When I initially emailed Mr. Fasoldt, my boyfriend and I had been through 3 lawyers. Criminal accusations and the legal process is stressful and scary. My boyfriend and I were having a hard time understanding what was going on and why we didn't seem to be getting the help we needed. I saw on Avvo that Mr. Fasoldt had many happy clients who left comments stating that he explains everything. They were absolutely correct. I am so thankful that we hired him. We understand so much more about the process and what our options are. He is ready and willing to answer any and all of our questions. Continuing with our case, the process is still stressful. However, knowing that Mr. Fasoldt is representing us gives us incredible relief. I highly recommend him.

If you are looking for a criminal defense lawyer, I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt. My son went through a very difficult period in 2013 & 2014 and ended up having several legal issues, which ended him up in several different courts. I was a mess and didn’t know where to turn when I was given Henry’s name. Henry was always reachable when we had questions, worked around our schedules when we had to meet and was extremely skilled and confident during hearings. My son is doing great, all his legal problems are behind him and we owe that all to Henry!

I highly recommend Henry Fasoldt for anyone looking for a criminal defense lawyer. When you are going through a highly stressful situation (like I was), you need someone like Henry who is calm and well-informed. He responded to my phone calls and emails very promptly, was always willing to meet at a time convenient for me, and explained complicated legal jargon in an understandable way. Let’s me start off by saying thank you to Ken, you are top notch!!! And I also want to thank these other reviewers because if it weren’t for you I wouldn’t have hired him. I had a very serious charge against me back in 2016, so I hired another attorney who I will not name. From the very beginning I had a bad feeling about the guy but I went against my better judgement. I would go to court hearings and he would literally show up at 2pm everytime! I explained to him that I was very concerned about the immigration ramifications more than that of the criminal consequences. He tried to get me to take the deal the prosecution was offering. Which to me was B.S. I would have to cop out to a felony and do some time in jail. If this was the case then I might as well have taken the case to trial. I told if I were to take the deal then immigration would almost certainly begin deportation proceedings and it was like this guy would not listen. Finally, I started looking for a new attorney as I did not like the direction the case was headed in. So I started looking on AVVO and I found Mr. Fredette. What caught my eye was not the amount of reviews he received but the context. So I went in for a consultation and after about 10 minutes of discussing my case I knew he was the guy. Ken is brutally honest, he doesn’t promise you anything but what he does promise and delivers on is 100% commitment to your case. After few pre-trial hearings he almost got the case completely dismissed. I ended up doing pre-trial probation. This is almost as good as a dismissal. No probation fees, no supervision, and most importantly, no record!! Let me add, the only reason why they didn’t give me a complete dismissal was because of a prior conviction I had. Bottom line is, if you’re in a bind call Ken! And I agree with one of the other reviewers who said Ken should charge a lot more for his services... your prices do not fit your results ! Ken Fredette is a fantastic attorney and did a stellar job in my case revolving around a fraud allegations from a workers comp injury I suffered in 2009. I can say without reservation or hesitation, that Ken is not just a brilliant lawyer but is blessed with genuine concern for his clients and their welfare. He is everything a lawyer should be and more. His fees were more than reasonable and surprisingly lower than other lawyers with less skill. After defeating the insurance company by directive verdict and getting my felony charges sealed, I can now live a better life. As an artist, we get taken advantaged of a lot. Not so with Attorney Bogle! I hired Attorney Bogle to do my O-1 Artist Visa. I listened and did everything she told me to do, and it was successful. A couple years later, I hired her to do my EB-1 Green Card Application. Attorney Bogle told me all the reasons why it was a difficult case with my facts, but with her expertise, she built a strong case. Still, she told me to expect a RFE. Imagine my shock when the Green Card arrived without the RFE! I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer!

My Immigration case was hard and 10 other lawyers who took my money couldn’t help me for 20 years. I was ready to go back to my home country when I found Attorney Bogle! She was honest and upfront with me from the first Consultation that I may get deported, but she would do everything to fight and get me a green card. She took the time to research my issues and give me different options with a plan. I followed her instructions and the plan. She got me the Green Card and it’s really a miracle! I don’t believe any other lawyer would’ve gotten me my green card - I tried for 20 years. Hiring Attorney Bogle was the best thing I did! You should hire her too!

Mike got my drunk driving and driving after suspension charges dismissed in Worcester. We had to go back to court a bunch of times and the prosecutor was difficult, but he filed a motion and we had a hearing. The judge agreed and threw the whole thing out. Mike was always available when I needed to talk to him and he never kept me in the dark wondering what was going on. I would definitely use him again (hopefully I won’t need to!).

Cynthia recently handled a very complicated real estate case for us. We originally hired her to represent our interests as buyers and prepare the closing documents on our new house. It was my first OUI and I wanted to hire the best. I called and spoke with all the top 5 lawyers in and around Boston. I sent them the police report and asked them how they feel about the case. None of them provided any assurance and were unsure about the case. And they were charging a high fees and don't even wanted to discuss the case without their fees. Then someone recommended Attorney Jon Ciraulo's name. I sent the police report to Jon and he called me after reviewing the report. He provided me complete details about how he gonna approach the case, how he gonna fight each charges in the report and assured me it is a winnable case. And he asked for a nominal fees. I was already impressed by his approach and hired him. He worked hard on the case and carefully examined the video evidences and came up with a strategy. On the day of the final hearing, he asked the right questions to the witness and within 45 minutes the case was over and Judge ordered Not Guilty. Excellent attorney. Definitely will recommend.

Filing bankruptcy can be difficult and sometimes embarrassing. Attorney O'Neil and made sure that I was comfortable with the process and explained all the parts thoroughly. He did not make me feel the ashamed or embarrassed. Attorney O'Neil kept abreast of each step in the process. Even after a short sabbatical, Attorney O'Neil worked tirelessly to get my case done in a timely fashion. I would recommend him to anyone. I definitely plan on using his services in the future.

Mark Fabiano was a life saver during my 2nd OUI case. I was very nervous going into court, but when we walked into Dedham district court, Mark seemed to know everyone, and everyone was happy to see him. Marc researched my case and driving history and was eventually able to get me a Cahill disposition and CWOF, which essentially means that my 2nd OUI ended up being treated as a first offense by the court system and I didn't have to enter a guilty plea on my record. As an added bonus, I was even eligible for a hardship license during my license suspension for a chemical test refusal. Otherwise I would not have had a license to drive for 3 years. Mark is very responsive and easy to talk to. He did a great job of reassuring me in one of the most difficult times of my life and providing a level of comfort that was sorely needed. In addition, even after the court case had been resolved, Mark was their for me when I was denied a hardship license by the RMV and attended my appeal hearing with me, where he spoke on my behalf, and the board overturned the RMV's decision. Mark will always be my go-to lawyer from now on.

I was originally referred to Mark by a family friend. This was my first time ever being in trouble with the law in any way, and I was naturally very worried and nervous. After meeting with Mark twice throughout this legal process, he impressed me with his intelligence, professionalism, and his ability to answer any and all questions truthfully to the best of his knowledge. Like I said, I was very nervous in the beginning, but the more I talked with Mark, the better I felt. He is a good listener, and he was very transparent with me. Another thing that I was impressed with was Mark's ability to communicate effectively, whether that be in person, on the phone, or through e-mail. He always responded to me in a timely manner. As for the other two I was caught driving with out a license and a class c substance charge for this I was given a 200 fine and he did it for half of what other lawyers charge go with Mark he will give you your options and get you out of trouble!

I am a grandmother who was totally lost when my granddaughters were taken from my daughter. Imust have talked to ten different people at the courthouse with no answers,then I met Mike. Like many of us, you suddenly find yourself in a situation where you need an attorney but you see hundreds of them listed. My ex-wife had hired an attorney from Franklin Mass who was touted as a "super attorney" by his firm. Needless to say, I was concerned. In short, I cannot say enough about Bruce. He is not only a wonderful guy, his 30 plus years of doing this made the "super attorney" look inexperienced. For over a year we heard opposing counsel say "this won't happen..." and that won't happen, taking cheap shots along the way. Bruce handled everything professionally and these things DID happen (as Bruce said they would) and we won. That said, no one wins in a divorce. But if you need to go through this miserable process, you'll want Bruce. He'll carefully explain things, listen, and firmly correct you when you do something stupid (like I did on a few occasions). He is well-liked by opposing attorneys and judges. And, Bruce charged HALF what the supper attorney did. Just a wonderful guy. You won't go wrong.

My divorce and custody process was challenging taking over six years to completion and Bruce came in as second council about three years into the case. How to proceed through a divorce. The first step I would recommend is to seek this gentleman's advice. I was faced with a divorce from a embittered spouse. Bruce and I met and his knowledge, intelligence and calm manner throughout the process made the difference. I have no reservations about my choice, if you are reading this and thinking of hiring someone, Bruce will take excellent care of you. I was reminded by Bruce throughout the process of the goal, that is to end this unhealthy relationship without causing irreparable harm to my children. I was able to take the 'high road' with confidence knowing that Bruce has a keen understanding of my situation, no matter how low the other side went. I will say that he did the work when it came to the financials and division. I was at a loss as how to proceed, Bruce was able to explain to me how it will all work out. I have two children that Bruce understood to be my main focus. He kept each one of them in the forefront of his thinking and together we were able to reach an agreement with the other side that kept my children protected from the process. The entire length of my proceedings, a year, Bruce was always in contact to keep me updated and allow me to keep him informed. While Bruce has assistants, to delegate some of his workload, I was always greeted by and met with Bruce.

I guess the best way to describe my laywer is content. Things could have not been any better with this case. The police just love to throw whatever sticks, these unfortunately are pretty serious. These were oui (drugs) possision, neg op. All face serious consequences, nervous, absolutely, scared, and a deck for a year. James worked hard on these, put my mind at rest, and told me, let him work. I couldn't been more satisfied knowing how this turned out, the possision, and oui were dismissed, even for a first time, this is huge. I hope to never go through this again. Things could have been alot worst is the oui was a guilty. So, if your in a similar situation were your facing life changing alterations, give him a chance, I did, and now I can move on.

Cal is a not only a brilliant lawyer, he is also a kind and compassionate person. As a medical professional, it is my job to make sure that my patients receive the care that they need, and that the laws that protect patients rights are followed.
