I received a no insurance ticket due to falling on hard times and got pulled over for allegedly not having a front license plate on my vehicle even tho I had one. the policy enforcer found an excuse to pull me over and have my rights violated on top of threatening me to take me to jail with my child in the car. I signed under duress and with all rights reserved to challenge jurisdiction and hired these incompetent idiots in hopes I could have it dismissed and because I would be at work and could not attend. Jimena Anaya withheld the fact that if I got insurance within 20 days I could have it dismissed and now it went against me as a CDL HOLDER out of pure spite and jealousy. Not to mention the policy enforcer could not even verify if I actually didn’t have a front license plate because I actually showed him.
These courts and bar members only work together to make money. Not to mention as a CDL HOLDER I was driving within my personal capacity and not in commerce.
And to add to the greediness they charge a $100 fee if you pay the ticket through them when you can just call the court and make a payment over the phone
****DO NOT HIRE THEM IF YOU HAVE A CDL THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF TRUCK DRIVERS. YOURE BETTER OF CALLING YOURSELF FOR A HEARING AND FIGHT IT WITH CHALLENGING EVIDENCE ESPECIALLY IF THE COPS VIOLATED YOUR PROTECTED RUGHTS WITH THREATS, INTIMIDATION AND COERCION *******

Above and beyond! Ana Gonzalez assisted me with every concern up to court, Blake Stone my attorney came in to court and basically lit up the whole courthouse just with his incredible good-natured presence. Mr. Stone is the best attorney I have ever met, handling ancillary matters with ease, and giving me affordable options for more results. I cannot thank them enough and I have never been so impressed I don’t think that will ever wear off.

I hired Mr Perez for my 2 cases. He agreed to defend me but never did. For the money I paid him, I asked him what have you done so far? Wouldn't answer my questions or calls. Finally, he came in person and was very rude, threw papers at me on desk. So I asked him, "Are you going to defend me? He said "No!" So he lied to me about defending me.
I terminated him! Then from my next attorney I found out Mr Perez had WITHHELD 13 DVDs of discovery from me. Would not recommend him. Awful. Lost a lot of money.

My husband and I hired Mark Perez back in 2015 for a federal case. Before hiring him we had spoken to several attorneys who gave us no hope. Mark Perez was very upfront with us. Answered any and all questions anytime of the day. The outcome was better than we could have ever imagined. But that wasn't the end we still had to fight for him to stay in the United Stated. So when the time came we hired him once again. To be honest we had very little hope my husband case wasn't good. But we knew Mark was his only chance. His Assistant Adrian was remarkable she spoke with me regularly. If I got her voicemail rest assure she called me the next day. I could text her anytime of the day or night and get a quick response.Today is March 25,2019 and Mark Perez's office (Adrian)called to tell me that my husband was granted relief and will not be deported. He is coming home . I cant thank Mark Perez and Adrian enough for bringing our family back together.

Mr. Judin upon hiring him told me that my case was weak and that he would get it dismissed especially because his wife works in that district and they know him. "I get my way"...were his words just to sucker me in and hire him. After all was said and done with everything in my favor after he was fully paid my case wasn't worth fighting for any longer. Now Im struggling to find work.

Hank Judin III claims to file expungement petitions for DiVERT court graduates “Pro Bono” as his way to “give back to the recovery community”. However he claims he only asks for the filing fee. He quotes ~$1000. The actual fee to file the petition pro se is < $300.
The petition template took less then 30min to fill out with information readily available and there is no additional charge for using an e-filing service.

THE BEST LAWYER HANDS DOWN,amanda was recommended by a great friend of mine we had gone to a couple of lawyers before her and everyone said I had to serve jail time I was charged with a felony drug case 100,000$ bond because I skipped out on probation and had been on the run we went to Amanda just so we could get and estimate on what or how we could resolve this 2 days later i went to see her at the court, 10 minutes later my case was dismissed I was in total disbelief and I didn't even have to see the judge!!! SHE IS A KICKASS LAWYER! She has been a blessing to me and my family! Amanda Murphy went above and beyond for me. July 4 2015 i was arrested for: DWI 3rd, Fire arm by felon, and manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance (1 ounce of methamphetamine). I went to prison 2 weeks later on another DWI. Dallas never filed charges until i was released on parole. Being that was the 2nd time i have been to prison, i was really worried about getting a lengthy prison sentence. Amanda walked me thru every step of the legal process. She found holes in my cases that every other high profile lawyer missed. ( Not going to name them). She told me to be patient and would get me the best deal. She got me 4 years probation. Every other lawyer told me I was going back to prison. You can trust her with her legal knowledge or you can get suckered by all these other lawyers who only want your money. My family and I CAN NOT thank Amanda enough for what she did for me. I would recommend her to anyone who is going through the system. RUN RUN RUN!!! If I could rate a Zero, for attempting to ruin my life I would. Tom Benson does NOT care about you, just your money! I hired Tom Benson on a case and after months he stated the case has been dropped, and that all I would need to do is community service and not have contact. Come to find out, that was a lie. Instead, Tom pushed back the court date yet another month, and after being misled, I now have a warrant for my arrest that the court says could only be fixed by Tom. Where is Tom? I would know if He didn't block my number. My parents will DEFINITELY be paying this office a visit. At this point, I would imagine the great reviews are fake.
LUCKILY, I record all conversations, and other lawyers are saying I should take legal action. Hopefully this gets corrected soon.

I hired Mr Benson over a year ago for my fraud charge, I only hired because my public defender was not working to the best of his ability. My public defender was able to get my charges reduced to what I wanted . I hired Benson and paid $2500 because he said he could get a better plea bargain. Mr Benson not once tried to get me a better deal than my public defender. All he asked Everytime we met was "are you making a payment today?". I paid him in full and I signed for the original probation agreement my public defender had got me. After one year, I myself have successfully completed my probation and was released early because I went to talk to my judge, my attorney couldn't even do that for me. He said he would do a non disclosure on all my previously deffered charges. I have yet to hear back from Tom Benson, he robbed me of $2500

I don't think I have ever had anything good to say about a lawyer, especially after the 2 years of Hell that I was dragged through in a divorce not of my choosing. Facing a biased judge, an opposing attorney who would stop at nothing, I had gone through 2 attorneys (just hiring my third) in a small town where I did not live. I called the Frankel firm looking for a bankruptcy lawyer, thinking that was my only option to get out of this unfair mess. The receptionist referred me to Mr. Stillman and I left a message on his voice mail, fully expecting that he would never call me. He did call, within a couple of hours. I was able to talk to him and he listened..then he gave me the most cogent and honest advice I have ever received from an attorney, not just on bankruptcy, but on the divorce proceeding. I tried to pay him but he would not let me! Unbelievable for a lawyer! The advice he gave me helped me advise my new divorce attorney and ended up with a re-consideration hearing in the divorce where the judge reversed his previous onerous judgment! I did not have to take bankruptcy. Thank you Ken Stillman!

With having a good head on my shoulders unfortunately I have found myself on the wrong side of the law numerous times in my 12 years of knowing Reed He has managed to keep me Felon free when I should have more then 3 if he was not in my corner with one of those facing A sentence where I was at the judges mercy facing a -5-20 for messing up royally on a open plea suspended sentence case while I was out on revocation I managed to also catch a DUI after was all said and done I was able to continue my deferred sentence and completed it successfully, 3 years down the line I finally signed for six months probation for the dui 5 years after The initial arrest, I can keep going on but there’s honestly no need to I will always recommend this man, with him just recently representing me, and getting me a really good deal, I can honestly tell you after getting to know reed and his capability’s, and the miracles this man does that many can vouch, the amount of care in looking for your best interest leaves you with comfort

This guy sits on Richardson Municipal court as a traffic judge. We should have age cap for judgeship in US. Old folks shouldn’t be any decision-making role, whether it’s for US presidency, Supreme Court or, traffic court. For the same kind of ticket, he gave different verdicts to two separate individuals. For exactly identical tickets. Because he didn’t like the color of my skin. Very discriminative and hostile behavior. Disappointed on the integrity of the court.

Tom Damore represented me in a DUI case in Dallas. I had taken someone to the closest ER in a neighboring city. It was night, and there was major construction around LBJ Freeway. I didn't know the road we arrived in was closed going the way back. We left Dallas Medical Center at 3 am. I was sleepy, and was trying to figure out where to turn to get back home. There were few street lights; my windshield was dirty. I stayed too long at a light at the intersection which had a simple one-light system. I don't drink and refused the walk test because of muscle and nerve damage in my legs. After being arrested and charged with DUI, it took several years for Dallas County to do what they agreed to do. Mr. Damore was patient and helped me deal with the criminal justice system. It would have been much more difficult without him. The DUI was dismissed! Thanks, Tom D'amore! I am very grateful for your help.

I was involved in a car vs. motorcycle wreck in 1983. Wes Reed got my motorcycle repair money right away. Went into the Army later that year. While in Basic Training, I got another check for the remainder. Insurance company could have settled the first week for $2500 - ended up costing them several times more. Insurance adjusters are out to make as low of a settlement as possible. Hire a lawyer, Wes Reed!
