and asked questions that truly demonstrated the personal approach they take when assessing each client, they listen. She made sure to go over everything with Brian and he called me the next morning as she told me he would.
My conversation with Brian was extremely pleasant and made me feel heard, I finally felt like what I was saying mattered and that resonated deeply with me. I was touched to hear about how much he invests in each client, and most memorably, the fact that he only takes on a few cases at a time to completely focus on each one. I can tell that he really cares and there's no doubt that he gives it his all. I was so compelled to work with him that I couldn't take his first no for an answer and asked him to reconsider (lol), and he could have ignored me but he didn't, he took the time to let respond and let me know why he couldn't take on my case.
His reason for declining reflected his genuine character, as it was due to the fact that he did not want the possibility of taking on another case to interfere with his focus on his current clients. I'm devastated, but I had to write this review for future potential clients at Eisen Law Firm, because I know what it feels like to feel like no one cares about something that was so valuable to you.
