Best attorney ever!!!! I am a college student in a nursing program that experienced unprofessional treatment from a professor. Not only was I treated horribly, but due to the fact that I spoke up and reported the professor’s inappropriate behavior I was unfairly treated and punished. We sought Dave to help us work out an IEP that had proven very difficult and had medically necessary requirements. He was up front, honest, determined and compassionate. He cared, truly cared about our child's well being, which is something I didn't prepare myself for. He's wicked smart but as a bonus he's also hilarious! He kept us at ease and walked us through the process. When it came time for the ARD, he was the utmost professional and helped to steer the conversation towards what was best for our situation in a firm but respectful way against opposition. We would never have been as successful as we were if it hadn't of been for Dave.
Having to involve lawyers isn't something anyone wants to be in a position to have to do; but if that's your situation there's no one I'd recommend more than Dave. We absolutely love him and wish we had known him years ago for family law!

First I wanna start out by saying Trish and Courtney are absolute rockstars in the Gioffredi & Associates office. They answered every question I had, walked me through what the legal process steps were and what Mr. Gioffredi was doing for my case. They never had an issue with my calls throughout the entire process and helped keep me calm and stress free. I was arrested for a DWI in march 2022 a whole nightmare for me found Gioffredi online read the reviews about him and saw he was the best attorney out here so I went ahead and reached out to him told me what I was expecting and what the consequences where. The woman who answered cut me off before I even finished speaking, asked me one question and said the firm would not take my case. That’s fine, but the manner in which this woman was SO. rude. My very close friend made the mistake of a third DWI. He faced felony charges and deportation back to his birth country (he was born in Vietnam, but raised here since he was a toddler). Due to the immense stress of this pending trial, he even suffered physically/medically.
