I had a case of posession of marijuana in Montgomery county jail for less than 2 ounces
I was dropped a felony to a misdemeanor and served 1 year probation. He was even there for me when I was revoked my probation in 2009 and although this review was due a long time ago. Best lawyer hands down in Conroe Tx!! At the age of 19 Got a lot of misdemeanor tickets dismissed and got a first degree felony down to a 3rd and got probation... And into my probation i picked up another felony and he got that dismissed! And was able to not get my probation revoked for it...and finally finished my probation over with and got it dismised!! I owe this man a lot im 30 now, two kids and a lovely wife! If it wasnt for him i probably would've been locked up still for my first felony!!

I had the privilege of having John Hafley handle a Felony Evading case I was previously charged with. He exercised his knowledge of the law along with his professionalism to ensure that my civil rights were not violated and that the law was upheld. The arresting officer was rogue and unlawful with his detainment of my person. As a result of his actions ,the charge was dismissed during an Examining Trial due to Mr. Hafley hearing my side and presenting the facts that the officer would not. When I came to Jack McCormick I had no idea how to file for disability - what the process was or what to expect. All I knew was that I was mentally and physically no longer able to work. First and foremost, Mr. McCormick listened to me. In order to work as long as I did, I had downplayed and hid my disabilities for years. It was difficult to go from that to talking about everything, having to discuss every detail of my physical and mental impairments, and ask for help. Mr. McCormick started from the very beginning and walked me through each step. Filing for disability is terrifying. You are unable to work, finances are low, and there are all these forms to fill out. You are in a state of limbo waiting on the decision. Mr. McCormick stayed with my case. He told me exactly what was required and expected. He reviewed all my documents and discussed what was needed to complete my records. When I went to my hearing, Mr. McCormick knew that I was nervous and arrived early to wait with me. When we went to court he helped me stay calm and supported me as I shared very painful experiences.

john Paul Hopkins and the Hopkins Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job for me. Mr. Hopkins has a tox expert (Ms. Wendy) that works for him full time. She knows all about the tox stuff and the law related to it. Between John Paul and Ms. Wendy they had every base covered and then some. I can't tell you how awesome it was to watch them in action the day they got my case dismissed. When we got to court for the hearing there were about 4-5 Grimes County SO sitting on a bench waiting to testify against me. They were SHUT DOWN and whatever the law was that John Paul and Ms. Wendy argued, when we left after the case was dismissed ALL of the Grimes Co SO were gone and none of them ever stepped foot into the courtroom. In 2012 my abusive ex husband kidnapped our 3 month old daughter and left me, a stay at home mom, without a penny to even buy ramen noodles.
