I met Mr. Bruno back in February when I was arrested for a Domestic Violence, I called Mr Bruno and explained my situation. That same they he asked me to come by the office. I went to his office and he met me right away. We spent over an hour talking and unlike other attorneys, he was not worry about the time. Fast forward, Mr Bruno not only did he cleared me of all criminal charges, he also cleared me of a civil charge. I was blessed to have met Mr Bruno. I can sincerely say that Mr Bruno is the attorney you want representing you in court. One last thing, you can text him even on the weekends and he will always reply back to you. Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything
Terrible customer service and I believe the lawyers or attorneys working there are really amateur and with zero professionalism

From the very first call, I knew I picked the right firm. No question was too much. Every question was answered in a timely fashion. Each time I desired a change to something, I received sound easy to understand responses that helped me decide how important my original request was or was not. Bottom line, Chelsea and Hillary were both fantastic. I rarely do reviews so that the fact that I did this one should really tell you something.

Had an issue with former landlord and return of my security deposit. Contacted Scarnecchia Mullin and within 2 days Hillary had reviewed my situation, provided excellent advice and counsel on how to proceed. She also drafted and sent a letter to the landlord which resulted in an amicable resolution to my issue within 1 week. I was not expecting the quick turnaround time and resolution. I highly recommend this firm for their responsiveness, thoroughness and results.

I was so relieved when no other law offices picked up my call after being released, but Robert David Malove did! After speaking with Mr. Malove, my case was assigned to Jeremy Michaelson and he began working on it right away. Not only was Mr. Michaelson professional, but he also had compassion and empathy for the situation and myself. Jeremy walked me through the every step of the way and made me aware of the potential circumstances that could arise from different parts of the legal process and answering all my questions, as this was my first time every being arrested. Jeremy kept me updated with any new information and gave me the peace of mind that I needed during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend this law office if you find yourself in legal trouble. Hopefully I never have to call again, but if I need, I know who to call.

I am compelled to provide this addendum to my review of Forrest and Forrest, posted six months ago due to recent events. I received an ominous call from Paulina Forrest, accompanied by an unwarranted demand to take down my factual review post of Forrest and Forrest law firm, without the presentation of a court order.
This attempt to silence my legitimate review only reinforces the concerns raised in my initial, assessment. It is disheartening to witness such actions, which only serves to validate the point made in my original review regarding the unprofessional conduct and questionable practices of Forrest And Forrest. I stand by my right to express my opinions and experiences openly and honestly. Any attempt to suppress or censor valid feedback only raises further questions about the integrity and ethics of Dan And Paulina Forrest.
I urge others to consider these actions when evaluating the character and credibility of the individual attorney or law firm in question. Transparency and accountability are essential components of any reputable law firm, and any attempts to stifle legitimate feedback only casts doubt on the sincerity of their intentions

Mitch Polay really delivers, I had a recent gun case in which the Judge had increased my bond from 1k to 85k and 24 hour lockdown at home, I was unable to work, go to the store nothing. Mitch was able to get me off the ankle monitor completely even got them to allow me to travel freely in and out the country on 4 felonies. Everything he said to me was always factual, he really was a man of his word. The D.A. Had mentioned I scored out to a mandatory prison sentence of 2 yrs minimum. Mitch worked tirelessly and around the clock staying in touch with me every step of the way. I still dont know how he did it but all my charges were reduced to misdemeanors and I was let off with one year probation, he assured and reassured me several times he would do what’s best for me and he absolutely overdelivered. Through the years he became not my lawyer that I hired But a great friend and mentor in many aspects of my life. He is a well respected and a true professional. I hope to never have to hire an attorney or ever get into any bad situations in my life ever again but if you have ever see yourself in cuffs and you need a real lawyer, don’t say anything other than I want To speak to my lawyer Mitch Polay and know that you will have someone in your corner who will not go down without a fight and will be there to the end alongside you. One of the worse attorney you can get. You don't want to risk your DUI case with this guy. He will take your money and disappear on you. Won't give you any legal advice, nor would he show up for your case especially if you are outside Miami area. He will send his network attorney that have no clue about your case. You might as well request a public defender and you maybe better off.

I hired Mr. Braxton for a DUI in Lee County, FL. He was very polite, always answered or returned phone calls, and was willing to do whatever was in my best interest. We ultimately decided to go to trial, and the state dismissed the case in its entirety.

Hired Michael Braxton for 2 DUI charges both within just under 5 years. First charge failed road sobriety test but refused breathalyzer. DUI charge reduced to Reckless Driving (important in cases where 2nd charge could possibly happen within five years). 2nd DUI charge failed road sobriety and breathalyzer. Case was dismissed due to false arrest. In addition I never lost my driving priviledges. Great job and would hire again, but hopefully that won't be necessary again.

Mr. Canet is a lifesaver & the best attorney I could have ever asked for. The state wanted 8.5 years in prison and would not back down. My first attorney (NOT Canet) told me to take the 8.5 year plea bc my case was a clear win for the state and trial would be suicide. Within a month of hiring Mr Canet, he discovered missing evidence, contradicting testimonies AND internal investigation reports discrediting a key witness in my case. Once he started filing motions, he had the state so scared they put their best attorney on my case. At my first hearing, he had the state trembling & had the tenured officer on my case stuttering and fumbling his words. He made both of these experienced professionals look like unqualified rookies. Even the judge called the officers testimony “baffling” & pulled Mr. Canet to the side and said “you are a great attorney Mr. Canet.” He is aggressive and without a doubt the most knowledgeable in any courtroom. He is honest, fierce and a force to be reckoned with in the courtroom. Needless to say I am a free man today, Thanks to Mr. Canet. If you want a second chance at life, look no further, just pick up the phone, call him & Mr. Canet will go to war for you.

I decided to use Carlos's after speaking with several attorneys after receiving another DUI charge with very special circumstances and a blood draw with serious consequences and several grey areas. Carlos was not the cheapest and made no promises but that is why I choose him. He was extremely knowledgeable of the law and very professional and always available. I couldn't have been more happy with my choice and can assure he was worth every penny. He kept me out of jail and continues to help me with my needs after the case has been settled. Other attorneys will promise the world and then leave you hanging. I've never recommended or reviewed an attorney ever but I thought it was the absolute least I could do. Chris Narducci has got to be one of the most decent, compassionate, giving attorneys I've ever had the pleasure to experience. His availability and willingness to represent her at the drop of a dime speaks volumes about his desire to help those in need. Attorney Moore saved my life. He saved my job, my marriage. Everything. If it wasn't for him I would have been sent to prison. I hired Mr. William Moore to defend me in a case in which I had been falsely accused by an ex- girlfriend of domestic battery. It appeared that she gave my name after being assaulted in a park. She went to the hospital for treatment and when police arrived, gave my name. Her report to the police resulted in a warrant for my arrest and the State of Florida bringing charges against me. I hadn’t seen her for at least 6 years, and was no where near her when the alleged incident occurred. In fact, I was actually in a different city, hundreds of miles away. I only found out about the charges against me after applying for a job and being informed by the prospective employer that there was a warrant out for my arrest. It appears that in such cases, the accuser can simply provide a name and a felony charge results, no witnesses or proof required. I have since learned that this occurs often, whether in revenge for a broken relationship, or to protect someone else. It’s used as a way to really screw up someone’s life. I was victimized by a vengeful ex-girlfriend who never got over my ending the relationship.
Mr. Moore is extremely knowledgeable regarding Florida law in this type of case. Domestic Violence is not easy to defend, nor should it be. But, he understood that I was an innocent victim of a false accusation and fought one my behalf to have the case dismissed. He was always accessible, encouraging, and kept me updated. The case was eventually dismissed and I thank Mr. Moore for knowing exactly the course of action to take in my defense. I'm now hireable again!

I cannot recommend Mr. Parks enough. Facing a 3rd offense DUI (2nd conv) & refusing to blow, my situation seemed all but hopeless. After interviewing several attorneys (some wouldn't even agree to trial) Mr. Parks was the only one I was confident representing me in court & although his rate was higher, it was worth every cent.
