David was an outstanding attorney and helped me out immensely. I had an ex girlfriend steal my dog placing an order of protection on me to make it difficult for me to get him back. Not only did we win the order of protection case David was also able to get it vacated altogether. Due to Covid this dragged on for over a year. In the process he was also able to obtain a separate hearing for the issue of dog custody in which I was awarded my Pup back. When all was said and done I was worried my wallet was going to take a beating but he was so straightforward and honest that he actually capped my bill at what a normal Order of Protection costs and didn’t charge me for all of the Covid based continuances. At no point did he sell me snake oil. He was blunt and direct the entire process. If you’re looking for a sly attorney who will promise you the world but not deliver David is not your guy. He’ll shoot you straight the entire time & go to bat for you.

As the addage goes " In a Heartbeat" I originally retained one attorney that wanted to do whatver the prosecutor wanted and actually apologized for bothering the prosecutor with me sitting there watching. I dismissed this attorney and by whatever reason you wish to choose, I found Mr. Sean Connolly. We had the service to our country as a common attribute. But, I could talk to him. He did not dismiss me or try to get the details and get rid of me as quickly as he could. We talked. Not only about my case but, simple human issues. He cares and is one of us. Meaning he takes the time to listen. He took my case and in the end it was dismissed. He knew how to acheive this dismissal and the prosecutor could only see blood in the water the first time I went to court and personally told me to my face in the form of a threat that she would not accept anything other than my prosecution to full extent of the law. Mike Botti is hands down the best attorney I know. He works hard for his clients and it shows. I've been represented by him during my divorce, for traffic issues, and for a criminal case that could have landed me in jail for many, many years. In 3 different counties for each. He's always on time, he's prepared for court, he communicates with you so you understand exactly what's going on, and most of all,he has gotten me the best results possible for ALL of my cases, every single time. This man has probably been to court for me 50 times and he has never once been late or not shown up. And his fees are not unaffordable by any means. He is worth every single penny and then some! Well, to make a long story short, I got into a small vehicle accident in which I received from the police 3 moving violation tickets. When I first called this lawyer he was unavailable. He called me back and answered a lot of questions. That's when I decided to hire him. He never missed a court date and he told me what was going to happen. Mr. Allen explained his approach was to prepare every case like it is going to be a trial. It took a while but after he got the evidence thrown out the prosecutors dropped the case.

When arrested without Probable Cause I went to Attorney Allen for help. He listen to what happened. Then he asked me questions that helped me remember more details. He didn't asked if I did it or not, he said it was important that the law was followed. He explained the law and I understood why my Rights had been violated. He filed a motion and the arrest, the search for any evidence found was illegally done. Illegal evidence cannot be used against me.

Mr. Boyd Roberts was the most professional and savy of all attorneys involved in this case of my friend's separation. My involvement in this case seemed to drag on for far too long, years infact. However, I trust that Roberts did the best he could with the opposing attorney's continued entring of judgements even after the judge warned against it. After Boyd threaten to file sanctions and asked for court costs, I was finally dropped from the case. Two years and over 20 Thousand later, it is over! I have yet to receive the court costs.
