Rhonda was hired to handle my father's case, but unfortunately, she has been incredibly unhelpful. She became dismissive and irritated with him, eventually requesting a psychological evaluation. This has caused unnecessary delays; my father has been stuck in custody for over five months waiting for this evaluation, which has put his entire case on hold. He already has a program ready to help him with addiction treatment, but the only thing holding him back is this evaluation. Our family has reached out to Rhonda multiple times out of concern, but she’s been consistently rude and dismissive to us. A lawyer should advocate for their client and be accessible during such critical times—Rhonda has done the exact opposite. I would rate her less than one star if I could; she doesn’t even deserve that

She was late for my mediation. Took my money and didn’t finish my divorce. Was not in favor of fighting for what was owed to me during my divorce. Very unprofessional and lazy, kept my $2500 retainer and did absolutely nothing for me. I hired another lawyer who completed my divorce. She’s horrible! Do not hire her.

I repeat do not hire this woman she’s a CROOK!!!! She will take your money and do absolutely nothing for your case. She is lazy all she’s worried about is payments. She done absolutely nothing for my son’s case all she did was gather evidence from the DA she has no clue of what she’s doing. She needs to be reported to the bar association. All she had to do was get a video and she couldn’t even do that. She will not have your back and gets an attitude when you call her or ask questions. I never hated someone more than I hate this lady she’s a con artist. Do not give her your money.

Mr. Berry was hired as CoCouncil due to his track history and relationships in Cobb County. He absolutely came through. I had 9 charges against me including felony Aggravated Assault and DUI. All charges were dismissed and Mr. Berry negotiated plea to a simple traffic charge.
It is true that you never really win a DUI, due to the all of the costs associated with winning, but Mr. Berry made it as painless as possible.

When you hire Jimmy Berry you don't have to worry about it anymore he will do his job. Jimmy Berry is on your side! He has seen and heard it all so TELL THE TRUTH he will not judge you!
Don't bother calling him and don't worry if he doesn't call you just know he has got this.
He knows the Law he has been doing this so many years he is VERY WELL RESPECTED in ALL courts.
You know you are gonna be ok when the Judge looks at your attorney and says, "Mr. Berry, it is an honor to have you in my courtroom."
or When Mr.Berry walks in the courtroom and the District Attorney about breaks his neck trying to get to Mr. Berry to shake his hand and pat him on the back.

I found out about Jimmy Berry after using another attorney first. Jimmy Berry got results!!! He has an outstanding reputation, resume and over 40 years of experience and everyone wants him to be their lawyer. When he goes into the court, you can see the respect everybody gives him and I felt confident and proud that he was my lawyer. When he met with me, he listened and was very kind. Considering all the high profile trials he has had, and all of his experience, I was surprised that his fees were reasonable. Now I see why he is so busy! Thank you Mr. Berry. YOU ARE AWESOME.

My mom paid James' law office to carry out the process of applying for my brother's permanent legal residency, Long story short, they stopped answering calls and when my mom went to the office, it was closed with a notice to slide any paperwork under the door. Just ridiculous. The assistants were also incompetent. We lost two thousand dollars to these thieves. Do not do business with them. Find a better law office with better reviews. Save yourself the headaches and the money.

A la mitad del caso dejaron de contestar el telefono y cuando mi mama fue a la oficina tenian una nota que decia que si tenian documentos importantes que los pasaran por debajo de la puerta. Muy incompetente la oficina y sus asistentes. No hagan ningun negocio con estos ladrones que nos robaron dos mil dolares, y peor aun, tiempo en el caso de mi hermano. Tuvimos que volver empezar el caso con otro abogado. Busquen otro abogado que tenga mejores reviews.

I paid Jason a retainer then set up and never missed monthly payments . He told me I did not need to come to court a Warrent was issued I was forced to spend money to keep away from home for a weekend or face jail . On our first course hearing he was 1 hr late our second hearing he was also late our 3rd hearing he was 6 hrs late not good to agitate the court . On our 4th court date he quit my case I am currently in the process of a case against him I will repost after its done . This attorney did not complete the work he was hired to do for me . His misrepresentation led me to have to ask for a continuance when I did I was able to speak with the state who stated if I would let Jason go he would give me a better deal dropping the dui against me to a lesser .
He misinformed me in my case .

Hired him as helper to main attorney but never saw anything positive that he contributed as I sat at the defense table. He made several motions that were all overruled by the judge and seemed confused much of the time. Neither I, nor my family, and many in the courtroom could not hear his comments as he addressed the judge. His motions were overruled. At the end of the trial before closing arguments, he said he was broke and asked for more money from my family. That offended me and my family because that was never agreed upon by contract. We felt pressured to give the money because the main attorney said this helper was needed for closing arguments. In my opinion, he did not contribute to the close and to the case in general. The money was wasted. So don't hire him if you want to get things done and have a strong advocate for your case.
