I recently had some false accusations about me and Nathan Alsbrooks fought for me and answered all my questions, And got me the outcome I was looking for. It may be a different outcome for each case by case situation but I know he will fight to get you the best outcome he can for your unique circumstances that you are facing. (Mine was assault charges). He is also very kind and took time to answer any questions I had in office visits. Took about 1hr to sit and answer any questions and throughly explain all my questions I had. He will fight hard for insure you are victorious(dismissed case) but also will work hard to get your punishment lightened. His price also covers trial if it will come to that which we settled our case before we had to take it to trial which I appreciate the fact that his prices are up front and also include the trial if it came to that. Nathan provided great representation and jumped through hoops at times to make things happen as needed for the best possible outcome. I appreciated the fact that he always communicated with you directly instead of assistants and responded quickly to any inquiries. In 2012 my abusive ex husband kidnapped our 3 month old daughter and left me, a stay at home mom, without a penny to even buy ramen noodles.
I consulted with Mr. Cain, and he took my case, helped me get my baby girl back, then negotiated payment for his fees from my ex! Without him the outcome would’ve been a continued nightmare.
He understands domestic violence and how it impacts women financially. If you need a Strong, No Nonsense, Get It Done kind of Lawyer. She's it. In 2015 my daughter received a newborn Child from Child Protective Services and was to keep the baby for a few days, then months, then a year. Now in 2017 she was ready to adopt. I explained "You don't get a Do Over" in a case like this. We have to be certain that the attorney we choose is Smart, Confident, Direct and Wants to WIN, we didn't want to lose this precious baby. I think the best way to adequately speak to my experience with Kyle is this: He fought for me harder than I was even willing to fight for myself when we met. john Paul Hopkins and the Hopkins Law Firm did an OUTSTANDING job for me. Mr. Hopkins has a tox expert (Ms. Wendy) that works for him full time. She knows all about the tox stuff and the law related to it. Between John Paul and Ms. Wendy they had every base covered and then some. I can't tell you how awesome it was to watch them in action the day they got my case dismissed. When we got to court for the hearing there were about 4-5 Grimes County SO sitting on a bench waiting to testify against me. They were SHUT DOWN and whatever the law was that John Paul and Ms. Wendy argued, when we left after the case was dismissed ALL of the Grimes Co SO were gone and none of them ever stepped foot into the courtroom. I’m late on writing my review but I guess late is better than never. Attorney Bob Mabry is such a kind, compassionate, true to his word lawyer. Not only does he cast no judgment on those seeking him over bad judgement calls, he also cares about the defendants family and will take time out of his day to listen to them cry, offer words of hope and will even pray with/ for them. He is very affordable and I’m so thankful he is because times are tough nowadays. If it wasn’t for Mr. Mabry, my loved one could have been sentenced to double maybe even triple the punishment he actually received which is what other defendants with public defenders were receiving. Please don’t waste your money on some flashy lawyer who doesn’t care and charges 3 sometimes 4 times what Attorney Mabry does and cannot even guarantee he can get them out of trouble. Justin is extremely easy to talk to and willing to help. He really cares about people and will go out of his way to assist. He has great communication skills and has the ability to draw reasonable, logical conclusions or assumptions from limited information. He is able to consider these judgements critically, and identify potential areas of weakness in your case and is able to spot points of weakness in an opposing argument. He is Decisive, and can absorb large quantities of information in a small time frame. This lawyer is quick witted and should be quickly hired. My case was fully dismissed.
