My daughter was born with a rare genetic disease in the second year of our visit to the United States. During the prenatal care, my wife was never given adequate and correct genetic counseling and never offered the proper test to identify my daughter’s problem. My daughter’s birth with this disease was a huge shock to me and my wife. Far away from our home country and all of our other family members, we knew nothing about my daughter’s disease and faced the huge challenge of caring for such a disable child, with almost no friends here… we were helpless and hopeless. We found Mr. Halstrom by chance when I searched online for legal help. He took our case when we first met. From that time on, Mr. Halstrom and the staff of Halstrom Law Offices have been not only providing all essential professional legal help for us, but also have been acting as our very reliable friends. They have been compassionate, confidential, and very respectful. They handled every single detail; collected everything essential for the case. They provided interpreters all the time for helping us understand all the details of the case; they respect every single questions we had and answered very patiently.
Mr. Halstrom has been absolutely precise and professional, and he handled our case expertly and ferociously. We were protected from language games and tactics of the defense lawyers. My husband's PCP failed to diagnose my husband's lung cancer. When it was finally discovered, the cancer was advanced and considered stage IV and terminal.

I was let go from a previous job in a rather messy fashion. So messy, that many lawyers weren't even interested in the case. When the mess extended and overturned my unemployment benefits, the lawyer I had previously hired stopped representing me. Gary Zerola is by far the most knowledgeable, skilled and resourceful attorney I have encountered. Early on in my adult life I got in trouble and used court appointed lawyers or cheap inexperienced lawyers because I didn't know any better and had no money. Since then I haven't gotten into as much trouble but after some nights of drinking and bad decisions, I again needed a lawyer and a firefighter friend recommended Gary. I've used him that time and on multiple occasions since and without hesitation I would again. Once you meet him, you will realize that he truly cares about you and resolving whatever trouble you may have gotten yourself into. With no judgment either. He's just a compassionate guy. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand and made himself available for any questions or concerns I had 24/7, even giving me his personal cell number. I am so happy that I made the right choice in having Gary Zerola represent me, he got me more than one dismissal. I hope I never need him again for a criminal case but if you need a lawyer to get you out of a situation you never expected to be in, don't look anywhere else -- Gary is the man.

I was facing very serious charges involving weapons as well as breaking and entry. I was facing very serious time for this. I had just gotten out of the Marines, and going through college and I knew this could ruin my future. I called a few offices, and Gary Zerola significantly stood out. I left him a voicemail, and he personally got back to me almost immediately. I was a completely wreck when I spoke to him, but after my initial consultation Mr.Zerola made me feel at ease and I knew something could be done. I wanted to fight this all the way, since the charges were completely false. He kept me in contact at all times with email or phone. He was very transparent with everything that was going on, and he was always just a phone call away. I had a few options on how to proceed, and I made the decision to take it to trial in front of a judge. Mr. Zerola did an excellent job with the case and proved that there was no case at all. My charges were completely dropped – no probation, not “dismissed”, the verdict was- NOT GUILTY. He was absolutely worth the investment, and thanks to him I was able to graduate college and get a great job instead of spending time in jail for false allegations.

Addressing legal issues is no one's idea of a good time: you're dealing with something important, and it can be stressful worrying about whether it's going to be done right, and whether you're going to be taken advantage of in the process.
What you want is someone who knows his stuff cold, really takes your side, and treats you fairly and respectfully. That's Ed. He's done all our important contract work - and has helped me navigate an issue at municipal court. He's extremely efficient, explains it all in easy to understand terms, and helps you make the right decisions. It takes the stress out of the process - which is a big deal - and even more importantly, has gotten me successful outcomes (an even bigger deal!).
Like finding a excellent and trustworthy doctor or a mechanic, you need to have a go-to guy as a lawyer. Ed is it. I fully recommend.

A friend referred me to Attorney Krippendorf because my case was complex and required someone who was sharp and skilled in both criminal and divorce law. Before I could focus on my divorce case and custody of my children, I had to overcome a criminal case that was wrongly brought against me. Nonetheless, Attorney Krippendorf guided me through the process and had the criminal case dismissed so we could then focus our efforts on the divorce proceedings. From the beginning, he wanted to understand my needs and what I wanted in the end. His strategy was based on that and throughout the process, he informed me on what we needed to do to achieve that. He communicated with me and answered all of my questions during this time. He was extremely responsive to me and proavtive in our cases. Divorce and custody battles are not easy things to go through, especially at the same time but I am happy with my experience with Attorney Krippendorf. He got me more than what this state typically awards a father. He understood what I wanted and he fought for it. David Baker was excellent for all legal matters of this civil case involving intimidation and harrassment. Over the months he advised on factual and evidentiary needs to comply with the law. I have hired Tim Moriarty to be my attorney a couple times in criminal cases. He is a very nice and a very smart guy. He is easy to talk to and has the answers to your questions. He works very hard for his clients and I think hes worth every dollar. I think he is fair priced compared to what other attorneys charge and don't do for their clients.
