Pyke & Associates was able to help me with my father's Probate will. Mr. Balen who was assigned to my case is a great lawyer! who managed the Probate to go smother. Also, Mr. Balen took the initiative to help me with the sales of my father’s estate. He fought for me to find a title company and after dealing with the third title firm, he was able to help me close the sales. This process took almost a year, but if it hadn’t been for him, it would probably taken longer. I am very pleased with the service, Pyke & associates has provided me. Be careful about this people, we tried to book online an appointment online through their website before holidays and their website didn’t work and we have to book another firm with our initial consultation, but when we checked our credit card they charged us two times without sending us any emails or scheduling for consultation or any kind of appointment!
I normally call people and business in such a rare occasion to explain them and ask to make it fixed .
But this people seems they want to keep the money because of their errors and negligence as their financial manager told us we don’t have refund policy even if this is our website error!
Such a scam!
By the way I am happy that didn’t give my business to them.
Stay away from this scam as scam cannot defend you against other scammers out there.

Clint Broden was recommended by a family friend who practices patent law. Our family member was charged in Washington DC which required a criminal lawyer who could try a federal case.
Clint filed motions for dismissal and was successful in having two charges dismissed before trial. One of them carried a 20-year maximum sentence. Our relationship with Clint and his law firm has lasted almost 4 years on this same case. He has promptly answered emails, text messages, and phone calls. We have had face to face meetings in his office when appropriate. His office staff has been professional and helpful.
This case was complicated and historically unprecedented. Clint faced the unlimited resources of the US government in a highly politicized trial in DC. He gave our family good legal advice and spelled out our options at each twist and turn in this almost four-year journey. I would highly recommend his legal counsel.

Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They can't be bothered to call me regarding a case to discuss any options, they ignored calls and emails and refused to speak to me and then when they finally get on the phone I'm spoken over rudely and hung up on. The level of disrespect is uncalled for when I'm the victim here, not you or your client. They are trying to get him out of a case and settlement regarding a wreck he caused and can't be bothered to discuss anything before court and now have the nerve to be rude and hang up on me before I can even say a word. It is my right to discuss a possible settlement and they denied me that and now unless I can reopen my case I won't get anything at all and this wreck caused me to have surgeries and left me more disabled than I was and has taken so much of my life away and now it's like they could care less that I'm getting screwed over in this situation. When their client caused the wreck! There's video proof!!!!! Ridiculous! So wrong on so many levels!

I’m leaving this organization (2) stars. The second star came from you offering my $100.00 back after confirming with me you only work with “rich people” and not single mothers already struggling. The people seem nice and they respond to your concerns quickly….but if you ain’t rich this isn’t the law firm for you. My heart was broken when I begged them as a single mother to please work with me and I promise we could work out a realistic payment arrangement. Mr. Williams explained my case for child support and primary custody could possibly cost more than 4K. They also explained their retainer fees and how you’re billed for every call, text, email, or them touching your case. Lastly, per their organization direct response “I will advise you that if your retainer is depleted or you're retainer account ever has less than $1500, you will be asked to refill your retainer.” I advised them to go have a prayer with God and get back with me if they will accept 4K for my case and serve me as a client. I’m leaving you this long review because I’m an influencer as my side hustle and I want the world to see this and WAKE UP and realize money is the root of all evil! If God assigned you to be a lawyer he is trusting you with that higher level of authority to serve the people at your best ability. It’s 2025, times are hard I hope this is a wake up call for this organization to have a round table meeting and the subject should be “Do we really serve our people”? God bless these rich attorneys. May your money bring you happiness in this lifetime.

I had hired this firm from CL(1st mistake) over a year ago to handle two traffic tickets in Tarrant County, It started out wrong by bad communication with paralegal staff, or marketers, then I am informed that I had to pay a retainer or fee for their services for the two tickets. I did so, then it started with incorrect information listed for my self and the tickets, then some months pass then I am sent an email saying that I have to pay $$$ for court costs and fines, and another fee for their services.....!! Oh did I also say that I was to appear in court with less than 24 hour notice????!!!! I paid what they asked, then I appeared in court late winter to ask for a trial and was told by the attorney who was not prepared and had several other Bobbitt clients waiting for appearance and then several hours later, by this time, I received a letter telling me that Bobbitt Firm joined another firm in Dallas...!! Since then, no communications from either the attorney handling my traffic tickets, cases, nor paralegals, NO BODY!!!!!
NOW, I find myself needing to get my legal matter resolved because NO ONE bothered to inform the attorney that I would not be in town during the week of my court date, and instead I get a letter from the firm that Bobbitt joined that I may have warrants due to 'failure to appear'!!!!! What a waste, I will be sending complaint to the State Bar on the ethics or lack there of and now have to spend $$$$ to hire another attorney. SO, READ the reviews, DO NOT HIRE this man!!!! RUN, all they can afford to advertise is in CL!!

If you want someone that won’t defend you properly or be prepared for your case go ahead and hire this guy. My brother is serving 60 years because of him. Didn’t prepare him for the case. Didn’t cross examine the witnesses well enough. Gave my brother a positive outlook on the case, as if things were going his way, but weren’t. Should have advised a plea deal after knowing how poorly he was defending him.
