I hired Mr. Padula for the criminal defense of a close relative whose arrest was the result of behaviors related to mental health issues. Mr. Padula did an exceptional job with managing the legal work, communicating with and managing his client and leading the way through an extended evaluation and court process for the best possible outcome.
I spent a lot of time in the courtroom's public seating over a dozen or more visits listening to other cases while waiting for updates on my relative's case. I became familiar with the judges, staff and other attorneys. I did not see another defense attorney who managed his cases any better than Mr. Padula, and none came close to successfully managing as challenging a client as my relative.

I found Michelle online (my parents did) a day after I got a clerk hearing letter that was accusing me with three charges, and I was very overwhelmed with the situation because I had a lot to lose starting with my dream job, but still she was very professional, caring, and efficient. She helped move my clerk hearing date closer which it was what I wanted because I needed to get this out of my head, and she also was able to get the police report of the incident to understand more what it was said, and she did that without even seeing me first, I REALLY appreciate all her work because not every lawyer will be there for you because I had another lawyer, and I could see the difference clearly. I was worried, and she was very patient and quick to respond any questions I had, even after the case was done, I was still emailing her and she was still there. She said she would fight my case even if it went to trial, and and I felt the need to have her in my case, and I was so glad she was able to represent me. I would definitely hire her any time I need a defense lawyer, she is exceptional! Thank you for your hard work in such a last minute hearing because I contacted her on Wednesday I believe, and Tuesday was the hearing which it was not even a week later. Joe handled my case by keeping in contact and informed regarding my case. Once we went to trail Joe was incredible as a defense attorney being prepared and articulate with his questioning. I called and spoke with a few lawyers the same day that I received my citations and I ultimately decided to meet with Shane Goudas as he was able to meet with me only an hour after the call on a Friday night. Where others only wanted to speak for around 10 minutes over the phone as a consultation, Shane blocked out an hour for us to speak in person and go over the events. After consulting with him, I was impressed by his knowledge, care, and attention to detail and decided to go with him.
I did not need to go to trial as the matter was resolved favorably and far better than expected thanks to him. My several citations were reduced down to only one of the smaller ones. I would recommend Shane and Bowser Law to anyone facing similar issues, I have no doubt you will be in great hands.

Do yourself a favor and work with Rachel. I recently obtained US citizenship, and Rachel has been so helpful all along the way. Besides being a delight to work with, she is brilliant and highly knowledgeable about immigration laws and system. I was impressed to see my citizenship application filed in only two days after sending all the information and files needed for the application. One of the other benefits of working with Rachel is her expertise across different domains besides immigration law, which is very useful in making sure your application is prepared properly and that you receive the best counsel.
Another impressive part was how well she prepared me for the citizenship interview. She was extremely detailed with her guidance, and everything she said would be covered was covered exactly in the order she said it would be covered. Of course, you’ll still need to do your part and prepare your documents right for her to submit in your application, study for the Civics test, etc., but working with Rachel gives true peace of mind and top-notch counsel.
I was lucky that on the day of my interview, I was able to get sworn in as a citizen in the same building. Rachel walked with me to the swearing-in ceremony and even took a picture with the US flag as I became a citizen. A memory to last a lifetime. I highly recommend Rachel.

Rachel represented us in a criminal case that extended over 5 1/2 years. During this time the prosecution was disinterested in examining the facts or dropping the case that was rife with dubious and conflicting testimony.
