Emily took over my case from another attorney that went out of town. She got my charges dismissed. Although that's not the part that I was most impressed with. She was always available for me. She emailed me over the holiday to answer questions. She took my case and concerns seriously and contacted the appropriate people multiple times to ensure that my case was taken care of. She is a consummate professional and by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. I have thought long and hard about what I wanted to include in this review...no words can truly express my gratitude for having Emily represent me. I owe her my life! I was indicted on conspiracy to possess and distribute meth...I was facing a minimum of 30 years In federal prison...I had a felony on my record for a similar offense. I was pregnant when the Feds picked me up...Emily got me out on pre-trial release and made them remove my ankle monitor. I landed in Judge McBryde's court and had 6 witnesses testify against me (one included my daughters father)...we took my case to trial and Emily was able to prove the witnesses were lying to get time off and that the DEA agent was not playing a fair game. I RECEIVED A NOT GUILTY VERDICT! I'm now home with my babies...if those results don't speak for themselves...nothing will. She saved my life...everyone said there wasn't a chance in hell we would win but she fought for me till the end!

I’m very thankful for Lovelace Law. They took my case on during a difficult stage in litigation and when I had to move on from a previous attorney who was way overpriced and gave bunk legal advice (watch out for KR). I had a contentious and emotionally sensitive probate case, and they handled everything with the attention, legal expertise, and professionalism I thought I had been paying for from the beginning. Excellent rate? I don't think $99 for full representation during the entire course of my divorce proceedings, however, did not live up to the Lovelace web site. My ex paid her attorney a one time fee of $20.00 and the divorce was a success. We are no longer married, so why did Lovelace charge me $99 for real? I was overcharged $79.00 by a shady divorce attorney. Don't pay extra like I did. Find the $20.00 divorce attorney and get the same result as this guy charging $99.00. Fifty used to be the going rate, but there are so many more divorces now. Lovelace has got to be kidding me charging $99.00 like it's something special. It's just a divorce! Same result wether you pay $50 or $20, but $99? Hell no.

I took a total of 5 different tickets to them, for various traffic violations. All of them turned to warrant, and I had no idea until I was actually arrested (The tickets were 4 and 5 years old). I ended up sitting them out in jail. I called the office of Jim Lollar, and was told that they tried to notify me, via phone and letter. Never ONCE did I receive a notice from them. The one time I was notified, I got the issue resolved. However on the others I was never notified. The lady was rude, and refused to help. (I do not remember the names, as this has been a couple of years ago)
Today, I go in to check my DL status. It shows eligible, however it said I had some outstanding court fees. I went to look, and I had a 650$ fee. I called the city court, and they told me that I have a warrant, and it was for an insurance ticket. I was not going to be able to make the court date, so my wife contact Jim Lollar for this. We did have insurance, just didn't have proof. So we paid Jim Lollar, and they tell us to take our proof of insurance to the court. We take the proof of insurance there, and they said it was documented. The original citation was 498$, they told me it was now 650$ due to court fees, and failure to appear. So something was not done, somewhere. I am very frustrated, and will never use them again. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Very disappointed.

I have used Jim Lollars services for many years, ok not all the services, just for tickets, his staff is outstanding and they have always presented all options on dealing with tickets. I have met Mr. Lollar in person several times and have recommended him to friends. He has represented one of my former co-workers on a DWI charge and got him an excellent outcome ( Just slightly over the limit in Arlington) when the D.A. was going for blood ( election year) .

His staff was friendly at first. NEVER once did they call to let me know about when the judgments would be, nor did I even get a call about payments due. I was told they emailed me and called "several times", but not once did I have them on my email chain or phone log! Because of his team I not only had a warrant out for my arrest the 2nd time but also had the city threatening to suspend my DL because I had not paid them. Had I been notified correctly this would not have happened. When I called his office they were defensive and would not listen. Instead I was cut off and told I would need to pay the city. I will never go back to him or his team again and I will not let any of my friends or family go to him. Very unprofessional!

Buyer beware. Beware of the shake-down. Beware of his (Greg’s) dark, narrow, beady eyes, weak chin, when they sight in on your funds. It's all they are after. The associates in the firm, well, "birds of a feather ...."
Greg got me two concurrent thirty-five-year sentences and two consecutive ten-thousand-dollar fines (despite the fines legally required run concurrently; he didn't care, and now the courts don't either) for a robbery (I drove who I thought was a buddy of mine to get some weed, and the deal went south quick). And Greg only charged me one-hundred thousand dollars (2002 dollars). A wrongful death settlement paid him, a settlement, ironically enough, his mentor settled out of court some 16 years prior (the other fifty thousand, an inheritance). I was 18, Now I'm 40. I spent my whole adult life in prison. I’d never been in trouble before. He neither investigated the facts (who robbed and shot who) nor the law (legal presumptions of guilt, jury selection (my foreman was victim to robbery), and jury charges (omitted the reasonable doubt requirement) . It's nothing but horse trading to him. And he'll do it with the least bit of compunction.
Greg may be highly recommended, but it is not due to his legal prowess or wit. All his family and friends work in that courthouse, and if they don't that one, they do the one down the street in the federal courthouse. It's the hands you shake, and he shakes plenty in back room deals. May you be the next he sails down the river in exchange for another of his clients. It's a gamble, a gamble not worth the risk. The fact is, you just don't know. You don't know if you may be that next one he's willing to sail. It's how he gets what he wants.

I retained mister Daniel's to take care of a speeding ticket through Hyatt legal plants he was punctual with his conversation at first but then totally quit responding to phone calls emails text messages and wouldn't tell us when the court date was so my wife got a warrant out for her arrest lawyers like this need to be disbarred and he needs to be working in a McDonald's drive-thru I would never use a lawyer like this if you could steer away from him very unprofessional not to even return an email he has been reported to Hyatt legal and a case has been brought against him and is under investigation right now thank you mr. Mr. Daniel came to the rescue and helped my family sort out the convoluted details of a very old Will that had an absentee executor. I was 17 at the time and got caught with some thc concentrates (felony in DFW area). Jeff was able to get me into a youth program to clear charges, but I failed to complete it. Fast forward some months i had court and Jeff was able to get me 40 hours of community service to clear charges, to which i failed to complete again. At this point it was clearly my fault the case was still ongoing, and many months passed before i texted him and finally asked what we can do to get this (now active warrant) behind me once and for all. To my surprise, after a long time of stressing about a felony warrant, and failing to easily clear it twice already, Jeff got the case dropped. Just like that. I was shocked. I hired Jason Back in December 2023 and he seemed great till months went on with no information in where we where in the case. He will not speak to you he has his non legal assistant just push you off and promise to get you information. I fired Mr. NAG Mar 8th and here we are today APR 22 and he still has not sent the remainder of my retainer back with any statements.
Also I figured he was avoiding my phone calls so today I called and got hung up on then called back and it was sent to voice mail. So I borrowed a buddies phone and the assistant Picked up in 2 rings. He was quite shocked but they still wont give me an answer.

I hired Jayson to handle my divorce which although quite simple has turned out to be quite complicated. The long/short or it is that my husband abandoned our marriage after 4 months. He filed for divorce 2 weeks after that. In the state of Texas, you get spousal support for one month for each “year” that you are married, typically. Jayson was able to, due to his professionalism and diligence, get me spousal support after only 4 months of marriage. This is just one example of what he was able to accomplish for me. I am very satisfied with Jayson’s knowledge, compassion and professionalism throughout this extremely difficult process. During the hearings, he far out shined the opposing counsel. He was organized, concise, not to mention dressed for the part( the opposing was quite unprofessional on all counts). Jayson had all needed documentations and exhibits ready to present to the court. He truly went to battle for me. Although the marriage was short, technically perhaps I was due nothing even though I was abandoned, Jayson orchestrated a well executed victory on my behalf. His patience with me during this time and his eloquence...I will never be able to thank him enough. I love it that although he is very busy and sought after because of his reputation of getting the job done, Jayson made himself available to communicate with me. I didn’t have to always communicate with his staff or assistant. He truly cares about his clients and for that I will be forever grateful. If I could rate this guy a 0 I would. It requires insanity to trust him.
He was assigned to a family member's case He waited 6 months to even go introduce himself & visit that family member. He didn't even know if family had been indicted or not. That 1 visit was all of 5 minutes when he did finnaly go see his client. He was told to contact me because I had exculpatory evidence that proved the charges were false & with a 250,000 bond.. family was stuck in tarrant county. I called a few times trying to make contact, check statuses, and even sent him a good portion of what I had as evidence in the mail. I got NO answers.
In the end, I was able to out right PROVE our case. But would have never happened with this guy.. he was trying to get family to take a plea for prison time. The offer was 30 years. After 13 long months in jail, for bogus allegations and an attorney who clearly did not care about helping his client.
I put my resources together & went & hired another attorney who actually cares about doing his job. Our new attorney, Nickols of Nickols & White PLLC was able to get the bond reduced less than 2 weeks after being hired. From 250k to 25k which was more reasonable for the charge. Family bonded out that day & a couple months later, Nickols had the charges dismissed.. I would NOT trust RAY "Harvey" HALL
ANY lawyer is better than this guy.

I worked with Colleen initially and Atticus gave me my final info. They listened to my problems and why some things had not been taken care of. They were very informational and very straight forward about the possible outcomes. Placed my 4 yr old Autistic child in an house with strangers.....Exparte The Judge get temp orders and the father pulled my child out of school Dec 1st same day....OAN Gill made sure the father had exclusive rights for a passport.
