I honestly was so worried buying a lawyer, wondering if it was even going to be worth it. I remember when I was first talking to my lawyer (Josh Zarse), he said my body cam footage was really bad, but he was going to do his best to get rid of the worst of the 3 charges. I was so scared of how it would turn out. When I had my first in person court date, he told me got them to drop the worst charge AND an additional charge!!! Things went better than I could have hoped I'm my wildest dreams- totally saved my life, literally. Worth every bit of the money I spent to know I have future prospects because he was able to get these charges dropped. I am forever grateful- it took everything in me not to bear hug him! THANK YOU!

Travelling from a recreational state to Kansas and was stopped by the police(racial profiling) and had a good amount of edibles and marijuana for personal use. Was detained and received a number from an attorney from one of the staff who worked at the compound where my vehicle was towed who was charging 3X the amount of what I paid for so my wife decided to get online and find an attorney and she found Attorney Leininger and his resume is impeccable. I was stressing so much as I do not live in that state and was facing jail time and was in jeopardy of losing employment. After speaking with him, I was able to set up a payment plan and his assistant Katie is amazing. I was late one time and was able to continue to receive services. I didn't feel the need to worry or really call as my much because my wife wanted me to check in almost every week and there was no need to because that's how much I had faith in him due to the emails and conversations I would have with him and sure enough, when it was time to go to court, all I had to do was zoom in and the outcome was to pay a probation cost and complete a substance abuse evaluation and THAT'S IT.....NOTHING ELSE. He's the truth and this is not my first rodeo unfortunately dealing with this system. Kudos to my wife for finding him and kudos to the whole staff and if he ever reads this, THANK YOU AGAIN.

Earlier this year I was arrested for a crime I did not commit. I was facing a long time in prison if I was convicted. We had a jury trial and the jury found me “not guilty” thanks to Trey. Wow!! I am amazed at what Weber Law Office did for me. First, April. Amazing. I needed help, right away for my son(traffic). I called Weber law because of the ratings I saw online. April immediately assisted me during this emotional time and related. I work in customer, so to engage, and make me feel welcomed is not something that can be easily done. It wasn't transnational, all of my interactions with April and Mr. Weber were extremely memorable. That's what you need when you're going through a tough time. You want to know that you can trust and depend on the lawyer that you're hiring. I called on a Wednesday morning, probably when they first opened. By the afternoon, I had been in office, retained Mr. Weber, and had a court date for the next day. Literally Mr. Weber was able to do a walk in docket, and have the issue taken care of. Afterwards, he visited with me, my son, and mom, and we had a conversation about travel or something.
It's been a little over 2 weeks since I first called Weber law. The follow up has been phenomenal, both email and phone. If you're looking for a lawyer who will actually LISTEN to you, and make sure that you understand the process, with amazing follow through, Weber Law is what I who I would choose. I was stopped for a DUI in that state of Missouri in the summer of 2018. I live in Kansas so I was not aware of the process of living in another state while in trouble in another. I was placed under arrest and went to jail. After I was released I found attorney Paul Burmaster through a ton of research on finding the best lawyer for my case. After meeting with him I knew this was the man to represent me and my case. Im glad I did. I had 2 court hearings to overcome and try and win my case. The first was the circuit court for keeping my drivers license. Long story short...We won by a judges ruling and I was able to keep my license and not go on any record or take a insurance hit. The 2nd court hearing I had to attend was for the criminal side of it with the KCMO Municipal Court. Prior to this Paul had came up with the best plan to represent and fight my case before going into the court room. I was always aware and kept in contact at all times of these hearings so I was fully aware of what was going on at all times. The day of the court hearing with the judge, prosecutor, and two police officers I knew what was going on during my trial keeping me in more of a calm state of mind knowing I had a good fighting chance to win. This helped me keep focused and my stress low at a time like this. During this trial I observed Paul being very organized and two steps ahead of everyone in the court room. With his knowledge and aggressive skill set we were able to win my case and was dismissed. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this attorney to anyone. He will stand up for you and your rights to deliver the best outcome of any case that is brought to him. Thanks Again.

I was pulled over for speeding (most likely legit), and ultimately arrested for DUI as well. After meeting with the prosecutor a couple times through the court process and reviewing Paul's motions, evidence, etc. the prosecutor dismissed the DUI charge. Paul was also able to get the speeding ticket dismissed via a paid dismissal, and both charges expunged as well (since the case linked both charges, the DUI could only be expunged immediately if both were, so the prosecutor agreed to expunge the whole case). Paul was very knowledgeable, aggressive, and the final outcome was the best possible outcome. Highly recommend.

Jay Norton is the best attorney money can buy in Kansas City to defend you in your DUI - DWI case. I literally called 6 attorneys in the area based off of online reviews and 4 of the 6 recommended Jay - one even went as far as to say that they would hire Jay if they had a DUI - and this is someone that defends people in DUI cases themselves! Regardless of your arrest circumstances, his intimate knowledge of the law and supporting literature around DUI cases is second to none. He wrote the book of defending DUI cases in KC. In my case, Jay was able to systematically argue that there was a definite lack of probable cause for my arrest even though I blew a BAC over the legal limit. Essentially, the officer had no right to place me under arrest given I had arguably "passed" the field sobriety tests. Any case is hard to win against the state, but Jay made it nearly impossible to convict me given the facts he argued so well on my behalf. Jay won the arguments against the state and the case was dismissed! DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON YOUR ATTORNEY. HIRE JAY AND YOU WILL NEVER FEEL UNDER-REPRESENTED.

Heather is very aggressive in defending her clients. She represented my ex-wife in our divorce and had no problem telling the judge outright lies and slandering my name in attempt to paint me as the "bad guy" in the divorce. She encouraged her client to try to have my mother arrested for harassment due to a few text messages that were actually polite and courteous. She encouraged her client to file a false police report against me after her client intentionally damaged her own property in a storage unit. She sent an IWO to my employer and had child support taken out of my pay check before the judge even signed the order. She sets her morals and ethics aside when defending her clients. She's expensive, but worth every penny if you need someone to strongly defend you in a difficult divorce.

I first hired Sally to help with a custody hearing to get custody of my children. During the process of preparing for the court date Sally explained what l needed to focus on and what the judges looked for in hearing cases
The biggest thing is she listened and accepted my input so I really appreciated her attitude and help. I did get custody of my children thanks to her efforts
The next thing is when I got my divorce I got the house and my ex was supposed to be given a quit claim form. My lawyer kept putting it off and eventually moved away from the area so I asked Sally to help and she got it done in about three weeks.
Finally when my mother passed away she is the lawyer who had written my mother’s last will and testament addendums as times and circumstances changed After my mother’s passing she helped settle the will in a short efficient time
In all my different types of legal needs Sally is knowledgeable about her job and duties and is great at explaining her needs to assist her in getting things done and then gets them done in a timely manner satisfactory to my needs
She always allows me to voice concerns or questions about different topics during the process and then gets answers to my questions and concerns
I have had a few other problems and things l needed legal help with and no other lawyer ever listened or accepted my questions or concerns in dealing with the cases they worked
Many times I heard “I assume “ or “probably “ from other lawyers and Sally does have to do so herself however I feel she has always actually looked into topics and researched things before just giving me an answer to brush me out the door

We live in Olathe and needed a "good" family law lawyer. We hired a local law firm who seemed to have the right stuff. 3/4 of the way through our family court matter, we had to fire our lawyer. We heard about Denise Ramos through a work associate and made the call. We met with her and she made us feel so comfortable. She didn't mince words about the status of our case or the potential for a hopeful outcome, since our previous lawyer mucked things up procedurally from a legal perspective. Regardless, she was tough and aggressive in the court room. She presented case law and rulings that had the opposition attorney's head spinning. I have never particularly been in any substantial trouble with the law, but last year my life nearly turned upside down when I was faced with a false sexual battery accusation that would have left me, an innocent law abiding man, with over a decade on the sex offender registry had it not been for the exemplary support of Jerry Merril. I got into some trouble for the first time in my life (I am in my 5th decade) and he understood that the only fair outcome for my case was complete and utter eradication of the charges.
