In a time when my husband and I were left devastated by a crime that he had committed and while other consulted lawyers described his case as desolate because of his early confession upon arrest, Christy Jack and Letty Martinez provided perspective and comfort. Christy was the first lawyer to express that my husband was not defined by his crime. They were both prepared to utilize his confession as a mark of integrity and we felt confident in their defense and plan from the beginning. Once considered taking a plea deal since I couldn't afford a long drawn out court process. He encouraged me that it would not be for nothing. Told me, without a hint of hesitation, that it would be okay. Now 2 years later, I went from fighting a felony assault charge to a NOT Guilty to the same case. I don't ever want to be in trouble again, but it is apparent that I will call Zach first and foremost.

I called today on 8/3/19 looking to hire him to get potential blue warrant taken care of. He made a call to Parole Office and found out that they would not be filing Blue warrant after all.
What an honest lawyer! He could have taken our money and then told us " he had prevented the Blue warrant from happening" but he did not, he just called and let us know that there would not be a Blue Warrant after all.
We now will be able to get him out on a PR Bond! Thank you Trent! What a gem!

Back in 2015 i received a disorderly conduct citation in the Stockyard area. I did not know how to proceed and what to do. I searched through potential lawyers to represent myself. Mr. Fulgham came across my page and i decided he was the best fit. Upon our first meeting he was welcoming and made me feel at ease. He insured me that he would do everything in his power to get this resolved in my best interest. He was always a phone call away and he would reply to every email in a timely matter. Brandon was awesome from the onset. He basically laid it out as what could realistically be the worse case scenario and then over delivered and knocked it out of the park! I was involved in a fight and he was able to get a full dismissal even though other party was willing to push the issue. This was evermore so critical in my case because I am military and it could have ended my career. I would highly recommend him!!!

I hired Michael to represent my Grandson, who was jailed on a probation violation. My family had retained his services before when my son was arrested for DWI. He did such a good job with my son that it was a "no brainer" when it came time to find an attorney for my grandson. Michael is very professional and effective with his representation. I hired Michael to represent me for my charge of "interference with an emergency call" (more like a misunderstanding with my own sweet old grandmother). I knew my time served should have been enough of a punishment, and to just let me go free with the charge on my record, but at the end he got the D.A. to work in my favor and dismiss the case all together, which is something I would not have possibly had the chance to do on my own without any legal counsel. Great attorney, Mr.Shaw got the least probation time offered to me dropped even lower than the first offer. I honestly feel like i have another chance to do the right thing with my life thanks to Mr.Shaw for getting me the minimum time possible. He was a appointed to me by the court yet still treated me like a paying client and reached out to whoever he could to get me the opportunity to correct my life before it got alot worse. Mr. Shaw actually was my boyfriends court appointed attorney. Typically you hear about the fears of having a court appointed attorney vs being able to hire an attorney. Mr. Shaw displayed compassion, and i could tell that he cares about each case reguardless if he is hired by a client or assigned as someones court appointed attorney. I believe he fights just as he would if he were being paid by someone who hired him to represent them or not. He was wonderful, and explained everything to us to make sure we understood, and the outcome was great! I would recomment him to anyone without a flinch!

She was appointed to me by the state but did so much for me. While incarcerated she stopped by to visit and discuss my case as well as to check on me. She was very attentive and very well prepared in court. She did everything I asked of her and gave me good advice in a really horrible situation. I was extremely happy with her and her office. I worked at a long-term care facility as a Medication Nurse. The Director of Nursing reported me to DADS for a allegation of abuse. I have worked in the medical field for 10+years, and I love it!!! Scott represented on an eviction, which He won based on the notice was not received only the summons to appear from the constable. He had to do an Exparte for a Writ of ReEntry due to the person not adherring to the Dismal of the Eviction. Today we had the hearing on the Writ of ReEntry which Scott and his partner Bryce won. He gave me advice in 2014 I didn't take, in a divorce I should have gotten. Now its 2017 and here we go again. Wade was really great and helpful ... while in jail and post jail he worked with me and my fiancé to resolve numerous descrepancies in a case against me. I was given a plea deal by the DAvand it wasn’t looking good for me but I wanted to continue to fight as I was innocent and he did his best to continue my fight in court. With all the documentation gathered we proved my case. He didn’t accept the plea deal fought for me and my case was resolved as it should be ... I am thankful for his efforts and willingness to work with my fiancé when I wasn’t able to because we beat the charges ... I didn’t get time (2 years in prison) but a brief reinstatement of my probation which will be completed in less than six months ... with no more reappearances in court and only once a month check ins to my probation officer. I will soon be after man with my background cleared. It’s because of not quitting continuing to fight proving my innocence and this great lawyer / public defender. Highly recommend him ... he will do good by you.

We hired Mr. Bush after over a year with a different attorney who simply did not communicate well and appeared to be tired of working on our case, and we felt like we were going nowhere fast. We had the opposite, most favorable experience with Steven Bush. Our situation was complicated as the actual "client" has severe Alzheimer's Disease and still does not even know he had a "sexual touching" charge filed against him. He was incapable of standing trial, yet the DA refused to drop the case and this created a very difficult situation for our family. Mr. Bush took over the case with grace, integrity and amazing respect for the delicate state of mind of his client, my father. He truly went the extra mile, spent extra time and never made us feel like any question or concern was stupid or not worth his time. He also was very fair with his fees, never ever taking advantage of the time needed to work on the case. His paralegal, Naheed, was also truly amazing, ALWAYS replying to any of our calls or emails truly within minutes, and with great care and respect. Brian represented my daughter in an unfortunate felony case. What most impressed me about Brian was his compassion and knowledge. From the first conversation I could tell he really cared about my daughter's case. At the same time he was very realistic and informed me and my daughter of all the options. My daughter's case was eventually dropped to a misdemeanor for which she is serving probation only.
He also assisted her with anothe problem that she was having with an old relationship. He was under no obligation to do this but I think he did it truly because he cares about his clients.

Brian Bouffard defended my son in a criminal case approximately 2 years ago, after having been highly recommended by another attorney whom I greatly trusted. He was absolutely incredible in my son's defense with an amazing trial presence against the DA, who was literally blown out of the water and even laughed at by the jury. My son was indeed innocent, but had a look-a-like, who used his vehicle in a criminal mischief act. Brian was kind, concerned, methodical and brilliant in trial, as well as before in hearing evidence, as well as thorough investigation of the evidence - THOROUGH! A police officer who handled the case walked into the courtroom strutting and left with his head hung low after he committed perjury about the case, which Brian called him out on. Mr. Huston is a phenomenal lawyer and worked incredibly hard on my case even though he was appointed to me, not hired by me. He got me misdemeanor time on a state jail felony case that I was originally offered a year on. He went even further and fought for me to have my time served on the weekends only, in county jail, and everyday I am there counts as two days. he made sure that I was able to keep my job and be at home with my wife and daughters the majority of the week. He recently went out of his way and got the time pushed back that I go into the county jail, while still getting credit for that day, so I could pick up an extra shift at work, which he did not have to do. If I ever were to get in trouble again this man would be my first call. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a criminal case. He's highly intelligible, easy going and hard working. If he did this good of a job on a case where he was appointed by the court, he's obviously worth every dime someone would be paying him.

My Son was facing serious felony criminal charges which could have resulted in multiple years in prison. In all honesty in Mr. Poe being his court appointed attorney we really were not expecting much. Sadly this wasn’t my sons first time in trouble and our experience with both hired and court appointed attorneys hasn’t been the best. They’ve often been difficult to reach and we’ve found ourselves to be just another case file. This wasn’t the case with Brian Poe. Not only did we find him extremely knowledgeable in federal criminal law, he was compassionate and treated my son and our family with respect. He took NUMEROUS calls from my son and myself and always took the time to explain every step of the process. Brian actually would take the time to message me when he would meet with my son just to let me know that he was doing okay. He’s genuinely just a good man. When I set out to hire a lawyer I called many firms. Nick was the only one who talked to me on the first call and without having to call back several times. After speaking with several lawyers I decided to hire Nick. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. My case was a misdemeanor domestic abuse case. I knew I was innocent and in the right but the whole system seemed against me. Nick did not sugar-coat anything, but was confident. Nick was able to prepare me for trial in a calm fashion. He was able to expose the untruths in the states case. Nick even at times argued very fine legal points that the judge had to agree with. Nick is a great trial lawyer.
I hope I never need him again, but if I do, I will certainly hire him.

When looking for an Attorney I did a lot of research. I hired Mr. Nick Davis of The Avery McDaniel Law Firm. Mr. Davis defended me on a DWI 2nd charge. I was very upset about the charge and I truly felt that I had been discriminated against. I had not done anything wrong or anything to warrant this charge. There was 0 alcohol involved and I had taken my prescription meds as ordered. The Trooper charged me with DWI because there was an accident and he knew that I took prescription medication. I had never caused an accident never. The accident was my fault but not because of medication. I had rear ended the car and that's it. I am not able to complete the Road Side Tests because of my disabilities. The other tests fell in the normal range. The medication in my system fell in the Theraputic Range. It indicated that I had taken my medication as prescribed. In all Mr. Davis had taken all the available information and formulated a plan of defense. He took everything that I said and used it in my defense. I knew that DWIs were tough to defend. I was pretty scared during this time but again I knew that I had not done anything wrong. In the end I was found Not Guilty by a jury of my peers. Mr. Davis did a very good job defending me. If I need an Attorney again I will definitely hire Mr. Davis.
