Our 15 yr. Old son had some issues and was arrested . He was originally charged with several different charges ( 1st time offender) but, Mr. Ambrose was able to get charges reduced to just 1 charge of family violence. He received probation, while the judge himself stated that he felt he should be sent to a juvenile facility, he also stated that he would honor the agreement that Mr. Ambrose was able to work out with the prosecutor. I pray we never have another need for a defense attorney in the future...but if so, we definitely wouldn't go to anyone else other than Chris Ambrose and Melissa. They were awesome and our family is so thankful.

The best attorney around!!! My son was charged with DUI + 8 other charges (first offense). Mr. Ambrose was excellent and got the charges down to Too Fast For Conditions. My husband & I didn't have a clue as to where to start but heard from several people that Mr. Ambros is the best there is. So we called him and his team immediately scheduled us for a consultation. I retained Mr. Crawford for a traffic citation in Dunwoody. He was quick to respond and had excellent communication with me throughout the process. Despite short notice he was able to get everything he needed together and set me at ease. I called Mr. Hirsch recently to ask for help in a potential fraud case. After spending an hour calling one department of the Atlanta police after the other and getting nowhere, I called Mr. Hirsch in desperation. Even though I am the victim of the fraud and Mr. Hirsch is a defense attorney, he seemed to care greatly for my well being and for my predicament. He provided me with a ton of good information and made me feel better about the terrible situation that I have found myself in. He talked with me for over 30 minutes even though he knew he would not be representing me. It is so nice to find a decent and caring attorney who will try to help when you are in a time of need. Mr Sawyer was the perfect person for the situation I was was facing two citations, the second one being a misdemeanor. I am not familiar enough to represent myself in this matter. Even though at times, I was clueless about the process of the proceedings. Alex Merritt has recent experience as an ADA in Dekalb County, so he knows how that system works and what point of view an ADA for Dekalb County will have. He is persistent and persuasive. He got all my charges dropped without a hearing within a month of hiring him, when my previous attorney did not get that done in the 3 months I had him. He also will not make promises he cannot keep, unlike many criminal defense attorneys.

I was in the middle of a terrible litigation storm with my sons father and it seemed like it would never end. We had been going back and forth to court for well over a year and I could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. I had been through over 4 attorneys...yes, I said 4!!! In February of 2018 a family friend suggested I meet with Mr.Schrade to see what options there were for me to move forward and possibly even wrap up the litigation altogether. I was nervous and I assumed Mr. Schrade would be like all the others but boy was I wrong. For started Mr. Schrade is an extremely kind and respectful person. Every attorney I had prior was somewhat rude or too aggressive towards me when I asked questions or for undertaking. Mr.Schrade was the total opposite... it makes a huge difference when someone treats you like a person instead of job or simply another case number. Mr. Schrade was able to close a case that had been lingering for over two years in just 2 short months! Hire Him!!! Jim is very professional, organized and a true fact finder. Now he’s not your therapist(which is for your best benefit), however he works extremely hard even after hours putting together the best presentation possible for your case. I was arrested for a DUI in 2021 and was looking for legal representation. I sat with 2 separate attorneys before I met with Mr. Sullivan to go over my case and found very different opinions and options from them. One said that there was no way I could have the charge reduced, the second one said it was a possibility however he was not very professional as he lost my case files on numerous occasions during the time he was reviewing my case.
After much hesitation in hiring these attorneys, I went online and looked up another option and found Mr. Sullivan.
I am beyond glad and grateful that I hired Mr. Sullivan, he is extremely professional, courteous, and took an interest in my case to find the best options possible, unlike the two prior attorneys.
He was honest and communicative during the whole process. His paralegal is also very professional and helpful. Mr. Sullivan reviewed my case and was very open and honest about the possibilities.
What separated him from the rest however was the fact that he took a genuine interest in my case, provided thorough information on the charges, the possible outcomes, and guidance to ensure that I was in compliance with the courts prior to my court date. Every time I reached out to his office there was no wait time to hear back and the responses were clear and concise.
We finally appeared on the court date and in no time Mr. Sullivan was able to get my charge reduced from DUI to reckless driving which I was told by the prior two attorneys that 1. it was highly probable that it won't happen. 2. maybe but not very promising.
