Adam represented me after I crashed my motorcycle. I had a bunch of charges from failure to maintain lane to improper tag and no insurance. He got them all dropped, and although I wasn't drink they charged me with reckless driving. He also got that reduced to reckless driving, also the other charges dropped. He's a great person and attorney. If he say he can do it, believe him. He true to his word!!!

After meeting with Dane my case was dismissed by the state he was able to expedite my release by exposing the facts and circumstances I had meeting s with other attorneys who basically had prepared my mind to do more time which could have resulted in a 18 to 24 months in prison orbest case 120 days in a detention center Dane was a able to topple all that by get the case dismissed this guy is the real deal defense attorney I highly recommend him to anyone else who find themselves in a legal issue thanks Dane . I came to Rocky with a work injury. I injured my shoulder while working for a commercial developer. What started as a bad dislocation ended up being a torn rotator cuff. I also had a neck injury with my cervical spine. Unfortunately my employer was not the shining star I needed them to be when I was injured. When I got in touch with Rocky my mind was IMMEDIATELY at ease. More importantly, he put my family at ease. My employer's insurance company did not want to pay for my surgery and Rocky fought them all the way until the morning of court - they relented rather than lose to this BULLDOG OF AN ATTORNEY. Rocky fought every step of the way for me and my family. He did not give up. He did not take their crap. I had Agg assault w/ deadly weapon, disorderly conduct, family violence & she got them ALL DISMISSED! She wasn’t taking 1st offender pleas or NOTHING other than released & dismissed . When I first met Mr. Andrews it was pertaining to a moving violation citation I received. Throughout the consultation he explained what he could do to reduce the citation to a lesser expense. Once I hired him, he gave me very clear instructions on steps I needed to take to show the prosecutor that I took the citation seriously. By completing these actions he would be able to reduce the citation to just having to pay the fine and not getting any points on my license. Even though I took longer than I should have to complete these steps, Mr. Andrews continued the case two different times to allow me extra time to get it done. During this time, I moved to a city 250 miles away. Mr. Andrews worked with the prosecutor to see if anything could be done to help prevent me from having to make the long drive to appear in court. I was very pleased when Mr. Andrews contacted me to inform me that the citation had been reduced to a warning. What really impressed me is that even though he had to do some extra work to continue the case because I couldn't complete everything in the timeframe allowed. He stood by his original quote. He is very thorough, communicates clearly, and does what he says he will. I would recommend Mr. Andrews for any kind of traffic case. He will most definitely get the job done to your advantage.

I was recently divorced using another attorney in the area. I was in a 16 year marriage attached to the military. I was allotted a percentage of the retirement per the Final Agreement. When I attempted to start that process with DFAS, I was quickly notified that my Order was written incorrectly and needed to be modified and signed by a Judge. I wasn’t sure what to do so I reached out to Mr. Dejesus’ office. He was quick to respond and was able to help me. He was very knowledgeable in regards to how the modification was to be written and made the changes. He and his staff stayed in communications with me while waiting for the other parties to comply. I was on a time restraint to get the corrections per DFAS and even though that time had expired, to no fault of ours, Mr. Dejesus was reassuring that everything was an easy fix and they would honor the modification. He was right. Through his persistent follow ups with the other parties, I got my modification and was able to submit it with no problems. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dejesus. He is attentive to his clients and knows his job. You just have to trust him.
