I sought Ms. Wilson’s counsel for my divorce after firing an incompetent attorney, and while the divorce took much longer than I thought, I can’t say enough positive things about her. She responded promptly to my calls and emails, and always kept me apprised of any communication with the opposing attorney. The settlement of my divorce was more than I anticipated, and she helped me avoid a jury trial, which the opposing attorney had requested. Divorce is painful; however, if you find yourself in need of legal counsel, I highly recommend Carol Wilson.

Very professional, they handled my case, as if I was a family member. They were very compassionate to my needs and very understanding they were able to do wonders for me than the attorney that I had hired 11 years ago to handle the case that they did for me and was able to have everything to be wrapped up within a 36 month term so I am very pleased with Tom Thomas legal very good company and I would use them over and over and over again also after two years had come and gone I was needing to talk with my creditor and they would not talk to me. I had called them twice And they said oh you have an attorney on file we cannot talk to you. I waited two years went by and I called Tom Thompson legal last week. They took my car. They didn’t have to go in and ask a lot of questions. They apparently knew who I was. I guess everything showed up on the screen. They just kindly said we will get on this And you could call the creditors on Monday and everything will be taken care of true enough. I actually waited until Tuesday and everything was taken care of so I just love this company and I just picked them out like basically trying to find a needle in a haystack so hey, I found that needle and it didn’t take long and this company is Great. They were perfect. They were a perfect fit for my needs thank you so if y’all need a legal advice or service. Please speak with Tom Thompson and see if they are that fit for you. The absolute worst traffic attorneys I’ve ever hired and I’ve had my fair share of speeding tickets
The reason to hire an attorney wa so was so busy that I couldn’t deal with the court I needed help and these absolute fools took my money and that was the end of it I’ve had to deal with everything myself and it was worse because I thought the matters was handled I basically paid them to tell me what I know and there is no refunds only bad attitudes
I did my differed disposition after they accepted the first deal that came through even though I wanted to fight it
After completing it my attorneys I’ve used in the past normally send it it to the court and handle everything from there but when I told the attorney I finished my defensive driving all they said was cool good luck and I had to figure out the rest on my own

I’ve been working with Jordan Whiddon since 2014. First he successfully got me out of a non-compete clause. Second he successfully sued my apartment complex and got me a settlement. Third he successfully sued a realtor who pulled a home out from under me that we had under contract. Fourth he successfully sold my business and went toe to toe with a 5 billion dollar private equity company and got me an outstanding result. Fifth he successfully sued a pool builder who tried to scam me and made him pay over $10,000 in damages (Vrindra Buhta assisted and did a great job). Sixth he sued a mortgage company and got me over $50,000 for the mortgage company falsely representing themselves to me. Sixth he successfully went after a boat manufacturer and dealership(with help from Kevin Karla who also did a great job) and made them come up with around $10,000 to fix something they told me wasn’t under warranty (which was a lie). Jordan just understands winning and will shoot you straight from the beginning, he’s not fishing for legal fees, he’s looking to win with the clients best interest in mind.

They are so unprofessional. Their team messed up my information (DECEMBER 2024) I have been trying to get them to fix this issue since 12/30/24 it is now 02/07/25. No issue has been fixed no efforts to fix issues have been made. Every time I call their office I get put on hold for long time then they click on me or send me to voicemail.
Your law firm is ignoring all my emails, texts, calls even after getting paid in FULL for your services!

We entrusted this attorney to help us with a serious situation regarding my being the target of my next door neighbor's obsessive and resentful attention. At first he did all he could to "win our trust" but at the months went by he began speaking to me in a condescending massgenistic way. He was lazy, unprofessional, and a real jerk. Now he had $7000 of our money and we are still wating for him to complete the task for which we hired him. He is a rude, arrogant, entitled, dangeriously passsive agressive and controlling person who will use your retainer fee and the duties set fourth to him as retaliation if he is expected to have even an inch of integrity and high sense of character. He has made a mess out of our situation and my family and I can't give him enough poor reviews.

Overpriced. Over rated. I got my will will at local lawyer for $275, this month. Paid Vermillion $500 for a form and help to file for assistance I requested 3 years ago for my 91 year old Mom. Long story, but now it seems thats a $2000 + service. Sheesh, too expensive for my blood. I suggest looking around and comparing prices.

My husband requested help and this company said they do not do payment plans , they would not work with him to give him a payment plan. Charged 250$ to take the case 1500$ to take ticket from the city court to the county court. Then charged 2590 $ that they will not agree to a payment. Spent a lot of money in this company and they refused to help. Kept saying it’s one lawyer, then 2 weeks later a different lawyer name and now the 3rd time the name of the lawyer changed. The case was tossed around to different people and cares more about making money of cdl drivers rather than helping.

I was in the market for an Attorney/Bail Bondsman who could get my husband out of Dallas County the cheapest. No one could guarantee me anything until I called them. They promised me they would have him out in 4 hours after I paid $3,000 down. So of course, I chose them, paid the money and then they tell me because of the court he was in it’s not gonna be possible!!! I was sick. I was so excited about him coming home we prepared for everything to happen and bam he’s not coming home. Do you know how bad that hurt me and him and his family? So we fired them (they could’ve at least done their research to see what court he was in or something before promising us all he was gonna get out) and they only gave us back $2200 which at least was something I give them that but no amount of money can change what it felt like that day when he didn’t come up. You can’t just get peoples hopes up like that and convince them to go with u by guaranteeing something u can’t guarantee it’s not right. So just keep that In mind when looking for attorneys, there are NO guarantees so if an attorney tries to tell u that he just wants your money. This whole ordeal has kept my husband from going to court because the Judge won’t sign off on the Motion to remove counsel so he has been on 10 dry runs to court and nothing has happened and here it is 6 months later! I don’t know what we can do but we can’t afford an attorney now and he can’t get a court appointed one until the Judge signs the Motion so we are in limbo. Just be careful who you chose to represent you and do your own research as well so you don’t get in a predicament like I’m in. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Mr. Ray Hindieh recently handled a very complex DWI case for me. As a former prosecutor he knows the inner workings of the court systems of Dallas and was able to reach a resolution with the prosecution which saved my job and possibly my whole career. He was very compassionate to my concerns, personally guided me through the court process explaining in layman's terms every step of the way, and calmed me down through an incredibly scary and tense process. He personally called me periodically to give me updates about my case making sure I was never left in the dark, and always returned my calls even when he had a substantial caseload. I must commend his attention to detail as on two occasions he corrected two mistakes of the Court clerks on paperwork within minutes of seeing them. I credit Mr. Hindieh greatly with achieving a resolution I couldn't be happier with for my DWI case as it led to a situation where it would not affect my employment, family, home, or immigration situation.

When it comes to lawyers, most tell you what you want to hear. Ray has listened to me and really heard my needs and responded with multiple ways to handle my situation while explaining the possibilities of each, providing pros and cons and making the mess that is "law" understandable to me. He will certainly do what I ask but provides me with other ideas if what I'm asking isn't the most beneficial way to handle the situation. He responds fast, makes himself available, and has even shown empathy, which is not common among the lawyers I've come in contact with. I 10/10 recommend him.

The Defendant was linked with Cameron through a 3rd party service for speeding tickets and immediately got a odd feeling as he was slow to respond. The defendant called him a few times initially and always got his assistant Ricardo who was friendly wasn’t much use. But by this time he’d already filed with the court that he was the defendants legal counsel and how bad could Cameron be. Well terrible to be honest.
Court emailed documents on the 19th of May, and then several times after that once they noticed the documents were not being opened . Cameron finally opened them on June 12th (two days before court, docusign records show when he viewed the documents and for how long) for two minutes and then filed a no contest plea with the court without consulting the defendant. The defendant had not been asked how to proceed with the case or even had any communication with the defendant between May 18th and June 13th, even when the defendant had tried to contact him or his office. Someone from Cameron’s office only finally responded when the defendant complained to the third party office that the first the defendant had known about the plea being entered was when the court emailed the defendant.
So if you want a lawyer who will file pleas without your permission, Cameron is your man!

I hired Cameron about a year ago to handle a traffic ticket around Waxahachie. Not sure what he did but I soon got a phone call that said I was off the hook and didn't even need to take defensive driving as long as I didn't get any more tickets.

I hired Mr Perez for my 2 cases. He agreed to defend me but never did. For the money I paid him, I asked him what have you done so far? Wouldn't answer my questions or calls. Finally, he came in person and was very rude, threw papers at me on desk. So I asked him, "Are you going to defend me? He said "No!" So he lied to me about defending me.
I terminated him! Then from my next attorney I found out Mr Perez had WITHHELD 13 DVDs of discovery from me. Would not recommend him. Awful. Lost a lot of money.

My husband and I hired Mark Perez back in 2015 for a federal case. Before hiring him we had spoken to several attorneys who gave us no hope. Mark Perez was very upfront with us. Answered any and all questions anytime of the day. The outcome was better than we could have ever imagined. But that wasn't the end we still had to fight for him to stay in the United Stated. So when the time came we hired him once again. To be honest we had very little hope my husband case wasn't good. But we knew Mark was his only chance. His Assistant Adrian was remarkable she spoke with me regularly. If I got her voicemail rest assure she called me the next day. I could text her anytime of the day or night and get a quick response.Today is March 25,2019 and Mark Perez's office (Adrian)called to tell me that my husband was granted relief and will not be deported. He is coming home . I cant thank Mark Perez and Adrian enough for bringing our family back together.

Chris Lake is not a good attorney in my opinion. He has mentioned his own mother's divorce multiple times and it shows... he clearly supports the mother in divorce cases even if he is representing the father. This happened to me and many other fathers who were represented by Mr. Lake. He is also incapable of taking any criticism or negative feedback in a constructive way and will just try to blame it on you or someone else. Instead of doing what you want he does what he thinks is best. He also stated negstive things against me in court as a way to make me seem humble and that ended up backfiring. Chris of course blamed it on the judge. He needs to realize many many families have now been adversely affected by his interference. You will be remembered Mr. Lake as a unprofessional and incompetent attorney and an unethical person.

I hired this attorney to post a bond for a misdemeanor and two tickets ONLY and what this attorney did was file a false letter of representation in the court stating that he was hired as an attorney to handle the case, when in fact that was NOT true, he was only hired to post the bond. When I informed the attorney that his legal service to be an attorney on the case was filed without consent and I would inform the court and file a complaint with the State of Texas and the Dallas County Bail Bond Board, Philip filed a false affidavit with the court alleging that he had lost contact with me and he wanted to get off the case and the bond because he did not know my whereabouts all because I told him it was unethical to file a letter of representation with the court when he had not been retained. Being retained as an attorney to handle a case and being hired to post a bond are two totally different things. So, because Phillip Wainscott filed a false affidavit with the court, the court issued a warrant based on the lie Phillip Wainscott told. Phillip Wainscott has been disciplined by the State Bar and by the Dallas County Bail Bond Board which confirms the character and ethics of this attorney. Be aware that what he may tell you or anyone for that matter will not be coming from an honest place.

Mr. Wainscott was my attorney on a 2nd degree felony case for which i received probation recently. I felt pretty hopeless b/c of the details of this case.
