Honestly I can't say enough about this Lawyer I've had my share of lawyers but by far never had one who not only allowed me to make payments but gave me a reasonable fee for what ended up being a 3 different court probation violation I never saw 1 minute in jail...(which everyone knows the first thing that happens on a PO Violation is that your held) Paul held me responsible, he is a straight shooter very upfront n honestly about what to expect never once guaranteed no jail time but definitely after watching him in all 3 courts without question I feel very confident to have Paul as my go to Lawyer for anything criminal!! He's worth every cent you pay!! Paul also gave me a awesome referral to another lawyer for my sister for a NH case it's really to bad he doesn't do NH Law!! But his referral was also very amazing as well!! So super grateful for meeting Paul I'm so confident I wouldn't hesitate to call Paul everytime!!! Really happy with John Koury from Upper Charles Law Group. I had a tricky issue where my employer was trying to retroactively reduce compensation via a change to my stock option grant. John Koury read through the documents, did any necessary research and then clearly explained the issue to me, my possible options, helped me understand the risks and trade offs, and offered advice about next steps. Jim's firm represented me during my divorce. My divorce was one of the very few that go to a trial. I have been a client of his fim since 2003 as my divorce was very contentious and involved. I enlisted the services of Attorney James Lynch in order to help me navigate a very difficult situation regarding the care of my ailing mother and the protection of those trusts (of which I was Co-Trustee) which had been set up to protect both my mother and her estate. At the time, two of my three siblings; one of whom was also a Co-Trustee; were quite literally stealing from my mother and through their deceitful maneuverings were attempting to force a dispersal of her estate far in advance of even knowing what my mother's expenses might be, and certainly without due regard for her well-being. When I first sat down with Attorney Lynch, I was struck by the fact that, while he listened carefully to my description of the situation, he did not take me just at my word, but instead asked all the insightful questions, then did his own investigation, and slowly but very surely became one of my greatest allies. His desire to verify the veracity of my story was and is something that I both greatly appreciate and respect. Soon thereafter, Attorney Lynch was able to implement certain safeguards so as to put a halt to the bleeding of the estate as well as force my siblings into a more forthright and prudent approach to my mother's care. Throughout the ensuing years, as my mother's health and mental acuity failed, Attorney Lynch was there to help me ensure both my mother's continued good care and protect her estate from the premature dissolution which my two siblings continued to maneuver for. His knowledge and understanding of the law and his facility with the legal landscape was nothing short of impressive; but even more than that, his insightfulness and his clarity of thought were a supreme comfort to me. Had an accidental firearm discharge inside a dwelling case with additional charge of improper storage charges brought against me by a vindictive plaintiff. On top of also telling the police and court some outlandish charges to further ruin my reputation and increase my chances of a more severe punishment.
Attorney Martin was able to have the most serious charge, improper storage, removed from my case. Pushing for a lesser charge since we were not denying the main. After several months turned into over a year and half of ongoing litigation between state and us. Attorney Martin was able to have my punishment communed to a year and half probation, along some added parts, that will lead to a CWOF finding.
This on top of also hearing and using plaintiff words and actions as legally allowed against them to highlight a pattern of malice towards me by using the courts.
I am extremely happy with the outcome and will use again if the need ever comes up again. Which I hope never does. Thank you agains Attention Martin.
