I hired Todd for a very serious charge pertaining to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This was a Felony matter and the possibility of an extend jail sentence was real and highly probable. From the first visit with him in Oakland county Jail he was honest and upfront with me on what he felt he could bring to the table. I couldn’t be happier with his services from the day of retention all the way through to sentencing. He was always very responsive and fought hard against the prosecutor when they tried to make a case for a harsher punishment. Todd was also very fairly priced for the experience and knowledge of the Judges and Prosecutors in Oakland county. I truly believe he got me the best possible outcome in a situation that could have turned out very ugly. Great guy and a great lawyer – worth every penny!!

Debbie provided excellent representation from beginning to end in the defense against charges of manufacturing and delivery of methamphetamine, that I received in Canton, MI, The charges are felonies that carry a mandatory 10-20 year prison sentence. Debbie was a super star in challenging if there was probable cause to pull me over and nearly got the charges dismissed before the case left Canton District Court for the 3rd Circuit Court of Wayne County. Debbie was able to get the felony charge of manufacturing and delivery dismissed and replaced with a misdemeanor charge of use of methamphetamine by using her expertise and knowledge of criminal law, that she has developed over her years of practice. I highly recommend the retention of Debbie Schlussel to represent you in the defense of any criminal charges! She will grind and out work the prosecution if necessary! Honestly, I owe her great gratitude, as she saved at least 10 years of what are suppose to be the best years and highest years of my life! I can breathe again!

I was traveling thru the state as a truck driver with a pair of brass knuckles I purchased in another state and was apprehended with them not realizing they are a felony in Michigan. My guy Mike got it figured out ahead of time and made the case disappear. Amazing job would definitely hire him again but hopefully never will need to. I was facing a Felony OWI 3rd in Plymouth District Court. Declined breathalyzer, high BAC, and wasn't a resident of Wayne County where the arrest took place...alot of unfavorable factors.
My world was turned upside down and was convinced my career, savings, and house were all gone in that order.
Mike didn't sugarcoat my situation nor did he promise what the results would be. However, he did say he would do his part if I did my part with detailed instructions he provided.
The results in my case on both the Criminal Court and Secretary of State side were nothing short of AMAZING.
Felony conviction got pleaded down to misdemeanor, successfully transferred to Sobriety Court close to where I live, no jail time, and limited driver license sanctions.
Mike is also a people person who can tell truly cares about his clients and community beyond being smart, charismatic, and sophisticated in Michigan DUI law.
My alcoholism is currently in full remission and I'm making a negative into a positive despite the terrible choice that I made that put myself and others in danger. I'm thankful that Mike assisted in my improvement without having to lose everything.
His support staff is great and friendly too.
Anybody who's currently considering DUI Attorney's, hire Mike and follow his simple instructions. I don't care what other Attorney's are charging or promising, Mike is the best. You won't regret hiring him.

Ryan Ramsayer helped me get my misdemeanor DUI expunged after a recent law change in the state of Michigan. I no longer reside in Michigan, yet he and his firm helped me with the complicated process without me needing to travel back. He set up a court date and got my DUI successful expunged without me being physically present in court. Would recommend him and his firm if you are looking to get your Michigan DUI expunged.

I was charged in a felony information with Resisting
and Obstructing Police Officer (Felony). I was also given notice that the prosecutor
intended to increase the maximum punishment to up to 15 years in prison
because i had been convicted of at least 4 prior felonies! Jeff was able to get the charges reduced to attempt Resist and obstructing Police officer(Misdemeanor)with very Minimal Court Fines, fees and costs! I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! This man saved my life he preserved my CNA license and fought for me like a pit bull in the courtroom so I would not lose my license from lies to Lara. He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.
I will and I am recommending to anyone in need of an absolute beast in a criminal defense. PARISA IS THE ONE!
She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.
She is very genuine. She is the best at her job and she is a superstar lawyer that if I ever need again has my 100% loyalty.

After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. We contacted many many appeals attorneys and it became a coin toss between Mr. Carron and only one other attorney. We did not hire him, but we're hoping we made the right decision. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. In fact Dana had handled some cases like mine. So he began looking into this for me. We have been corresponding for several days as he was doing research for me. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. My heart sank if I hadn't gotten so many bad answers in the past by professionals who really had no clue & didn't care enough to do some research i would have been able to file a claim. So unfortunately we couldn't continue with my suit at this time. But Dana reassure me he will look into extensions for this deadline & if he can do it he will get a claim filed in my behalf. So this is why I say he is 1 in a million a rare breed because who does that for people? Spend days trying to help them even at home going far beyond what he needed to. So I do know that with Dana Carron not only do u get a smart guy who works hard you also get a guy who gives a damn & actually cares for his fellow man. So thats a win win. .....

Bert was very knowledgeable and help me thru this and appreciate his professional service to me.
I like the on the line system- modern technology is so amazing. I never had to drive to his office (like my ex-wife did- traveled 45 minutes each way to talk with her lawyer) to get access to him but did everything thru on line and telephone. Set up an appointment time slot on his schedule that he has available and then he calls you back at that time. Be organized and write down your content you want to cover as the time flies by quickly.
He was 4 times cheaper than the first lawyer I had a consultation with to see if I was going to hired her her

I was in a rough spot once my divorce started. I honestly didn't know where to turn to. I found Tara Parker online and requested a meeting. I briefed her on how everything started out for me.
