I contacted Jack to ask for help with my Support Modification. After talking through the details and asks of the petition, Jack laid out the process in front of me to make sure I was prepared for all outcomes. The entire team quickly jumped on some immediate needs and scheduling to make sure I had the right support to put my best case in front of the judge. We had several hurdles to deal with as well as an impending trial date, but I felt like the entire team rallied around me to get me prepared. Josh and I worked together over several sessions to create a fair strategy and proactively address the key issues. In what was supposed to be my trial date, Josh quickly jumped on an issue that perhaps the judge had not reviewed key submissions and requested a continuance to make sure everything was considered. That instinct proved to be correct as the judge had not reviewed everything and while that pushed a decision out, it was the right move. I would use Jack, Josh and the entire Berner team in the future.

My family came to Jack's Law office with quite a burden on our shoulders and a lot of confusion on how best to move forward. After a few consultations we decided to move forward with his services and I can tell anyone that it is 100% the best move we could have made. We ended up requiring his representation twice and came out on top both times. Laura Shaver is an excellent defense attorney. She defended our son on a DUI and a totally uncalled for DV charge. In both cases, Laura, worked out reasonable solutions and the charges were removed or downgraded. Laura was thorough and obviously has the respect of the prosecutors and judges in Snohomish County. A big portion of my job involves driving, so when I recently received a traffic infraction I decided to look into options rather than just “lying down” and allowing it to go onto my driving record. I reached out to Mr. Lawrence and I am extremely glad I did. After reaching out and paying the retainer, he assured me that “he had it handled from here”. Everything went extremely smooth. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and he kept me in the loop with what was going on with my case. He went to court and represented me, I didn’t even have to go at all… and the best part is, he got my ticket totally dismissed!! What more could I ask for? I met Pete in 2002. At first I thought I was making the wrong choice.. I was definatly not dissapointed with the services of Mr. Mazzone and his legal team. They are the best in the buisness. I was looking at spending the rest of my life locked away for circumnstances that were out of my control. He did everything and more that was told to me. Mr Nur helped me with speeding ticket. Overall process was very smooth. I just had to submit photo of the ticket and they did everything else. They attended the hearing. I didn’t have to attend at all. Neither did i have to subpoena the officer.

I highly recommend you call and schedule an appointment. He listens and fights for you. I went to one appearance and he represented me through my whole case and he got it dismissed. He was very honest and upfront, and he didn’t waste my time. The only down side I would say is that his team doesn’t give updates or call back in a timely manner when you call the office. I do have to add that my case was being handled around the holidays and so I understood why he was working around the clock covering for his assistants so they would get vacation time. What worked for me was when I emailed Nader he worked hard to get back to me and he would call me and leave me detailed messages regarding my case and that made things easier. If you want someone who will fight for you and stand next to you every step of the way this is the person. He is worth every penny and if he is representing you then you don’t have to worry. At first one is worried if they hired the right lawyer, but rest assured if you hire Nader, he is the right lawyer.

Lawyers tend to get a bad wrap yes even defense attorneys. Braden represented me on two overlapping cases and never made me feel any kind of way. He probably could tell from my face that i already felt the full embarrassing weight of having to come to him with the added burden of another case whilst litigating the first....despite us not seeing eye to eye politically he still defended my second amendment rights and even got my firearm returned to me. Which i thought would never happen and was very satisfying to go down to city hall and receive my gun back. Even though the crooked Marysville cops still have my magazine and holster for some very strange reason I'm proud to say my firearm remains in my possession. Braden, throughout the two years he represented me always made sure i was on time and informed about what time and where I needed to be and despite not having seen an end to my Marysville drama still give Mr. Pence a 5 star review. He's a great guy and so extremely well respected in the community that if you pick him for some reason get priority treatment from even the worst judges/prosecutors and never have to worry about sitting and waiting for your name to get called in alphabetical order. i'm sure many lawyers are granted that respect its just a really cool feeling to know that you are being represented by a winner like Braden one of the best. Also just so its known just because I couldn't jump through the ridiculous b/s that the Marysville court requires of a person that is gainfully employed and living an otherwise productive tax paying lifestyle doesn't take away from the great job he will do for anyone he represents. The charge was related to my honking my car's horn in a display of approval of the Occupy Seattle encampment as I drove by it. During the few months that my case was processed, Jason went the extra mile to help me to understand exactly what my situation involved. Neil is amazing!
Prior to hiring Neil, I had worked with 2 other attorneys for a total of 6 months & my experience was that the (other guys) had actually caused my legal experience to be prolonged by not being prepared, not being able to be reached quickly enough & not providing legal advice that would squash problems immediately (which led to them making a ton of $ off of my ignorance & I had to use all the equity in my home to pay them). When I called Neil, I asked him to be my “bodyguard,” & wow, he followed through! There were times I asked him to provide responses to CPS that were so aggressive, that I thought for sure he would say no; not the case-he delivered statements that sent CPS back to hell. Being nice is not the way to go in these types of cases. Hardball, minimal/vague statements & protecting your rights is the only way to escape unscathed. On one particular day, government workers showed up at my door while I was not home; I emailed Neil & asked him to meet me there & he dropped everything to make it to my house within 15 minutes for me to cooperate with the workers, without my rights being violated through a private interview that could be used against me without an attorney present to be expert witness to my statements & to jump in quickly on concerning subject matter. He was always prepared & available at all times of the day/weekends due to the emergency nature of the attack I was under. His quick, calculated responses to these sick/twisted government workers/criminals is what saved me & my family’s lives. We are forever grateful to Neil.

I hired Neil and his team over a year ago to help me with custody of my daughter. As a male asking for fully custody it an up hill battle. The State spent thousands of man hours in three different cases over a three year period to try and put a medical marijuana patient behind bars. Mr. Mestel made the Feds dismiss their case at the day of jury trial at the door of the courthouse. But that was wise as he had just outright beat KIng And Pierce County with jury acqittals.. The State spent, by their own accounting, a quarter of a million trying to jail me and he cost a mere fraction against that state funded onslaught and I paid him, gladly and with a fraction of what he and his wife got for my wife in two personal injury suits. I am still in the medical marijuana industry and paying taxes and doing fine as Mark whooped Goliaths ass three times before they backed off and now respect me as legitimate business man who payes taxes and has rights!

When I found Michael, I had just been fired by my second attorney, in a very complicated, difficult, and high stakes divorce case. My case had already been run into the ground by two previous lawyers and even more so by the entire so-called justice system. I was absolutely thrilled with my lawyer from day 1. She was prompt with all of our meetings, kept me informed of all my options and chose to go to trial due to my specific circumstances. Same as the previous review, Tiffany Mecca came prepared to a motion hearing prior to trial extremely well organized and ready. Natalie is the most professional and caring lawyer that has ever helped me. I have hired two private practice lawyers in the last few years and have yet to be impressed. Natalie new from the beginning that the prosecution did not have a case, unfortunately the prosecution did not. I lost the case, however it was overturned on appeal. The trial judge had effectively cheated us as he changed the "to convict rules" after the trial!

Unfortunately I have had to be represented many times in the past in the criminal courts because of my drug addiction. The case that Natalie Tarantino represented me in was very serious. In the first few weeks that I was incarcerated I was going through withdrawals from heroin and my condition was somewhat delirium. First, Natalie had to convince me how serious my crime was. Elaine Whaley takes her cases very seriously. She even worked with my Municipal atourney to get me released. I did 35 day in county and got me release with credit for time served. My municipal atournys is Jeremy Magnabosco. Both of them are sharks...be sure to keep the blood out of the water. Unless you want a feeding frenzy where you may loose an arm.

Haley is a great lawyer. Wrongfully charged with serious felonies and with time beging of the essence, due to my specific circumstances, she was on it. Ms. Halbert was the lawyer assigned to my now-adopted, then foster daughter when she was in state dependency. Ms. Halbert was incredibly engaged and went out of her way to advocate for my daughter's wishes, including driving multiple hours to meet with her briefly, and pushing against DCYF when their wishes contrasted with that of my daughter. I would absolutely want her representing me, or any child, if I had the option to choose.

I came to be represented by Josh Camp after firing my initial legal representative (an LLLT). To say I was jaded and burned by my first legal representative would be an understatement, but Josh rose to the occasion and exceeded all expectations.
From day one, my divorce was high conflict but Josh has handled every scenario with professional ease. He has been highly communicative every step of the way, even contacting me on an occasional weekend if the issue was urgent (fortunately, this didn't happen often). While he's been phenomenal during the entire process (a high compliment given how challenging things have been), it was how he represented me during mediation with my ex and his lawyer that truly impressed me. Our mediation took 10 hours, and by hour 8, it seemed that the mediation might not work out and we would head to possible trial. However, Josh knew the position was was standing firm in and helped me achieve a fair and equitable settlement.
