Mr. Rowe was appointed by the court after I was arrested for the 2nd time while on felony probation in 2019 . He first bonded me out when the MTA (motion to adjudicate) was filed, all I had to do was let him know when I was going to turn myself in and what card on file to use. I went in at 11pm on a Tuesday and was out by 3pm on Wednesday. The candor and top tier representation resulted in all charges dropped and my reinstatement to Deferred Adjudication Probation. If I ever get jammed up again he's going to be my first call.

Abe factor is very busy and if he just sat and talked to everyone all day hed be broke. He does his talking in court and when it counts he is there. It can be frustrating at times, but the end result is what matters. Sit back relax and once you hire abe let him do his job, he can only do certain things at certain times. Lisa Haines understood the significance of mental health problems where the judicial system fails to. We had a case that was clearly untreated mental illness & NOT criminal. She was able to show the judge evidence & get the charges completely thrown out. Charges that should have not been in the criminal system to begin with! I had a possession - cont sub <1g, had served 2 years of my probation as well as completed all fees, classes and appointed programs. Unfortunately I relapsed after my mother passed, and had 2 dirty UAs. They revoked my probation and wanted to send me to State Jail. I found her in Avvo and read her credentials and reviews and just had a feeling she would be the one that could help me. I hired Jason to represent me in a first time DWI charge that, if convicted, would have resulted in harm against my medical license and professional career. The facts were weak, but I felt it necessary to hire the best to represent me in this high stakes charge against me.
I interviewed multiple attorneys. Jason was the first and the last. In between, I found almost all firms persuade you to enter a contract using their best, most well recognized attorney. They then “sub” your case out to a lesser experienced associate or partner attorney. I realize everyone needs to gain experience, but I could not afford to lose this case.
Jason handled every aspect of my case (phone calls, email responses, meetings, and court appearances). His fee was middle of the road compared to others I interviewed. There was no less experienced middle man handling my case, which in my opinion deserved every extra penny spent hiring him that could have been “saved” by retaining the cheapest lawyer. He handles his cases in the same manner I do as a physician, and I really appreciated his attention to quality over volume.
Jason successfully had my case dismissed without trial or pleading for a lesser charge. Furthermore, my drivers license was not revoked/the judge also dismissed the civil part of this case. In total, all elements of my case were dismissed and I was very pleased I followed my gut instinct by hiring him.

I was arrested at 18 for DWI in Denton county at the beginning of COVID and of course had lots of questions, anxiety and confusion about the whole case as well as I didn’t know where to start at all. I almost immediately went online searching for answers and found Mr. Howard’s website and left an inquiry. He was the first attorney to get back to me as it was on the weekend and even after hours he called to check in and let me know he would look at the case with me the following day. I hired Mr. Howard that same day as communication was very important to me and it was days before any other attorney in the area got back to me. A lot of other attorneys offices will also outsource your case to someone else in the same firm and Mr. Howard personally took care of mine which was also important to me because I knew I could get answers without having to ask around multiple people. My case took over 18 months to be filed and was resolved just under 24 months. Throughout this entire process Mr. Howard monitored the status of my case, gave me updates, was always there to answer every question I had, and ultimately negotiated to have my charges reduced based on my case details. Mr. Howard is very detailed and knowledgeable and won’t ever leave you in the dark from start to finish. If you are looking for a DWI attorney in Denton/ Tarrant counties I highly recommend hiring or consulting with Mr. Howard to get your case handled or to at least better understand your specific position and your options going about it.

Anna was very understanding and considerate of my situation and wanting to get my case taken care of right away. As soon as I hired her, she jumped right on it, contacting the DA's office, and got them to not file the charge that was pending against me. She was also able to talk to my parole officer, and submit a document from the DA stating they were not picking up the charge for me. My parole then lifted the blue warrant off of me. This all got settled within a matter of days, and my parole officer said I was really lucky, that this usually doesn't happen with a family violence charge. All thanks to Anna for getting this done!

Jim is hands-down the best lawyer . My son got himself into a mess of trouble, was facing some real prison time for heavy charges due to stupid actions. Jim not only saved him from prison, but his expertise got his charges reduced to a misdemeanor with probation. Of course lack of responsibility my son did not meet Probation because he was not ready to turn his back on his lifestyle. Lesa is best Lawyer today I have came across. first catching my case I was paying for a lawyer that didn’t do nothing for me and was just taking my money while I’m sitting in jail. & I found Lesa less within 48 Hrs of being paid she was at the court and got my Bond dropped from $175K to $30K and got me out of jail. Got out on a Ankle Monitor and she got me removed off of that early so I could work. I was dealing with a possible probation revocation, I spoke with Mr.Keating about how I wanted go forward with my probation and he explained all the possible scenarios that could happen and answered any questions I had. He has great patience, very understanding, doesn’t make you feel judged, and overall makes you feel comfortable which then builds confidence with your choice of choosing him to represent you. He’s very honest with how he feels an outcome will play out and let’s you decide whether or not you want to take route. My probation was going ideal until my probation officer filed the motion to revoke me earlier than expected, I ended up having a warrant for my arrest. Mr.Keating came up with a solution to keep me from going to jail (as I have 2 kids dependent on me) and that required me to step into the courthouse full of officers. I honestly was very hesitant but I trusted him and I walked out of the courtroom discharged from my probation a month earlier than my intended date! I also adore his paralegal Robin! She is truly amazing, she’s has great communication, great response time, and helped me feel comfortable and at ease with an undesirable situation! I’m sure he has multiple clients but him and his staff really make you feel like you’re a priority which is so important when dealing with time sensitive matters. Veronica represented me in a complicated trial, involving former law enforcement versus current law enforcement.
