Max was hired by a relative for a felony charge. We found him to be arrogant and non-communicative. He didn't feel as though we should be allowed to ask questions or give an opinion as to pleading versus trial. He wouldn't tell us when he was in the court room. We felt he lacked the skills to go to trial and really did not research and find out background on the charges which is why it was easier to make a plea. Excessive time was given for the charge. He is absolutely not recommended.

Attorney managing my cases left the firm. Now I have two ongoing cases with no support after reaching out, and was sent the bill. Little action was done on the cases prior as she said she would get to it-but never did- but now its starting to be too long after waiting several months, and now I have no POC. Do i need to find a new attorney? Will the things she said she would do get done? Feels like I'm just a client lost in the grey space.

I put one star but I wish I didn't have too..what's so funny is that the people who write a real but negative review, she instantly says she don't know the person and never represented them..smh..She didn't represent me and I will NEVER call her..She represented my nephew and he got life, didn't object to not one thing the prosecution trumped up, how tf a detective contaminate shell casings and she not object to the ones he claims were not..how can the prosecution play video statements in front of the jury when they were not introduced as evidence and she not object..How come not one victim show up in court other then the store clerk who didn't see the alleged aggressors but you let video statements from co defendants get played in open court with no objections..How was two Co defendants in the same cell for a year together when in statements they both admitting to being best friends and not know my nephew..Now with witnesses saying it was two alleged aggressors and none matched my nephew description, how the hell did you not fight for him, Ray Charles could see the B.S that was concocted in this case...But all u people saying she is a hands down good lawyer...lmao..yall must of had traffic tickets..

Very dedicated, easily reachable and responds very quickly and did a great job getting me probation on a case where i should have went to prison and was a court appointed lawyer for this case. Usually when lawyers are court appointed they tend to not do so great for your case but not with him he went above and beyond on many aspects and even seen me in jail to let me know how things are going a few times.

I had the pleasure of working with David Grant, a friend recommended the law firm from the Columbus, Ohio office and I received a call from Mr. Grant. I can not say enough good things about Mr. Grant and his office staff. My wrongful death suit did take a little over 4 years to settle, but Mr. Grant was always available to answer questions, talk me "off the edge", give me advice and keep me in the loop. I personally saw Mr. Grant twice but felt comfortable emailing him kinda "all the time". He ALWAYS had time for me. When there was finally a court date, Mr. Grant and Mr. Gallucci appeared, and trust me these gentlemen were Noticed! I needed some urgent advice about a divorce pension matter. I asked Sam Basta if he would to take a look at the papers sent to me and I’m very glad I did. His actions about the matter were quick and decisive. He provided excellent counsel and saved me from losing my full portion of my ex husband’s pension. If it weren’t for his attention to the matter, his good rapport with a QDRO company and the judge, I’m certain I would have lost a lot of the money. I was charged with reckless driving, no operator licence and the worst hit and run. I hired Mr. Basta for that case and he just literally saved my life.
I am not a citizen yet, and those charges might bring me a lot of problems in process of naturalization. He managed to "convert" all 3 charges to reasonable control, so that i only paid fine and got points on my licence. He sealed the worst 2 charges and made this a regular vehicular case. I am very grateful for what he did for me. I definitely will recommend him to my friends.
