I got hurt in a car wreck and hired GreenClark to help me with my case. I could not be happier with the outcome. They were great negotiators with the insurance company. Linda Akwa represented me in my Daughters custody case.
My case was a complicated case. My Daughter's grandmother opened the suit claiming she had taken care of my Daughter for over 6 months and was trying to take her away from her Mother while the whole time my daughter was living with me. After a few appearances representing myself in court I saw the complexity of this case and decided I would need legal representation. I talked to several attorneys and none stood out, assistants could not answer most questions, lawyers were taking too long to call back, some said they would not take on my case, etc. I talked to Linda's assistant and she was able to answer all my questions and her office was always responsive. I was impressed with the professionalism all around. Call is picked up by somebody that is making sure I know that he doesn’t want to be answering the phone (weird they would apply for such a position) and I state that I have a military related legal matter. The guy on the phone instantly responds by telling me that they don’t do military law. Contrary to the Google search, all the reviews, the entire website, and all of their social media presence… they apparently DO NOT DO MILITARY LAW. Mind you, I was never asked to explain my case or what sort of outcome I was looking to reach. Just begrudgingly answered the phone and told me, with no knowledge of my intentions, that they don’t do the only thing they advertise. Fantastic. Updating to address his response. They can’t take my case that I have never described to them because they want to play around with the semantics of my choice of words. My (a person with no law background) words that I used when reaching out for assistance with… law. They recommended small claims court on the phone but small claims court caps at $7,000 rather than a half million. Anyways. This guy really said “21 a day? Let’s pump those numbers.”

I worked with John Hopping to request an order of nondisclosure for an old criminal record that was showing up on background checks. Although I had moved to another state, John and his team were able to handle everything without me needing to be there in person. I strongly recommend this firm. Not only are they reasonably priced, but they are wonderful to work with online and via emails. The firm has a clearly laid out workflow stream online that they update after each step of the non-disclosure process, so you always know what the status of your case is, and can watch it progress. I hired John and his wife Courtney to represent me for my criminal case after interviewing 20 other attorneys. I mainly dealt with Courtney but would also speak with John on occasion. I really liked there online case file system so I was able to login and get updates. In my humble opinion, they went above and beyond what I expected. My charges were very serious and I was extremly anxious about the outcome since it would affect the rest of my life. I can't believe that through their tireless work that they were able to get me case dismissed. This was something that I did not believe was even possible. My daughter was falsely accused of a theft crime at Walmart where she was employed. She had only been there a couple of weeks. A professional scam artist came thru her line and ended up stealing a large sum of money during her scheme. I went to an attorney I had known since I was 19 years old. He had his “associate” work on the case. For over a year, all we ever got was “make a plea.” I personally researched the case, found the woman who scammed my daughter, and discovered she (the scammer) had done the same thing previously and after the accusation against my 19 year old daughter. I made a notebook complete with her alias names, her other cases and charges all over the country for doing the same thing she did to my child. I tried to get “associate” to look at the notebook but he was mad because my daughter refused to plead guilty to something she had not done. Associate was sent on his way by a very smart judge, a new attorney was appointed to handle the matter and a new chance for someone to hear the truth of my daughter’s case. When it was turned over to this attorney, not one minute did I worry. That is all I had done since her arrest.
Today I received a text message from attorney BRUCE KAYE. The case against my daughter had been dismissed. He took the information to the prosecutor and she saw what we all already knew. My daughter was innocent.
BRUCE KAYE is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. He listened, he investigated and he sought the TRUTH! My kid wasn’t a number to him, or just a case, she was an innocent 19 year old criminal justice student who planned on being a police officer and he did what had to be done to prove her innocence. Mr. Bogost was my divorce attorney. He is kind, caring and competently guided me through a very difficult time. On our very first meeting he provided practical advise and next steps. The divorce process takes longer than you would expect; he and his office kept me informed throughout. My spouse was subversive and often uncooperative; Mr. Bogost did an excellent job of keeping the process moving and did his best to limit my expenses. What I appreciated most about Mr. Bogost is that he seemed to truly care about me and my situation. He acknowledged that I was experiencing the most difficult, emotional time in my life and he was always understanding and supportive. I was dealing with my 3rd and 4th getting after going to prison once already. I head no clue what to expect and I thought the worse was going to happen and I'd go back to prison. I had been doing good with no issues for 6 yrs and I had a baby by that time so I was very worried about my future. I told her I didn't want to any jail time if possible and she made that happen for me I was given 7 yrs deferred probation and I was planning to get off early as well. I was satisfied with the out come. She would always answer any question I had and I could text back and forth with her very easily. She made me feel very confident. From the start her goal was get it dismissed if possible before it even went to Grand jury.I started my probation and ended up violating at about 6mth point with a serious charge and I called her first thing and she took her time to help me figure out what was going on with warrants for my arrest and I was at ease just knowing she was my lawyer. I was kept in the loop and knew what was happening every moment. I hired her again to get my violations taken care of she got me PR Bond on the warrants so I never had to sit in jail and wait not knowing and I was able to be kid the whole time.I was worried cause like I said I'm on deferred probation for 2 felonies i violated by getting an aggravated assault with deadly weapon so I have to wait on that charge still but she got my probation reinstated for now and the probation suggested I do 10 days in jail and she even got that dropped. I love Mrs Jackson seriously she made me feel confident that everything would be ok and I spoke with her so often you would think she was my best friend haha. She is very good at what she does and she was confident in the courtroom even when I know my case must have been hard to present and all for a PR Bond she did her and pulled it off. She was suggested to me by a friend and I'm so thankful he put her in my path.

I was represented by another lawyer in a misdemeanor proceeding who just wasn't taking my case seriously. I had no idea what was going on with my case, and the only time I heard from this other lawyer is when he asked for more money. I fired this guy and hired Jennifer. I am a doctor. Myself and several of my colleagues were told we were 100% being indicted. I hired Brandon. He did a terrific internal investigation. He discovered huge problems in the government's case and was able to get me immunity on one charge (that was really a mistake but I could not prove it). And he later got the upcoming indictment totally thrown out against all of us and we just had to pay a fine. We were able to sell our practice for a healthy profit afterwards. Would have never happened had he not did what he did for us. To think where I might be right now without him and his team's help is a scary thought.

Unbelievable job. Got my criminal conviction expunged -- which is technically impossible in Texas. I'm an executive and this was very important to me. He accomplished it with some very creative and brilliant lawyering. He literally talked the judge into doing it despite there being no legal precedent for it ever. Best bill I ever paid. He also helped get another (bogus) case completely dismissed.

I used Mr. Gabriel Ogueri as my attorney on my Immigration case. I have since referred him many clients, he is an excellent attorney. I was actually referred to him after having hired an attorney from Cameroon and the secretary there referred me to him after I explained to her what a nightmare Ms. Ndoko (my former attorney) had made of my case. The secretary told me he was a very good attorney and that he would help me sort my situation out. Well she was not lying unlike my previous attorney he returned any and every call I ever made to him. He kept me informed of everything going on with my case. I am still his client and I will be forever grateful for the referral, I have found the attorney to suit all my legal needs. Mr. Ogueri handles Criminal, Immigration, Car Accident and Civil cases. My minor son had 3 separate criminal charges pending in Denton at the same time. Ryan was able to negotiate a plea that dropped all charges except the least serious one, and got him probation on that one. When my son reoffended and had a probation revocation hearing, Ryan got the jail time reduced from 6 months to only 20 days, with credit for each arrest date. Ryan once worked as a prosecutor in Denton, so he knows the ropes and knows the prosecutors. He works well with them, but he is prepared to go to trial if he can't get a good enough deal.

I hired Mr Davis to represent me in a probate case. I came to him with a mess of information regarding mishandling of an estate which I stood to inherit from. He worked very diligently with me to ensure we had all the information and supporting documentation to go forward with the deposition to prove our claim. This was a very sensitive family matter and Mr Davis handled everything with an exuberant amount clarity, compassion, poise, and dignity on my behalf. He was very intentional and through during the questioning in deposition which provided absolute clarity as to amount of mismanagement that had taken place. Mr Davis was excellent about communicating with me every step of the way about what to expect without giving false promises as to a possible outcome. Again I cannot praise his efforts enough for the way he handled this! He was an absolute shark when needed while being compassionate to the situation.
