Dustin is amazing! I received a letter in the mail that had said I am being re-prosecuted for a DUI that I had already had dismissed 2 years ago. It was a Friday and it said I had to be in court the following Tuesday. I live in TX now and the DUI was in WA so you can see how that was a problem. My previous attorney was no a judge so I didn't know who to contact. I found Dustin online and called his office. Within the hour he got back to me, explained how everything was going to go and made me feel at ease. Unfortunately, I had blew a .26 which is an Aggravated DUI. Originally, Dustin said it was unlikely to get this dropped as my BAC was so high and the goal was to get it down to a regular DUI. The court case was resolved pretty quickly with no action needed from me and Dustin was able to get my DUI charge down to a reckless! I was amazed as I for sure thought there was no chance for this to get reduced that much. I am so happy with my choice to go with Dustin and I would not recommend any other attorney besides him!

My husband and I found Skelton Law firm, after interviewing a couple other firms that didn’t quite meet our needs. We were paired up with Haley Owens who was very wonderful, efficient, and quickly responded to our needs whenever we had questions. Owen is the first responder; he answered calls, schedules appointments, takes messages in which Haley would get back to us within the day, he was very helpful with extensive knowledge, and kind. Haley met with us for our first meeting, we went over a list of debts, and she proposed the plan and cost. We liked her so much that we retained her that day. We then we exchanged emails and phone calls until all necessary paperwork was collected, and the online courses (2) were completed. We met with Haley once more to make sure everything was correct. Then we received a date to come do a virtual court meeting. Haley helped us and another lovely woman go through the online meeting. She was so patient and easily relatable for us. We then received our finalization through the mail. She made everything understandable and simple. Susan Skelton was very helpful as well. Very kind and patient with us too. I would give this firm 10+ gold stars when comparing to other firms. This one everyone goes above and beyond.

This is some of the best representation I’ve ever had. It was affordable and very little effort on my end of it. My teenage son received a second infraction which means he would lose his license till he was 18. Merrill got it dismissed. My son needs to follow the laws of the road and I do my best to parent him that way. My son has struggled lately in school, but has recently created his own business selling clothes and loves it. He has motivation and is doing better in school and life. Having his license revoked, would have likely made him give up on everything. Merrill Law stopped that from happening. They may have saved his life. I will do my best to parent my son to abide by the rules of the road. Thank you Merrill for giving my son another chance.

Walking into Rodi’s office for the first time, I was nervous. I was staring down what was certain to be a long, nasty, complex divorce and I needed to make sure I had the best representation possible. But, I also had to know I could trust and relate to whoever might provide that.
Rodi commanded the room with her presence, nevertheless, she immediately put me at ease. Within no time at all I could tell she understood where I was coming from, what my children and I were going through, and how my ex figured into these things. I will never forget the fears that I felt when I went through my dependency back in 09. I hated myself for my mistakes and I no longer believed in myself. Mr. Wogsland never was too busy to work for or with me. He walked me through my case and fought tooth and nail throughout the entire process. He wouldn't let me allow the state or the father's to abuse their power. He gave me an OPD social worker and helped me navigate the entire process. Later when the case was closed and I had to go to court to protect my son from his dad Mr. Wogsland was able to provide me with documentation I needed from the dependency which ended up protecting my son again from his dad. Mr. Wogsland refused to allow my daughters dad and CPS to try to agree to extremely strict visitation denying me visits that wouldn't let me have my daughters overnight for 2 yrs AFTER I had completed inpatient at a PPW program and all the other court ordered Services I had completed already. Now I am coming back to him again because I know in my heart he can help me again. My youngest daughter was sent to Florida with her father who has been beating her and denying me my rights as a parent. She is in foster care in Florida and I am needing help getting information from my previous case. I know that I can go to Mr. Wogsland and ask him for his help in getting the correct documents if he still has access to them because he has already shown me before that he cares about my family and wants our family to be complete and with his help my daughter will be safe for the first time in 7 yrs. I know from how he has helped me in the past that we aren't just another case to him we are a family and we are important. Divorce mediation oversight leaving out notice to let other party know of "late" missed payments. March to June 9th resulted in $28,500 in late fees. I paid immediately when notified. The $150 per day compounding fees added up. Unintentional oversight from changing accounts. I was threatened with imprisonment by opposing counsel Robert Miller/Brewe Layman.

It is so hard for me to build the courage to write what I know my fellow citizens and especially those like myself have held their right hand to their heart every single day in allegiance of the land we love. Aaron took money from me in a family matter. Knowing I am clean as a judge I was hoaxed into accepting an awe full arrangement which has made seeing my son nearly a functional obsolescence. Aaron. barged me near enough to $40,000 and I barely see my son. I do not smoke, drink and I am a good father.
I have since tried to reach Aaron but always seem to end up speaking with his extremely rude and obnoxious phone lady Jennifer.
Jennifer scares me as well. She is so rude and Aaron is one sneaky attorney. Stay away from the crooks.
In my clear purview Aaron is a washed up attorney with no loyalty to his clients. Aaron is a walmart attorney.
I have no fear that Aaron and Jennifer will now try and ruin my life even more. 100% not afraid of that clown.
Hire a young attorney who has not forgot why he/she became an attorney.
I feel as though Aaron was using my money to pay off debts or gambling I do not know what I know is the lack of representation and the amount charge seems criminal.

Aimee did a good job representing me in my divorce. I was completely new to the process and she helped me understand what steps to take. I was the respondent in the case and Aimee seemed to genuinely empathize with my situation.
She was calm during the difficult situation, which helped.
She clearly understood the Snohomish County court system, its commissioners and judges, and shared that information with me in terms of what I should expect.
My only issue in working with her was in the exchange of the many documents in a court case. Scans were often crooked, pages were missing and often had to be re-sent, and edits were cumbersome. In 2016 it would be nice if collaborating on editing responses and sharing documents were easier.

Attorney was mediocre in performance, drug the case out so long she almost let statue of limitations expire. Then had to file a law suit to keep from losing all chance at recovery. Then her negotiation skills were subpar, and I ended up with a very poor settlement. In the end I settled so I could end the thing once and for all and be done with my own attorney and her incompetence. Then I had to argue with her to get my own money. She kept telling me she would mail the check on X date, then did not do it. Then would give me another date, oops not then either, then gave me a bad tracking number. Completely unsatisfactory all the way around.

I hired Karen for a personal injury case. At first she seemed caring and engaged. Once she had to start working my case that changed and I felt like I was a bother to her. Each interaction I felt like it was too much to ask for information on my case. She was short with me, would not provide information I asked for, or would just not answer questions I asked. Her only communication method is email. Calls are not answered.
She let my case go so long the statue of limitations almost expired and then a lawsuit had to be filed, when it could of and should have been settled before it came to that. In the end I accepted far less than I should have because I was done dealing with my own attorney. Then the surprise expenses popped up, and she never did provide copies of the bills to substantiate the expenses she claimed to have paid. I am sure the other side is the only one who was happy with her performance.
Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I felt she provided subpar representation. In the end, even getting her to hand over my small settlement was a battle, even though she had it in her possession, she kept giving me different dates she would mail the check to me, only to have it not show up, and then be given another excuse why it was not sent. Very unprofessional.

The court appointed this person and because the incident occurred in Mukilteo I was stuck with him.
He refused to communicate by email, he refused to meet in person before the hearing, he told me we would seek a "deferred prosecution" but explained nothing about it, immediately after the hearing he told me the Snohomish probation dept. would explain "ICAOS" to me (something I'd not heard of before and the probation officer told me to research on the internet), and he told me to "sign the papers or I wouldn't be walking out of court that day" (the form was incomplete but he informed me he would fill it in after I signed it).
I eventually was able to engage the services of a competent attorney but much of the damage he had caused appears to be irreversible.
To characterize this person as incompetent is both charitable and accurate. His inaction coupled with a probation officer that was even less competent than he is the reason that I have wasted thousands of dollars and uncounted hours attempting to resolve a DUI that occurred in 2010.
At the probation officer was eventually fired.
The only reason this system is tolerated is that most citizens do not know how bad it is. But they will.

Mr Odell was not hired by me or my wife. He was assigned by the court. On the last five occations that my wife had to appear at court mr. odell did not try in the least to read or understand all the proper paperwork that stated there was a clerical error on the states side of our payments for our licences. Mr. Odell blew off my wife and acted more like a prosecutor than a defender. he did not show any effort to read or understand my wifes paperwork from the department of licencing and debit card reports stating that our debts have always been payed ontime and that it was a courthouse error. Instead mr. odell teamed up with the prosecutor and the judge. The prosecutor, the judge, and mr. odell all covered up the courthouse's clerical error by fining my wife $550 dollars. I feel very sorry for anyone that has mr. odell as a public defendor. he does not care about defending anyone but the state and won't lift a finger if it means putting out a little effort. If I had a choice he would no longer be an attorney. If it hasent been writen out for him by someone else and made easy he dosent care. All he wants to do is stand there in coart in his walmart suit and callout names of people that think that he is helping and watch them suffer for putting their trust in him. I think he should never be hired by anyone, HE IS WORTHLESS.
