I owe Stacie so much for her help. I was in a very bad situation a couple years ago with very serious charges. With advice from friends I went to get consultation from a bunch of different lawyers around town. They all told me that they couldn't promise anything and I would most likely be doing some jail time. But when I met Stacie, she was very calm and told me my situation could be handled with just probation. Of course I was skeptical but with her calm demeanor and professional attitude, I just believed her. Well I'm here to tell you everything she said ended up happening. I was able to move on with my life without serving any jail time. I am so thankful and it was the best money I ever spent in my life. I recommend her to anybody I know with legal troubles. Madeline has been a huge asset for my new company over the last year and a half. I met Madeline over 3 years ago when I was new to Real Estate. I now practice Real Estate and Property Management. Madeline has been a wonderful asset to all of my contract and lease writing for my growing business. She also understands a great deal about Property Management as well. My friend worked with Jeremy on his divorce thus recommended him to me, which I now thank him for. Working with Jeremy was not like working with a cold lawyer. It feels like working with a friend who happens to be a lawyer. His work style is very professional but friendly and approachable. Even though he had tons of cases and court work, he always did his best to be flexible, accommodate my schedule and respond my emails promptly. I cannot think of any moment with him that made me nervous or uncomfortable. I was not an expert on divorce (who is?) and had a lot of silly and basic questions on how things should work. And I freaked out several time when things from my ex’s side surprised me, Jeremy was always very patient and helpful to answer my questions, and give me professional and personal advice.
During the course, I changed job twice and had to put the case on hold, which created some additional work for him. At a point, my ex’s lawyer totally dropped the ball. I am very thankful that he was very nicely and patiently helping me with my paperwork and instructed me on how to handle such situation. Opposite to my ex’s lawyer who was only reactive, Jeremy took proactive actions to help move this case forward to the direction that benefited me. At the end of the case, I am fully confident in his expertise, professional knowledge, and experience. More importantly, I see him as a trusted friend with nice personality and a beautiful heart. I certainly don’t want myself or my friends to get involved in legal matters. But if we do, Jeremy will absolutely be my go-to-person and I will be absolutely confident and proud to recommend him to my friends, because having Jeremy will be our best choice.

I hired Mr. Roth for a misdemeanor charge. He explained the process clearly and represented me in court so I did not have to take much more of my time attending. He answered all my questions and responded to emails normally within an hour, but certainly within a day. He was able to get my case dismissed.

I was faced in a very uncomfortable situation where I needed to hire an attorney to represent me in Franklin County Court. I do recommend Cleve Johnson for anybody needing representation. We all make mistakes. I did and was pulled over basically for pulling out of a bar. This is very common and they make up a reason for pulling you over. Next thing you know they say they smell the odor of alcohol and would like you to preform sobriety tests. At that point it doesn't matter what you were pulled over for the police believe they have an OVI and will arrest you. If it wasn't for Cleve Johnson I most definitely would have been convicted because I gave the police all the evidence they needed. It takes a lawyer like Cleve to find errors in how the police treated the situation. Cleve takes his time and puts forth every effort to make the outcome of the case the way you want it. He is the best, trust me. Thank you Cleve!!!!

Mr. Finnerty is very charismatic, efficient, and well known in the courts. He knows what he's talking about! He got my OVI dropped to a reckless opp M4 which is even better than a physical control. So all I have to do is do 3 days at the hotel. They even unsuspended my license. I am outdone! And he was cheap and even allowed to to pay him in installments. I couldn't have made a better choice!

I came to Jeff to figure out and clean up a custody mess that I was involved in. Jeff worked through over a year's worth of junk in a timely and professional way then delivered a workable solution. My daughter has an autoimmune disease that makes living in a dorm extremely uncomfortable and difficult. For her second year of college, we wanted her to live off campus. Her college tried very hard to keep her from being able to do so. We hired Ruth to help advocate for our daughter, and she worked on our appeals as if she were part of our family! In terms of his experience with white collar crimes, Attorney Settina was knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient during my ordeal. I have one of the harshest judges. My judge has offered me a year one time, and 18 months the second, and third times, and I never do my time. He is very knowledgeable. I am so grateful I was referred to this Atrorney. He is sincere, compassionate, hard-working, and truly cares about helping people.
I suffered trauma after an auto accident (hit hard from behind), which caused severe trauma to neck and to my thinking. I had difficulty performing my job in the banking, and also in the insurance industries (shortly after that has ladted more than two years), and felt the need to resign (after being bullied by management, trainers, and fellow staff), because of being the "slow kid on the block," and the "weekest link" in the office. I was losing my memory and the fast funtion I had always had. Due to my medical problems, after resigning, I struggled with unemployment on and off for a few years. My finances became a chaos. I kept thinking, "This next job will work for me," but it never did. I struggled for nearly two years, with different office jobs and even MORE bullying.
Anyway, back to Ron...Ron was referred to me by CCCS of Columbus, as I was told by them that he has helped a lot of people in need of declaring bankruptcy. I never wanted to consider it, but he made it very simple for me to understand. I feel compared to other Attorneys, he is very fair in his pricing with tons of experience.
I can honestly say that I have never met a kinder attorney (only had two in my life). Ron is very down to earth, easy to talk with, and I feel that he took a sincere interest in my concerns, and my desire to get back up in my life. It may sound "mushy" to some, but I pray a lot, and I truly believe that "Attorney Ron," as I call him, was sent to me by God.
I was inundated with debt, and kept trying as hard as I could to get another office job, yet I struggled with my thinking and my neck each time, which made me look like an utter "Boob" every time (very frustrating, as I am actually a very brite person, intellectually).
Anyway, I finally found a lower stress job as a retail clerk for less than half of what I was earning in each office position, and sso had no choice really but to declair bankruptcy. Ron has never made me feel belittled, or judged in this, and that impresses me as I hear most Attorneys are "power hungry" jerks. Ron is NOT!
If you are looking for a good Attorney, in my opinion, Attorney Ron should be your guy. Don't worry, Folks, I get NO "referral fee." God as my Witness on that!
He's amazing. When my case is complete, I am sending praise about Ron to the BBB as well as the Colymbus Bar Association.

As a Public Defender in Franklin County Ohio he has seen everything. I was involved in a criminal matter with a roommate in which she accused me of assault after assaulting me. It was complicated by the fact that during the incident my dog bit her in defense of me. She went to the courthouse an had a prosecuting attorney write up the charges and I found myself in an extremely tricky situation. He was able to clear the dog charges with a not guilty verdict while using testimony in that case to prove that I was assaulted by the Plaintiff, thereby dismissing the charges in the second assault action. I found his manner to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. He was impressive in court and I believe he will be a great asset to any firms wise enough to pick him up when he moves from the public sector.

I came to a court hearing for an OVI charge by myself and totally unprepared. Luckily, he was sitting around, heard my plight, and offered his services for an exceptionally low cost. He made sure I had work driving privileges right then, and explained it all to me every step of the way. He got the court to assign me a new judge right away and got all the charges dropped and the last one reduced, meaning I avoided jail completely and had the minimum fine.
